We lived here for almost 3 years. Perfectly located near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Working from home was made easy, there are 3 private offices and a conference room for tenants in the lobby. The manager Lumi and her staff are absolutely the best. I really enjoyed living here.
Location is good but the Amazon or other delivery don’t deliver packages at your door. Also the front desk is not available 24/7. Make sure you do move in inspection and make notes of any damages, as when you move out they put on you the damages. But manager Lumi is great.
Let me start of by saying we leased an apartment with the sister building of Seacrest Homes which was Seaport Homes in San Pedro. We rented there for 4 years. Lumi with her team managed/ ran this building like a tight ship. When Lumi moved to manage Seacrest we naturally followed and so glad we did. Lumi is a truly a superb property manager. The complex is always clean, well managed and if there is any issue that arises Lumi and her team are always very quick to take care of your needs and do so in a very professional manner. Her team are always friendly and courteous and take the time to talk and see how your doing. Im sure that, it cannot be an easy position dealing with so many different personalities and units of both buildings, but they handle it with ease. The units are beautiful. The property offers great amenities and our kids use the pool and outdoor basketball court all the time. We are first hand witnesses to seeing the pool guy checking and maintaining the pool and the grounds always cleaned and the main hallways always mopped. This was a big deal for us, especially right now in these current times. For what you get, the rent prices are very fair. If you decide to move to Seacrest I can honestly say you would be very happy here.
Love It here it’s has really great amenities the only issue would be the noise from the neighboring businesses.
I lived here for one year and absolutely loved it. The management was very polite and courteous; always willing to help. The maintenance staff was amazing, they respond promptly to emails and it’s all very organized. I never waited over a day for anything to be fixed. The pool and other amenities are high end and it’s a great investment if you enjoy having family and friends over. They continue to update the building making it better. Also shout out to the cleaning staff, the hallway is kept spotless every day! Overall Seacrest was the perfect home.
This property is the best to live and amenities are Excellent. The people in this apartment complex are great, no noise complaints and always clean. Staff is very helpful, Lumi (the property Manager) is very professional, polite and helpful. Every time I had a question, She responded quickly. I really enjoyed the gym, pool, spa and yoga room. My entire stay in Seacrest apartment was wonderful. I strongly recommend Seacrest apartments if you are looking for a place to live in Torrance LA.
Thumbs up!5 stars to the management team members! My family has lived here for about one year now and we are so impressed with the management. They are our neighbors and always willing to work with residents. Thank you!!
My experience here has been positive so far. The building is clean, facilities are great (love the gym!), and the manager and the staff are friendly, capable and attentive. Examples: I had a question about pro-rated rent one morning - got a detailed and clear reply from the manager by lunch time. My maintenance requests were addressed within a day.Application process - We were told everything up front, including credit authorization and residency checks. We asked clarifying questions to make sure we knew what we were signing up for, and the leasing agent was happy to answer them. There was a delay getting one of my previous residences verified, but the Seacrest leasing agent kept me informed with regular progress updates. One additional thing you sign is the acknowledgement of existing businesses next door - Mulligans and a stage-making company. I bring this up because, with dual-paned windows in units (really nice feature!), the music and construction sounds are barely noticeable, but still noticeable if you pay close attention to it. Just know what youre signing up for and make sure you are OK with it.Keep in mind, this apartment complex is brand new, and not 100% complete -- so while everything is nice and shiny, some things are still a work in progress, and growing pains are to be expected. We waited 1-2weeks before mail was delivered -- but the hold up was with the post office setting up the addresses, not Seacrest. In fact, the manager was following up for daily updates to get this resolved. Upon move-in, our dishwasher wasnt hooked to the water source - we informed maintenance, and they resolved it immediately. I expect that with any apartment, there will be some maintenance items to take care of; however, Im very happy with how quickly our requests have been addressed. If youre looking to lease here (or anywhere else), do your due diligence. Ask questions, bring up your concerns, get a thorough tour, get to know who you are working with, and point out any issues during move-in inspections. All in all, Im very happy with our decision to move here.Hope this helps!
Worst customer service ever was so excited to see these apartments and was denied only for certain people who want to move ASAP I’m in shock !
I can say Ive been living here comfortably since beginning of July. Its been pretty smooth from waiting period, to application, to move in. The management and builder tried to accommodate as much as they could and couldnt expect more. Ever since I moved in, everyone in the building was there to help out whenever I seek for help. Any emails to Lumi (property manager and shes awesome!) would be answered within few hours and staffs are always around to help. I am content.
Great Management and excellent complex
Seacrest apartments are beautiful and have excellent amenities like big Gym area, yoga room, Spa, Swimming pool.. all are always clean., Lumi (Manager) is very helpful with any question or concern. She answers your email requests even after 9pm. Whatever little issues I had were resolved in a day. The people in apartment complex are great. I loved living in Seacrest Apartments.I recommend seacrest apartments to anyone who wants all facilities at one place.
I live here with my daughter a couple times a month due to work schedule. Facility is absolutely amazing, unfortunately you have to share amenities (gym, sundeck, bbq area) with employees. A lot of matanince crew and even construction guys from the other building are all eating on the sundeck or even working out at the facility gym(early AM) which I think is unacceptable. No work crew should be allowed to use amenities. There’s always a lot of random guys walking around not sure if they live here work here or are just using the facility amenities.Other than those concerns place is pretty clean and quiet.
I just wanted to say that Seacrest has been a very peaceful and amazing place for us so far. The location is great. It’s close to the interstate, it’s very close to the Del Amo Fashion Center, there are plenty of places to eat around. We really enjoy the amenities and the staff. The staff here are fun, hardworking, thoughtful and informational. We enjoy visiting them on a day to day basis.Dear Maria Colhans. You sound like uncultured swine. I am an actual paying tenant here. I don’t believe that your review should even be counted, considering you are commenting on something that doesn’t even pertain to you. You are not a paying resident. You yourself are a guest. I do not see any problem with the staff, or any of the other construction workers using the amenities occasionally. And so what if they use the gym every day? Is it hurting you? Are they taking away from your time on the equipment? I know a lot of people that work here, and if you asked, I know every single one of them would gladly share whatever equipment they are using to accommodate your misanthropic self.I myself have had several incidences, where the staff have gone above and beyond their job descriptions to help me out in some way. Mark and Eric has personally helped me carry several very heavy items to and from my apartment on the 5th floor. As a matter of fact, all the guys in the front office have at some point or another offered to help me either carry groceries, or appliances, or whatever I happen to have in my hand. They are a very helpful and respectful group of staff. If they want to use the amenities then they can use them. If they are stripped of their privileges, for whatever circumstances, then I am going to call my attorney and I will terminate my own lease. You have no right to decide who should or should not have privileges. I will not continue to pay money to an establishment that does not take care of their employees. I am a union journeyman lineman, and I stand strong for the rights of employees. If you have any questions comments or concerns, fill free to contact me. I actually reside here.Zac Sandoval.Apartment 503
This place has great management, you are going to love it!
The rental office people are liars! Rude and mean. ESP. The office manager. The building is poorly designed. The rooms electric outlets show holes around them, a place waiting to foster the cockroach.
Very good to live.
