The owner of the building refuses to install simple and cheap security cameras, today we had our car broke in parked on the garage (gated garage )Others residents had the same problem before, also they won’t take responsibility.

Rent increases twice in the past six months despite:Constant thefts ignored by managementShady characters moving inMaintenance standards down the drain, such as pathway and stairway lighting being out for weeksThis place is in a great area, but the value for the price is quickly catching up and is no longer a “steal.”
