We have lived at populating for 10 years and its been good for us weve made a lots of good friends.

This place is very pleasant, a minute walk away to variety of places (Groceries, Pharmacy, Market Plaza, Restaurants, Park and etc). We have been here for few years and enjoyed our stay. The apartment manager Eva is very friendly, professional and helpful all the time when you approach her for some assistance. Thank you Eva for all your support. We miss this place and you :)

I really miss this place close proximity to many stores specially CVS& Sprouts and also good school district.Special thanks to property Manager EVA she’s been wonderful throughout our stay, very considerate and helpful always thanks Eva for all the support !!!

Great place to stay.... family friendly .... close to school, shopping daily needs store... park... beach, theatres, ..... except their leasing concept for first year.... really missing the place .... enjoyed my time with my family.... can reduce the rent .....

Apartment complex is very nice. Apartment was recently renovated - very spacious. Close walk to CVS and many other food options. In a wonderful area - about 10 minutes drive to Torrance beach and 15 minutes from Palos Verdes. Reasonably priced for the location and size. Management very helpful and attentive. Private balconies that are spacious. Neighbors are all kind and not very loud.
