To be honest great first impression! Love it. I been wanting to get back on track and I feel like this is by far the best gym! Everyone very nice!

This gym has the best atmosphere, equipment, and employees. Everyone is supportive and kind no matter your fitness level. The equipment has everything you need and even some unique machines I have not seen in other gyms. Having the building staffed 24 hours also is a huge plus. They have tons of lockers ( bring your own lock) and huge private shower room. The tanning is nice but the hydro message chairs are the best after a long hard workout or even a rest day.

I couldnt decide what gym to sign up at so I went in to do some light lifting and use the massage chair a few nights ago with a friend. The staff was great! The equipment was good and clean too! Darci was one of the first employees I met while there and she helped me get what I needed quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Overall great experience. Will most likely sign on here!

Love that I can come in anytime day or night. They have massage chairs and tanning included with a membership. Non intimidating atmosphere which is great for someone like me who is a beginner. All around great place.

Ive visited Colaw before for a week or month at a time when I was back in town. Since we will be here for a while now I decided to get a membership. Cooper helped me walk through the process. Everything was straight forward and Cooper was friendly and welcoming. The facilities are clean, well maintained and the hydrobed was really nice. I am hoping they are able to add some spin bikes before long. This is a nice place to work out.

This place is amazing! I went there for one day and it was awesome all about making god better!I really appreciate One of the employees named Bo he was really useful and helpful when I asked multiple questions.This is a really good Gym to go to ! I definitely recommend it !

I really appreciate the environment. The lack of “gym jocks” makes it a much less intimidating workout environment. The staff are friendly and easygoing. The equipment is well cleaned.

Very accessible, plenty of exercise equipment/space. Its nice having options to tan, get a massage using either massage chair or hydro massage chair. Cant beat the prices and Lisa explained everything in detail to provide information on all services. So far enjoying it very much.

Lisa was extremely helpful during the sign up process, made it as easy as can be! Great attitude as well. Coming over from Genesis so I was pleasantly surprised at all the equipment and amenities. Love hitting the heavy bag, killer workout, so I was disappointed there was not one but I’ll survive. All in all a great gym for a great value!

Best gym in Topeka! You cant beat the price or the mission behind the company. The staff is always friendly and courteous, especially Reily - Ive had an awesome experience dealing with him every time. They offer a wide variety of exercise equipment and other amenities as well. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with a young lady that works at the one on 19th terrace. Her name is Pooh Bear Darci. She was very sweet. A business is only as good as the people that work there and she was a joy.

Clean, friendly, Christian music playing, membership options a plus[$10 or $5(with a 1 yr fee)] I feel is great! I have read some reviews & feel like some people dont give the benefit of the doubt. Any place you go you must have an ID to sign up or do certain things. & staff are humans & have lives too but they do their best to always have someone there. I dont often recommend or give 5 star but definitely would recommend this place.

Ive came here multiple times under my friends buddy pass, and finally decided to get my own membership a couple weeks ago. Ive thoroughly been enjoying my experience here. I love coming here after work to get my cardio in. As im walking on the treadmills I see the employees cleaning and sanitizing. Felix in particular has always greeted me in coming and leaving and I always see him running around the place cleaning. You have a good employee in him. He deserves a raise! 😊

Colaw is a pretty good place for a good workout! They have a wide variety of machines to use, a nice array of massage equipment, and kind, helpful staff members, like Miles! I wish they had more trap bars, but oh well. Still a great service!

I was given a free month from a friend and went to check out the gym. It has all the equipment and more I was looking for. Kristin was very helpful in touring me through the gym and explaining the membership. I am looking forward to getting back in shape and improve my strength.

I have been coming to Colaw as a guest with a friend for about a year, and its been a great gym. Good atmosphere, Christian music, friendly staff. I finally broke down and got my own membership; super easy sign up and really affordable. Miles was a great help!

Highly unsatisfactory, someone, presumably one of Colaws employees strolled a pair of my gem shoes. And their efforts to identify the thief left a lot to be desired. So I resigned.Next item, I have not been a member of Colaw for several months, about six, yet on 02/09/2021 $21.83 was removed from my bank account--another theft. This outfit cannot be trusted. Period!

As a first time member, it is a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere!

Very clean Environment nice people.

For a maximum $20/month, including unlimited guest privileges, I could put up with a lot. However there’s really nothing to “put up with”, here.After my first workout, the only complaint I have is that the mechanical massage chairs are a little overzealous on the upper back, as well as a little complicated to get started. I wasn’t able to get one of the hydro massage chairs, as they were occupied.Other than that, Lisa was super helpful as I walked in the door. She got me signed up right away, explained the benefits, and I was able to start my workout within five minutes.The equipment is exactly as you’d expect from a large gym like this. Several rows of treadmills and other cardio equipment, a core/abs area, cable machines in nearly every variety, some smith machines, barbells, squat racks, and a whole wall of dumbbells.If all you want to do is drop off your bag and get started, the lockers being separate from restrooms/showers would be great. There are eight individual restrooms, with numbers 1-6 nearest the lockers having a shower and changing area. There are also four rooms just for changing. Seems like a lot of space spent on preventing awkwardness, but to be fair not everyone is comfortable with their body, especially around others.There are four each of standing and lying tanning beds, which I have yet to try, but I imagine they’re perfectly serviceable.Personally, I appreciate that two of the four water fountains include water bottle fillers.In line with their mission statement on the wall, “To provide a great value fitness experience in a positive, uplifting environment that glorifies God”, the PA system plays contemporary Christian music, and the wall decals of encouraging words/phrases includes “faith”, if that’s something you care about. However there’s no proselytizing/preaching, especially if you wear headphones, which most people do. There are bibles on the front desk, and bathrooms have a sign encouraging you to ask for one, free.

Was expecting a tour but instead they stood at the counter and pointed at the different sections. Then told me I can just walk around to get a feel. I’m used to a personal touch to gyms. You can tell they have too many clients and not enough staff.

Signing up was a breeze im looking forward to working out with my friends here. it seems like a good atmosphere

Its a great gym! Super easy sign up process, great equipment and space, very clean- and the massage chairs! Worth signing up for them alone, but absolutely amazing to have anice massage after a good workout. Easily the gym experience Ive had!

My son brought me to this gym and I was impressed, and he had told me it was $5.00 a month. After I signed up I got a call from the Gym a few days later and was told I had to pay a $39.00 fee which was not mentioned at sign up. They said they were going to charge this fee on my credit card. Now I have to go deal with them and chase after my money. I HATE the way companies do business these days. Typical bait & switch tactic. Is anyone forthright and honest anymore?

Came in kinda late night. Shannon and miles were very helpful and had a positive attitude not just with me but others that came in and out the facility. I recommend this to those who like a calm relaxed work out environment

I just joined today and everyone at the front desk was wonderful! They showed me all of my options for membership. I joined and noticed the equipment was clean and everyone was conscientious of cleaning their equipment after they finished using it! I think I am going to like it here!

As someone who did not have the best body, I was scared of how I was gonna be compared and looks I may get from other people when I first walked in the door. But everyone is kind, theres no judging, and people can help you out if you ask. Definitely recommend.
