I am no where near of being in CrossFit shape. My husband took a class before I did and instead I join him for one. It was the best decision I have ever made!! Everyone is so supportive!! They don’t push you right into doing what everyone else does!! For once in my life I am excited to work out.

Fun and welcoming community, amazing coaches. Workouts are for all fitness level and forms and thats why I kept showing up, day after day. Always ensuring good form is practiced. Every coach you interact with is very supportive. Regulars are super fun people!

Free State has been a wonderful experience. I have been to other gyms in the past and this one by far is the most caring of their clients. The coaches are knowledgeable and take an active approach to coaching, making sure to provide feedback to all athletes each class. Its a fun environment and very open and welcoming to all people of any athletic ability.

Joined a little over a year ago and it was the best decision I have made for my overall health! The coaches are great and assist with anything you need, including nutrition. ALL fitness levels are able to get a great workout in and the coaches will help you modify your workout day to day depending on what youre capable of!

Coaches are very knowledgeable. Everyone is so friendly and help you out and encourage you. Have flexible classes to help around your life schedule.

We love this place. Both my wife and I go here and the staff are extremely knowledgable and encouraging. As with all gyms, you get out what you put it. Ive seen massive improvements in my fitness, lifting, cardio, etc. I like that they also know a lot about nutrition. Thanks everyone! You guys rock!

I am so glad that I reached out to the team at CrossFit Free State! I was hesitant at first as I had never been in a gym like this but I quickly found a group of individuals that encourage each other. All of the coaches are very knowable and helpful thru every work out. Though I have only been going for a short time they are becoming sort of a second family.

Brett is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to CrossFit. He makes sure that technique is performed correctly so that injury is prevented. He works with each athlete to help them reach their goals and puts in the time it takes to show he truly cares. Vince also is very knowledgeable in technique and is very helpful with skills to help improve many of the gymnastic moves within CrossFit. The community here is very welcoming and a great place to get started or to continue your CrossFit journey.
