American Family Insurance- Sarah Macks office has been absolutely amazing to work with. Even though I have yet to need assistance due to a vehicle collision, her office and Sarah herself has assisted with home owners insurance. As well as just calling to check up and see how things are going and checking to see if I need any additional assistance, and to personally notify me if something is changing on my account! I went to this place for insurance and the level of unprofessionalism in that place is ridiculous. One agent I think her name was Jessica was sending Snapchat pics while people were waiting to be attended to. This same employee was smoking pot in her car in the parking lot of her place of employment....like seriously wait until you get home. Her chest was all out made me and my wife uncomfrontable. She seem frustrated that customers were constantly coming in cussing under her breath. Not professional at all. Me and my wife have been doing business their for 20 years now we will take it elsewhere
