Earl is a class act guy. He is a a veteran. He is active in Scouting. He is active in our community. He runs his agency with the same level of class. We switched to Earl when we were unhappy with our State Farm agency. He greeted us with a smile and made us feel like we were his family. He saved us money and made sure that our cars and house were insured properly. With a saturation of insurance agents in the market, it is hard to filter out the good ones. Earl is the best agent ever! Anyone can sell me a insurance policy. Whats important to me is when I have a claim, I can call Earl after hour, knowing he will help me with the claim process.I was in a car accident recently. It was not my fault but the other person turned in a claim against my policy. Earl called me many times to check on the claim status and helping me navigating the claim process with the other persons insurance cimpany. He also read and decoded the police report for me to ensure that the accident was not my fault. I just got my car repaired and the repair was paid by the other persons insurance company.Earl is someone who really cares about you. He has been my agent for maybe 18 years, if not more. Earl has handled my insurance as well as my familys insurance (homes, cars renter) for over 20 years now. Fired Earl as my agent he has upped our policy twice since we started in april of this year first time it increased becuase he didnt know how to use the new policy software so it increased our yearly amount then again tonight he called and told me my roof was only covered actual cash value and that Id have to pay $98 more to have the roof completely covered. We went from 1200 to almost 1600 in less than 4 months between two phone calls. This agent makes those commercials about not being covered with enough coverage a reality. Why would I not cover my entire roof if my entire house is covered. While Ive called corporate on him I would hate to see anyone be under covered and in an issue due to his lack of competence.
