They lost a customer. I was 18 and turned 19 during first year liability contract for $108 per month for a whole year.Right after completing one year contract they sent me a bill for renewal fee o the top of monthly premium payment for around $156 for a whole year.After that I had two speeding tickets and is still lower than $156 per month . I am glad that I changed my debit card info because they also tried to force payments and tried to charge me fees for failed transactions.They wish they could but oh well. I am paying 135 per month, no year contract even though I had two speeding tickets after but still more fair enough.

Billy is an extremely thorough salesman. Even though I wasnt able to use Farm Bureau for my auto insurance he helped get renters insurance and protect my home and belongings. Even though Im just a small customer with only that policy he still follows up with me on a month to month basis. I would highly recomend him and Farm Bureau to everyone!
