Cut rate insurance agency that constantly acted as though the question I would occasionally ask about in the event something happened would act as though it was no big deal and were generally unhelpful. The employees there are friendly and professional but did not strike me as very outgoing or willing to go the extra mile if needed. This isnt technically their fault, but not all insurance business could be handled online and absolutely required dealing with this office rather than corporate State Farm. The one time we had a claim over 10 years ago they have been gouging us on home insurance premiums ever since as a result of hail damage completely out of our control. Our new insurance was nearly 20% cheaper with better coverage.

I have been insured with State Farm for 17 years and with Chip Munk agency for about 5 years. I am always extremely impressed with the level of service that I receive from them. The staff remembers my name, even though I am only in their office once a year or so. A recent fire displaced me from my apartment. I called Chip Munks agency and they were more than helpful. Im not sure what I would have done if I didnt have renters insurance through State Farm. They have provided me with temporary housing and arranged for cleaning of any items that could be cleaned. Anything that cant be cleaned is going to be replaced. Through out the whole process everyone was extremely professional and very helpful. I cant recommend them enough. Also, if you are renting and dont have renters insurance, get it now!
