I am so happy with Jamie and her staff. I can contact her anytime of the day with questions and she responds right away. She and her staff stay on top of making sure I am getting the right discounts and keeping my insurance at a good rate. She is also so involved in her community. I’ve been with several insurance companies through the years, & this one is different. Most are super pushy at sales and you think you’re getting a good deal only for stuff to change and things to creep up. Jamie and staff really make you feel important and listen and don’t make you feel like an inconvenience. She even called me in the evening after an accident to make sure I was ok! Most places don’t care about good service anymore, and I never thought I’d feel this way about insurance. Highly recommend!

Really lovely people

I totally agree with everybodys opinion of Jamie, she is caring and willing to be informative and keep you with options. This has no reflection on her it has to do with State Farm. I just had to cancel our policy after having Them as our insurance for years. A sudden increase of $65 per month on top of the 120 we were already paying in no knowledge of why or a letter stating the reasons is the only reason I have to give to why I canceled today. I wish her the best of luck.
