Tim and Steam Power were fantastic. We had 40 year old carpets steam cleaned. I was able to book carpet steam cleaning in 48 hours, and the work was excellent and efficient. Tim went above and beyond to help me move some heavy furniture so that we could get the largest area of the carpet cleaned. Outstanding service - I would definitely recommend them!

I called several places before I found Tim. He was the first person that was actually nice on the phone, and was very patient with me. He also squeezed me in on a real short notice. Really appreciate the prompt service. Had a remodel done and the contractor didnt seal a couple of the rooms from dust and dirt properly. It left our floors sticky for some reason. Tim had the floors perfect in no time. Made them feel and look brand new!

Tim did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! He spent additional time treating stains and removing slime from the carpet in my daughters room (thanks kid). Amazing results!!! Got out stains that I didn’t think would ever come out. Very prompt and extremely nice and professional. Only company I will now use!!!The stain in the basement did not come out when it dried the next day. Called and left a message asking what I could do father and to date they have never returned my call. I amended my five stars to three stars based on their lack of response.

Learned of Stream Power from a friend. I had some soiled spots on my carpet that I needed to get cleaned, one was red fruit punch on light colored carpet! I made a appointment, the young man was on time and very friendly! I was very happy they got out all stains and the carpet looks awesome! Very fast and did a wonderful job

We had several rooms that had been cleaned previously by our own staff and they always seemed to be a bit of a mildew smell and they just didsnt look clean. We had Steam Power come in and clean 8 different rooms, some of which were very soiled and I could not be happier. Mildew smell is gone, carpets look much, much better and the room I thought might not work very well turned out fantastic. Very pleased with the outcome and recommend Steam Power for your needs

I’ve had Tony come out to my house 2x. Most recently he got out 3 spots of blue eyeshadow, courtesy of my 3 year old. He got out spots of chocolate milk and hot chocolate too. And a mystery spot on our carpet runner in the hallway. I’ve had other carpet cleaners in the past, but Tony’s steam cleaning does the best work and makes the carpet look new.
