Upon arrival the team made us comfortable by explaining how they would access the air duct system and clean each register and return. They walked me thru how they would clean the furnance and the system. Due to covid19, they wore face Mask and gloves. They cleaned every area they worked in.I would recommend their service.

Service Master was AMAZING!! They were excellent to work with and took care of us when a plumbing company flooded our kitchen and living room. They made sure we didnt receive a bill and assured us they would work with the plumbing company. Their office staff and technicians all deserve a 5 STAR rating for how well they took care of a new customer! If I need your services again, you definitely have my business!

I would recommend the services of ServiceMaster Clean to anyone that needs water removed from their home, walls and ceiling. They were prompt to respond to my needs and did an outstanding job of removing the water, damaged ceilings and floors. The drying out process requires the use of multiple blowers, which are noisy, but they do the job efficiently and quickly. The technicians and supervisors were easy to work with and tried to accommodate our availability times for discussions or decisions on what was next in the process. Everything was ready for the painters to replace wallboard, flooring and paint ON SCHEDULE. Service Master Clean is a very dependable company, but most of all they listened to our ALL of our questions and provided us with the feeling that all would be fine in the shortest time possible.

Weve used ServiceMaster for a water issue and air duct cleaning. Both times EXCELLENT service. Courteous staff and techs. And they were available to answer all our questions even ones we missed at the time of service.

We were very pleased with the response time of service master in our time of need. We had a frozen pipe break and the water ran all day since we were away from the house and the damage was extensive and effected all 3 floors in our house. They were very Sympathetic towards our situation and worked very hard to help restore the normal to our lives. I cant say enough good about these guys. We needed help and they took very good care of us. I feel they went above and beyond the call of duty and would recommend them to anyone. I know they did a fantastic job but was confirmed by my general contractor that followed behind them and raved about what a good job they did!!!

Ray Moore at Service Master is very professional, highly experienced and great to work with. The situations in which you need his help ( water damage, mold, fire and smoke) are usually quite stressful. Ray works hard to keep you informed and to get the problem taken care of quickly and completely.

The woman who took my call was super friendly and was very willing to explain the whole process to me. I didnt bother to call any other local company.The cleaner showed up right on time and was super friendly! He made small talk to pass the time and what was supposed to take an hour job took about 30 minutes! My carpets look fantastic and my home smells very clean!Ill be using them for more services in the near future!

During the drying process I heard updates from ServiceMaster every day . I trusted them and I knew they were doing a good job. My construction company and insurance company also trusted their work and talked highly about the clean up that they did.

Company called to say that a service crew was on its way. After 24 hours, they never bothered to send anyone. Phone calls asking for updates were not returned. Very unhelpful even when they acknowledged they had made a mistake!

Very unprofessional. The mold specialist there missed our meeting scheduled at his own office and didnt even call to follow up or apologize or anything.
