Such great crews, very detailed in the work and services they provide. Many crews dont ask for anything of appreciation. I feel its nice to show them how much them doing a job I can complete is well worth giving them gratuity for it all. Thank you JENS crew for everything you offer !! Keep up the great work.

I scheduled to have my carpets cleaned in my apartment before the final move out. Scheduling the appointment went well. They were 30 minutes late showing up to clean. The cleaners were very nice and did a great job. I was told on the phone that day that an email would be sent to me with the receipt. That was 4 days ago and I still have yet to receive a receipt for the cleaning, even after texting the number that had been communicating with me.

The cleaning Manager personally assured me our new apartment was cleaned and ready to go. Unfortunately this was false. Soon entering the apartment it smelled horrible. There was food in the cabinets and they were all dirty as if they had not been cleaned at all. Secondly I noticed the kitchen floor laminate was sticky when I walked on it. Sure enough I took my cleaner wipes to the floor all 10 of them returned with caked dirt and grime on them. There was cobwebs on the ceiling with bugs and food too. After notifying the Apartment Mgr immediately, was assured the cleaning crew would be back 8am the next day. This cleaning company did not show back until 8:30am.The only reason this company deserves a 1 star rating is because I was present and watched them do the job correctly in person. Oh and let me not forget the two tubes of icing I found in the cabinets I handed to them as they left our apartment.

Had to slam on my brakes to avoid getting hit by vehicle #9 of your fleet. We where in a parking lot. there is no need for speeding threw the parking lot. They did not even stop the swerved around around me. My vehicle was completely out of the parking spot. completely UN professional.

I use to have repeat cleaning services from Jens. I feel they did a good job, worked efficiently, etc. In fairness I mainly quit using this company because the cost adds up so fast. The only other issue was the chemicals used in my microwave ate off the interior lining of the microwave and comet was used in my tub after I had asked for it not to be. I called about that issue and was told it was on the cleaning order, their girl had just not seen it. I feel like the cleaning agents they use are abrasive.

Very disappointed. Called Jens to clean the carpet in my basement. We discussed a basic steam clean, adding deep spot removal and an animal smell removal. The cleaner showed up and did the job. I returned to my home after the cleaning to discover no change in appearance and an even worse smell. I called Jens and it turns out there was a miscommunication about the deep spot removal not being on the invoice. I was still highly disappointed that the smell was worse. Jens promised to make it right, which gave me hope. I was going to pay them the extra cost for the spot removal (since it was a simple miscommunication) and they were going to retry the next day. The next day comes and the cleaner calls and says my front screen door is locked. I nicely tell him that its not and he has to turn it the opposite direction to open it. The cleaner swears he turned the knob both ways and that it was definitely locked. He tells me that hes already left the house for the next job (was my appointment not for 30 minutes to an hour to clean?) and will have to go back when the door is unlocked. My favorite part of this situation is when I used 30 minutes of my lunch break to drive to my house and find out that the door is unlocked (and had been the whole time). I was offered to have them go back again, but I really honestly dont know if I want someone in my house that cant properly turn a door knob.

They are very helpful and responsive! They are a great price and work really hard and do a great job!

Jens did an excellent job on my carpets. The carpet was terrible. They took the time to clean them thoroughly. I was surprised how good they came out. They were on time. The staff were professional. I look forward to using them again.

Jens cleaned our house before our party and they did great job. All of our friends complemented us on how great the house looked. I would definitely use this service again in the future.
