If your looking for perfect nails, I only recommend Laura ! I drive two hours, an hour each way every two weeks or once a month since she books up fast ! She’s professional friendly and any shop would be lucky to have her . I work in retail and I know great customer service. I will continue to see her no matter how far the drive is !

Laura is the absolute best and i will never go anywhere else i have never felt like my bestfriend was doing my nails until i met laura !! 100 / 10 would recommend

If I could rate this Salon a 0, I would. Absolutely unprofessional. Not to mention the place was dirty. The staff is incredibly rude. Waited 3 hours in the salon to get my nails done and Peter who did my nails rushed the entire time. I showed him a photo of what I wanted done and said he would be able to do it. Rushed between getting my nails done and jumped back and forth between another customer and I, taking turns doing our manicures. Couldn’t get his airbrush machine to work so he started getting frustrated. I showed him that one of the nails didn’t look right after he finished and asked nicely if he could fix it. Said I would have to come back Tuesday to get it done since he “had no more time” Called ahead of time, waited 45 mins to get it done. Showed him how the nails were all bubbling and peeling and was extremely rude and told me he wouldn’t fix them and it was somehow my fault. I explained that I paid for the service and the nails shouldn’t be peeling and cracking after 3 days. He then told me to leave since he could do a nothing for me. I left crying. Went across the street to Vivians and the staff was amazing. I explained my situation and they felt horrible and fixed my nails for me for a lower cost. Will only go to Vivians from now on!

Has been my local go to nail salon for years. Peter is a doll. Everyone is so friendly. Best pedicure I’ve ever had anytime I come here.

They did my toes good but my mom waited over an hour telling us they will be done quick when it took a long time don’t recommend for two people to come at the same time

I called to make an appointment with Laura and the man answered the phone and was very rude telling me he doesn’t make appointments for her, that I have to call her personal phone when they are in the same shop. Very unprofessional and rude!

This had to be the worst mani pedi I ever had. She was ruff and pulled the skin on my toe nail that I pulled my foot back and it only got worse. I think some of these people need to go back to school and learn how to give a pedicure. The manicure was slightly better but I will not going back there again. 60.00!! For soaking my feet and putting in polish and pain. Do your self a favor go across the street to Vivians . That’s where I will try next.. save your money

NJ Nails atmosphere is beautiful and fancy. It makes you feel like a princess the pedicures I got with my sisters where are phenomenal! They took their time, without taking too way too long; just enough time. As little special attention goes such a long way! The FullGel Set my two sisters and I got, and are continuing to fill are all equally perfect. I love NJ NAILS!🥰😍💅👍👌🙌

Been going here for 5+ years. I cannot say enough about Vivian and Peter. This nail salon is so clean. The staff is fantastic. I go there monthly for my nails. I Highly recommend this salon. You will not be disappointed at all.

Way to expensive for chicken wings. 25 bucks for 12 wings and a coke is a lot. The service was very good though.

They over charged and took advantage of a 12 year old little girl. Poor customer service I would never come back here again. Left paint all over her feet and hands did a poor job of her eyebrows and told me ask anyone on the street if it’s good enough when I said I wasn’t happy with their service. Don’t bring your kids here they treat them like dirt.

Awful. Told I needed an appointment so I made one. Came back at appointment time and still made to wait 1/2 hour. Asked if I would try gel on my toes, I agreed. Never put gel polish. Asked for a polish change on toes. Filed down big toenail at an angle. Asked to straighten it out, she took out clippers & removed the corner of my toenail! Absolutely awful! Made my finger bleed from filing the skin, blamed me for having a cut!?

The absolute most I’ve ever paid in a salon. $45 for a gel manicure. With tip your walking out $50 dollars for a gel manicure !!! Are you kidding ? Ridiculous. I have seen super high end salons charge $35 maybe $40 that’s TOPS. You literally lost a customer who could of recommend you business through my customers. Paint has already starting chipping. They charge people different amounts even when the sign is listed for a certain amount. Never again.

Older gentleman got frustrated took it out on my skin, filed until I bled after me jumping in pain multiple times. When I didn’t bleed at first, painted nails, messed up, he went back in with the file until I did. Three liquid bandaids later(on same finger) cried in my car. Also changed the price to 35$ for an acrylic fill as I was leaving. My hand was shaking when I left. Been going through a hard time just wanted to relax, and got my cuticles assaulted. Thanks.

A polish change on toes isnt rocket science... as a nail tech who just wanted a quick polish change, i was offended. I cut and filed my own toes prior to coming in. She said they were crooked which they werent and then proceeded to make me feel like my work was inadequate. And my big toe had so much polish lumped on it itll never dry

Had a pedicure here and was so disappointed that they didnt give me a foot massage. They barely rubbed my legs a little. One of the main reasons I get a pedicure is for the foot massage.

Awful place. My wife went there to get her nails done and the lady name Ann just left her without saying anything and do the other persons feet. Very rude. Not recommended place. And the counter you get your nails dry is so sticky and dirty according to my wife. Not a good place to go.

When Im DTS in the summer, I always get my nails done here. Gene and his staff provide a high quality manicure, pay close attention to detail and deliver the best customer service. I would recommend to everyone.

I like this place, open the door use the ceiling fans heavy smell of nail glue can be hard to breathe in there sometimes.

I have been going to this salon for a few years now and its always been great. They do wonderful designs and between Gene and Leo, I couldnt ask for better attention to what I want. I feel sorry for anyone who may have had a bad experience because its deffinately not normal. I always recommend this place. Unfortunately what Miss Hunt may not have realized was that the place was recently being remodled so the issue of it not looking clean was addressed.

Unhappy enough to look for a new nail salon after 18 years. Not to mention Im going to drive 20 minutes to a highly recommended salon. Wish Gene still owned the place. Theres a way to treat people, and then theres a way to lose clients.

I went here not even a week ago and i find my nails lifting. Not to mention i had to walk the guy through a fill. The owner im guessing not only needed to clip the nose hairs growing out and around the septum but needed to clean up the place. It looked like they were closing up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Im so sorry I posted this to the wrong salon I meant to give NJ imagining nails a bad review my apologies once again keep going to where you are going I spoke to the man that works there and told him that I will fix my mistake he sounded like a very nice man.
