Robert helped me find an engagement ring and wedding band bc my small diamonds kept coming loose from my original rings. Get the warranty. It is so worth it. Robert was great very kind and understanding about these important pieces of jewelry. Thank you Zales for finding a great manager. Will be back again.

I was searching for a diamond ring for my wife for Christmas. I visited all of the jewelry stores in the mall but after visiting Zales the choice was clear. The customer service was exceptional! Kim, Jennifer, and Michaels knowledge and experience made my choice easy. I am very pleased with my purchase and I cant wait until Christmas morning to see the expression on her face.

I had a wonderful experience at Zales today! The manager and assistant manager helped me pick out a ring for myself. From the minute I walked in they greeted me and offered to clean my jewelry for free, which actually came as a bit of a shock considering every other store ignored me until I was about to walk out. Not only am I in love with my new ring but the entire experience was genuine and I will make sure I always recommend Zales!

Very upset that my engagement ring diamond that went out for repair came back with a smaller and different center diamond. Beware.

Its no wonder they have an embarrassing 2 star rating, went in to have my 6500.00 diamond inspected and they couldnt find my warranty information on two different occasions, when a customer came in to buy something the manager lost all interest in helping find my warranty, dropped me off to her brand new salesman who didnt know how to use the computer athough not his fault in hopes of selling something which didnt happen either when I mentioned to her that he didnt know how to look it up she did nothing to help resolve the issue and apologized to the customer she was with for the interuption even know I was there first lol. Where was my apology for wasting my time on mothers day and making us drive home to unpack the warranty paperwork she suspiciously couldnt look up. I wonder what would have happened had I not found it. Terrible service!

ZERO STAR RATING!!!!! I Completely agree with the first review my boyfriend bought me a ring there for Christmas of 2016 I brought it back the next day to be sized December 26th the lady that was sizing my finger to get my ring size was very very rude and it is now January 23 and I still dont have my ring back when I was supposed to be able to pick it up on the Jan 17 2017!!!!! That was 5 days ago -___-

If I could give this a zero star rating I would my boyfriend took me there a month ago to pick out a ring it was suppose to be a surprise but he needed to get me sized it was sent out on Dec 1st to get resized and we still dont have it back but was told it would only be a week than it was two weeks now its itll be done the 22nd but I highly doubt it will be and this was suppose to be done before Christmas their customers service is horrible every time you call to check on it the woman Mary who answers always has an attitude and is rude I will never purchase anything from them again
