Ketti is an amazing artist! She made a custom opal pendant for me as a commemoration of my graduation from law school. She worked with me from the raw stone, through a drawing, to a render, and then the final product. The finished product is beautiful, and it had an excellent presentation upon delivery. I came here to have my mother’s old ring rhodium plated. Ketti came outside (this is during quarantine for COVID) and gave me all the information I needed to know before having my ring plated. She was very thorough and you can tell she really knows what she is doing. Ketti also cleaned the ring as well as my engagement/wedding rings. I literally don’t think my rings were that shiny when they were first purchased. Its been a couple weeks and they are still gleaming! I was beyond happy with my experience and I will be returning here for all my jewelry needs from now on. Ketti is nothing short of amazing, she’s so friendly and personable too. Highly recommend!

I needed my engagement ring resized and I could not have left my ring in better hands! My ring was well cared for, everyone was super nice and everything was done while my fiancé and I waited. The ring fits perfectly and was cleaned to better than when I first got it. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great experience! Was highly recommended to come here to re-size my ring, so I drove the 40 minutes to go here. Had a very pleasant visit with my ring being the correct size within 15 minutes. A few weeks ago we called gemsmith and asked about getting the value of a watch. We were told to come in whenever, no appointment needed, they would give us a price and could buy it from us right then. Today (12/9) my boyfriend went in and the employee was RUDE. She said everyone was busy and she couldn’t help us. She said the watch wasn’t the watch for its case (we specifically said we know nothing of the value or the watch, it was my late grandfathers) and that we needed to google it ourselves then sent us on our way. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Glad I finally stopped in Gemsmith! I have always passed by the unique building, but never ventured in. Just as the building is unique, so is their jewelry! I had a loose pearl from Hawaii and was looking to have it set in a charm on a necklace. The owner and employee were both very helpful and gave me options based on style and price. There are just not enough words. My husband went to Ketti for my engagement ring with my interesting request for stones. I just discovered this great jewelry store!! I was searching for a place that would size my mothers diamond rings while she waited. They provide this service when you make an appointment when the Goldsmith is there. The staff was great!! Sierra confirmed the size my mom needed on both rings and cleaned all of our jewelry while we waited. She also made sure that there werent any stones loose in the pieces we had cleaned. My mom also realized at the time she needed a link removed from her watch, which they were also able to do at the time. We were not in the market for jewelry but they have beautiful quality pieces as well! Very friendly and professional staff!

Ketti and Gemsmith has done incredible work in my 16 years of doing business with them! Gemsmith designed and made a beautiful engagement and wedding ring for my wife using diamonds from her mother’s wedding ring. After 16 years it served her well until a bad fall happened and the rings needed to be cut off her finger. Thankfully Ketti and my wife came up with a new ring design and restored her rings into a beautiful new setting! Ketti also appraised the damage to the old rings and the cost of the new rings so that I received a full claim from my insurance. If it wasn’t for Ketti asking if the rings were insured I would have never thought to make a claim. She also made a beautiful new Infinity wedding ring for me as well! Thanks to Ketti and Gemsmith we now have great looking new wedding rings that will last us for rest of our lives!

Do not let this place fool you with their paid reviews. I recently made an appointment here to get my family heirloom appraised (recently engaged). I am new to the area so my internet search pulled them to the top. Their website shows a beautiful showcase of custom jewlery and a boutique. I drove up to the place almost confused, because it looks from the outside, like an old carwash. So I called to ask, are you Ketti Jewelers or Gemsmith? I was under the impression it was Ketti from their website. The woman on the phone said it is a long and complicated story. So, as not to judge a book by its cover i went in. I said I was there for my 11:00 appraisal appointment. The woman at the counter turned to her book and said i should have looked at the appointment book before i told my manager to go home, she looked like a wreck. But I can look at your ring. I asked if she was certified to appraise...she said I can, but first Id like to size and secure your stone like you asked. No thank you........... she only knew I asked because it was written in the book. I walked away. The inside of this store is much nicer than the outside, but the fact that this person at the counter tried to play off like it was no big deal that her manager went home was like she was trying to fool me. If your manager went home because she was sick, shouldnt you have called your book to tell them? I came from way out of town and had an appointment more than a week in advance. Im sorry she was sick but it felt in my gut like no one here was telling the truth.
