I have multiple pieces from this store and i have brought them in every 6 months and they honor the guarrantee and when something breaks they have fixed it at no cost. However I stoped at the store yesterday to pickup my ring and the girl that was behind the counter was extremly rude. I had never seen her there before but she had a horrible attitude. just thought i would bring it up since they have always been very helpful.

I went here Friday night to look for a gift for my bridesmaids. The sales associate found a heart necklace for $24.99 each on sale. All of a sudden the manager Lisa took over and said it was $45.99 at which I still thought was a good deal. Until I got home and read the receipt. She charged me an additional $19.99 x 7 for ESP which I was not told about. The necklace was actually $24.99 and I was never told about the ESP. I called corporate and I am waiting for a call back from the district manager because this was completely wrong and the $19.99 is optional and the necklace was only $24.99. I stopped back in the store today to ask her why she did that and she gave me 3 different answers and kept stumbling upon her words because she knew what she did was wrong. Offered nothing. No apologies. Just excuses. I am so appalled with the customer service and how I was completely ripped off. Dont ever shop at this store, especially this location because they will rip you off just to meet their quotas.

Love this store! The employees are always very sweet, caring and attentive. Havent had a bad experience at this store and Ive been shopping here for a while. The manager Lisa is such a great assest to this company, she pays attention to what the customer wants not what she thinks is good! My husband purchased a new wedding band here for me and a diamond fell out of the band unfortunately. However the employees here quickly had it sent out for replacement and it came back PERFECT, fixed and freshly cleaned for me. Will definitely be returning for my future purchases. :)

Spent 325 dollars on a custom made piece of jewelry when it arrived 11 days later it looked nothing like the piece I ordered. I tried to return the piece and even spend another 300 dollars to get something my fiancé would love however returning custom made jewelry is extremely hard and have been waiting a week for a return call to figure out what they will be able to do for me. My next step is to post the picture of what the jewelry was supposed to look like next to the real life necklace the engraving is sideways and birthstones are not semetrical the piece looks nothing like as advertised. I trusted since this was a reputable company something like this would not happen but here we are a month after my fiancé’s birthday with no gift, rather a gift I am EMBARRASSED to give her. I would try another reputable jeweler at least for custom pieces.

Went to go buy my wife an engagement/wedding band for an upgrade for our 5 year anniversary next month, stood in the store for 20 minutes not one single person asked if I needed help. Ended up going across to Zales and spending money. Oh Well their loss.
