I had only recently gotten engaged 07/15/2021 in Aruba, the ring fit but I needed balancing balls to keep it center for my skinny fingers. I had originally brought the ring to a local jeweler in my town who completely destroyed my ring. I was recommended my a good friend to see Kevin at Venzio jewelers and all I have to say is WOWWWW! Kevin was so completely honest with me from start to finish. He pointed out three cracks in my stone that the previous jeweler had created and allowed me to see for myself, he pointed out that the other guy had also placed the balancing balls in the incorrect places as well as he did not clean it well. Kevin was able to restore my ring to its former glory and then some. He gave me such fantastic pricing on the repair as well as a gorgeous new stone and a beautiful cleaning. The entire staff at Venzio Jewelers are just unbelievably amazing from start to finish and they remember who you are the second you walk in the door! Extremely happy with the service and prices from this establishment. We have done several purchases from them and have never been disappointed. I was in search of a necklace that would accommodate my charms that have an oddly shaped bail. I searched in every jewelry store in the Ocean County mall trying to find a necklace that my charm bail would fit through. Not one jewelry store was able to help me. My last stop was Venzio Jewelry’s. I went in thinking they probably won’t have anything either. Well, I was right. However, the woman that helped me advised you can get any necklace you want we have a jeweler on site he can adjust the clasp to accommodate your charms. I was so excited!!! I had my movado bold fixed there, needed a battery and the insides were all burnt out. With Movado, I would have spent well over $200 to have fixed and 4-6 weeks to get back. Venzio did it for $130 and work completed in approximately 2 weeks. They were very reasonably priced, and very nice and professional. I highly recommend Venzio Jewelers for any watch repairs!!

After a year-long search for a diamond band, Venzio Jewelers delivered with a special order ring that exceeded my expectations! They care about customer satisfaction. My ring is beautiful and I cant stop looking at it!

I called to get a quote over the phone to have my ring sized down from a 6 to a 5. I explained that I needed to get the exact thickness, however, that it was a thick platinum wedding band. They estimated $360. I was shocked. I then called other local Jewelers who gave me the following quotes for a 2.5mm platinum band sizing from a 6 to a 5: Crestwood Jewelers, Jackson $45; Twin City Jewelers, Lakewood $80; Mollys Jewelers, Lakewood $35-50; Twin City Jewelers, Howell $45, and Good as Gold, Toms River $75.I then gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back to confirm pricing. The response was, Well, if thats what you were quoted this morning, it is the same now. I told her that another Jeweler quoted me $45 and she said they obviously made a mistake because that does not sound right. Sounds like they were not the ones who made a mistake...

Can’t say enough good things about this store and Kevin (one of the owners Kevin). I went in looking for an engagement ring for my beautiful girlfriend. I was not very educated on diamonds but Kevin took his time explaining everything along the way in detail, making sure I was comfortable with everything and understood all of the details. Through his explanation and with his help we were easily able to team up and come up with ideal ring and diamond. Because surprising my Gf was extremely important to me I have never discussed what her ideal ring would look like or be. This is where Kevin really outdid himself. While I was initially looking at the rings, we picked out a few “cuts” and “settings” I thought she might like. I used the excuse of going to the store to drop off old watches that needed their batteries changed. From there Kevin had the idea of having my Gf come in to pick up the watches the next day, at which point he would ask her to give her opinion on several of their pieces of jewelry to help him gauge trends and stock inventory. He took his time showing her all sorts of jewelry until finally moving Into the engagement ring section. From there he was able to help narrow down the Exact setting and shape stone she wanted. It was one of the rings I had put on my initial “wishlist” that Kevin helped me generate in the store when I first arrived.After my gf visited the store and unknowingly gave her intel I returned and me and Kevin went over everything. And THEN moved into finding the correct Diamond which was a Patient Two day process. Kevin is the Man, I never visited Another store after setting foot in his and speaking to him and his brother (owners). He is truly great at his job and he made me super comfortable. We just clicked. I’ll be back again to this store for anniversary gifts as she said yes Today! It goes Wo saying the ring and diamond was Beautiful. Kevin showed me some High Quality stuff.
