I have never had an issue doing returns or shipping items from this location. They always explain all the options, they are quick and precise. I highly recommend them!

Literally the worst UPS store I have ever used. Long lines.. Attitude from the workers. They show no attempt at rushing to clear the line out. New employees or more equipment to speed up the process. I am going to start using another store, even if it have to drive double the time.
Horrible attitude of one of the workers, annoyed that I was early for an appointment. Was impatient with the other employer, instead of helping when asked was questioning why, the line was long at this point. The worker clearly was asking for direction and instead of giving it didnt.
Every single time I go there, there is at least 5 ppl on line out on the sidewalk. I mean every single time!!! It shouldnt be a 10 minute wait on line to ship a package. They have a very flawed unorganized system there and the kid at the counter is never of any help either. Time for a new employee and owner for that location. I will never, ever go to that location again. I send it from the forked river ups store now. I walk in. And walk right out. Taken care of within one minute of walking into the forked river location. Its two different worlds on how they are ran.
I shipped four boxes from New Jersey to Florida. All four boxes were damaged and everything inside the boxes were broken.The owner Abe, helped me through the whole process. When I was having trouble with the main UPS company. He saw the whole process through from step A to step Z to make sure that I got my insurance money for each box and the shipping money refunded to me. Abe is great!!!!!
Went to UPS Store on Hooper Avenue in Toms River Nj. Matthew waited on me and helped me with my free shipping. He saved me 14.00. Thank you Matthew!
Excellent customer service here, especially during a pandemic! Great location so if its very busy you can go to the many other stores in the shopping center & come back again. Its very convenient to buy stamps here while youre shipping other items. During this stressful time with covid19, wearing masks & social distance, this UPS store has great service in a perfect location to shop & multitask!

I needed to ship a small package and saw that the online rate was $9.15. Depending on when I left work, I didnt know if I was going to send through UPS or the USPS. I left work early and was able to walk in before the store closed. I was told that it would cost $13.00 to ship my package, and I couldnt believe why the online rates didnt match the stores. The manager was unsympathetic, and I had to order the shipping label online in front of the employees. Lesson learned. I should have made the label beforehand.

Dropped an Amazon return off to the Hooper Ave. store on Feb. 26 2020. As of today March 5th, tracking only shows label created. I called the UPS store yesterday, but they did not even ask for my tracking number - just abruptly told me to call the 800 number. After spending 20 minutes trying to get a live person on the 800 number - they were just as useless - telling me the delivery appears to be lost. I contacted Amazon directly and fortunately, they were able to confirm it was returned.

Questioned why the online calculator had a different quote than the amount they charged and they called us back to come get the package we already paid for and they accepted, saying they were not going to be shipping it. Normally I would fight it but chose not to. I will not be taking anything further to them and I will definitely be telling everyone I know how rude the person was who dealt with...I am even going to call head office and file a complaint with this franchise... worst customer experience ever. Apparently you cant ask about their rates...
I never have any problems in the Toms River UPS Store [shopping mall where Michaels is located on Hooper Ave.]. No matter how busy they are the employees are all polite, well-mannered, and very helpful.

Showed up at 6:18. Sign clearly says they close at 630. I knocked on the door because there were 2 people in there. They quickly walked to the back and turned the lights off. Just needed to drop off a package. Wont use this one ever again

I would not go back to ship anything. They take you items into a back room to box them up and for some reason they are inconveinenced by you verifying that everything is in the box. Last time I trusted the person to package the box and my mom did not receive an important part of her nebulizer that she needs for her breathing. Of course I never saw it go in the box so I can only assume it didnt.
Needed 4 pages notarized, was told it is $5 per page, when done, Louis said it was $40 instead of $20. He said there were 2 signatures per page so it’s $5 each signature. Feeling ripped off!
There was one employee working tonight and he was very busy. He remained friendly, personable and helpful despite the fact that he was helping 2-3 customers at a time, some of which were using multiple services.
Took a package in on Saturday as of 8 PM monday night still is at there store . Completely unacceptable. Will never use them again
Just called to have them check on something for me twice and the Indian gentleman was extremely rude.. Wow!
