Professional and fast they were very helpful with getting my car to the shop.

At the front desk I spoke with management, I was given one price over the phone and when I got there another. I was referred to postings on the wall when asking questions about the cost, you received a nasty reply. Not professional at all, rude and very defensive. FYI everyone is not the same. People should be treated with respect especially while you run a business.

The only reason gave them 3 stars is we live about 75 miles away, the vehicle & us were in a nasty accident & had pain from our injuries. Just needed to release the vehicle to a shop about 1.5 miles away & would not let us release it by phone. Our insurance company called as well & would not accomadtae us. So we had to make the 75 mile, over 1 hour drive to the lot. Where my wife had to again see the vehicle in its heavily damaged state & break down crying. If ppl are unable to make it there in person due any issue or problem they should have a plan to help them.

Pat and his crew, from the office to the field, are by far the most accommodating and service conscience tow company out there!Would turn to in every unfortunate situation I find me and my car in!

My husband & I called on Saturday the 16th, I was in a some what serious accident the prior night & just spent the night in the hospital. The call was made @ 12:08 PM we asked if we can come pick up the car the GIRL that answered the phone is the most rude, uneducated, unprofessional service worker I have ever spoken 2, she told us it was 2 late so we told her that we saw the website listed 24 hour service she had explained that was just 4 the towing (which I understand) so she then said the office hours are 9-5 & that it was not possible to come pick up my car that day. When we asked why she said that they closed @ 1-we live less than 5 minutes from the lot, we told her that & she said it’s still 2 late we had then said U just told us that the office hours are 9-5..? She changes her statement to say “well picking up the car is only 9-1 & it’s still too late.” She then said I can come on Monday not sure if she realized Monday was a holiday or not. So she sticks with her statement saying we can come on Monday 2 pick it up I said “OK that’s fine can I drive it off the lot?” she says yes.Then she changes her mind & says well no U can’t drive it off the lot we can pull it out of the lot & put it onto the highway & then U can drive it I said OK that’s that’s fine too I understand she said if it’s drivable U can drive it off if not then U cant, which makes perfect sense I said OK so what time Monday will be good?? Then YET AGAIN she says must’ve had a change of heart & says “actually we need 2 tow it completely out of R lot” I said “well would U bring it 2 my house then?”She says no I can’t bring it 2 UR house they bring it to (term she used was safe haven) safe haven & when I asked what does that mean she said we will bring it to a lot such as a McDonald’s or Wawa & then U can drive it out of there yourself. I said well I don’t like that because now UR gonna charge me 4 towing it to this “safe haven“ she said well it’s up to U if you don’t want us to tow it U can bring UR own tow truck if U “magically” happen to know 1 (her exact words) I said I do actually! I said so what time can I have the person w.the tow truck come to UR yard? 4 the 5th time now she changes her mind & says we don’t allow that- we don’t allow other tow truck companies to come get the cars off R yard. I said U JUST told me that that was just an option! When my husband asked 4 a price range his words were a “ballpark estimate” she said I have no idea what the prices are here... how can U work in the office, answer the phones & U don’t know what the prices are?? He said I’m not looking for an exact price & I understand it can be changed @ any moment I just want to know a roundabout so I can bring the proper amount since U only except cash we don’t carry cash on us. Monday comes around (theyre closed) because it’s a federal holiday which we already knew but we didn’t correct her we just let her think she was right so now my car sits there yet another day. The worst part of all of this is that during the time we were asking if we can get R car she must’ve gotten aggravated (hard job answering phones) she was huffing & puffing & when I said I don’t understand why I can’t get my car it’s still an HR until 1 o’clock she had the audacity to actually HANG THE PHONE UP on us! We are paying customers, we’re giving U business, if it weren’t for us (CUSTOMERS) U would not be in business, U would not be employed & that’s how U treat your paying customers??? U hang up on them?? IDK if this was somebody’s daughter helping out in the office but it was an absolute embarrassment. What a nightmare, STEER CLEAR OF PRICED RITE TOWING!!!

This company was dishonest. They denied my rights to tow my vehicle from their facility so they could charge me more money for storage fee. They were also very rude and they spoke to me with an attitude. I had to call the police and file a report. I will be filling a civil suit for the extra storage they denied me access to my property.

My triple A contacted this company. I was in need of a tow because the rear driver side brake caliper fell off and was dangling while I was driving, I immediately pulled over and called AAA. Before I left my car, I checked to see if there was any fluid leaks, and there was nothing, all that was needed was 2 bolts, and everything would have been fine. When this company delivered my vehicle, the master cylinder for the brake caliper, was rolling around on the bed of the truck, and it was spewing brake fluid all over. Either this driver caught the caliper while pulling it into the bed, or I don’t even know. But now instead of just two bolts, I have to go buy a whole new brake caliper, for $160. And when I called to speak with an owner/manager. I was told by some lady that they will contact me, well no. That’s not acceptable and when I told her that, she chose to tell me that it’s not her problem, and that she couldn’t contact an owner and that if I didn’t want to wait for a call back, then there’s nothing she can do, and that she was going to hang up on me. Horrible customer service. Never again will I be using this company, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Driver was one of the meanest person I’ve ever met. Very unprofessional. But after speaking to there office I realize that it’s not only the driver but also the officer managers as well. They agree with the behavior of the drivers and don’t back the customers that are paying them.

We broke down in new jersey on our way home to NYC we called.called price rite towing the were very pleasant. they sent out a driver his name was Erik. Erik was one of the most pleasant tow truck driver Ive ever met. very clean cut and he kept a clean truck. he seemed very knowledgeable about towing. They got us home to NYC. the only downside and complaint is that the truck had some major mechanical issues that caused us to have to pull over. i recommend they invest in repairing or replacing that truck. Any truck driver as good and knowledgeable as Erik deserves to be placed in a mechanically sound truck. outside of that the price was very rare and my experience was beyond pleasant.

My car got towed on a Tues the driver named Chris was a very nice guy hooked my car up with care so that was cool but the problem i have is my car was dropped off at yard around 10:45-11am and they charge by the day of course so i got the release for my car that same Fri and picked car up at 11am and they still charged me for that whole day when it clearly was not a whole day and when i asked the girl behind the counter why, her response was Thats the way it is. You should not have to pay for services from any business if they are not rendered and technically my car was not there for 3 days it was there for 2 and yes the first 24 hrs its there is free but thats obviously a wash in my case cause i was charged for that extra day.

Outrageously overpriced......towed me less than half a mile and got charged $150!!! What a rip off!!! Shouldve gone with the other company that quoted me $50. Only reason I didnt cause the cop said they had to call this rip off company!!!

Foremost insurance motorcycle towing service contracted you. Text said 90min. Your company called me and said my insurance Co cancelled 45 min ago. Called ins co. No one cancelled you. Ins co called you again. They said You hung up on them. Waited 4 hrs in 90 deg heat on highway. Finally called AAA. Showed in 20 min. I hope youre happy.

Had to have my disabled car towed 70 miles today to my mechanic. Vin was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated my car as his own from the very beginning. He made sure nothing would be scratched or damaged while the vehicle was loaded. Best experience I’ve ever had having my car towed! Vin is the best!!

Blew up my transmission and was stranded on the side of the road for over 2 hours. I called because they were close to home and they answered right away. Not only was the driver a pro, but he was more than happy to stop at wawa! Wasnt sure what to expect but now I wont call anyone else. The driver made the difference! The conversation and jokes made a bad day better.

Was broke down with my cdl tractor trailer. Not only did they respond promptly but got me able to make a delivery and be able to get to their shop for repair. That is pretty awesome since my trailer brakes locked up. Highly reccommend them and am glad they were the ones to help me out. Not only did they share and explain what and how they did but gave good advice for future needed repairs. Thanks so much. Definitely will use again. Staff super friendly and ready to help even the techs not working on trailer came over to help get me going quick as possible. Saved my day. Give those guys a raise!

Hands down the best experience Ive ever had with a towing company. I broke down late Christmas Eve on my way to visit family on Long Island. The driver, Frandley (not sure of the spelling), was very friendly and told me that if I needed my car towed the rest of the 95 mile drive home he would be willing to do it. Unfortunately, my insurance company wouldnt cover it as expected, but the driver followed me to a mechanic near by, despite the fact that my car was able to be jump started, and gave me a ride to a hotel afterwards. He even went out of his way to help me carry my bags into the hotel and when the hotel would not allow payments to be made by phone and I was stranded without a credit card to cover the cost, he took the risk of paying for my hotel bill out of his own pocket. His selflessness and kindness was truly a Christmas blessing! I dont know what I would have done without his help. His actions went above and beyond whats expected of ordinary customer service. Thank you Frandley and thank you Priced Rite Towing!

Do not use. Called for a flat tire on the parkway. Could not fix tire due to tightened lug nut, so they had to tow. Charged for both, even though flat tire service was not completed. Was told they still charge because they tried even though they did not have necessary tools. When my wife called back to question this unfair practice....the gentlemen...possibly the owner would not answer her questions and contradicted himself several times. He got loud with her when she was just asking questions, then hung up on her. When she called back he told her he was going to call the police and press harassment charges. Completely unprofessional and takes advantage of customers based on state contracts BEWARE

Less than 1 star if I could. Lied about hours,lied about fees. A relative had their vehicle impounded from a suspended license, yes my relative was wrong no question. But when called he was told 180.00 for initial fee then $25.00 a day, when he was able to get his car 5 days later, he called and got the total,when he arrived was told oh sorry, SUVs are double the daily rate major scam . Also very vague on the phone about their hours, close at 3 or 4 or 4:30..so forcing you to lose a a few hours pay on the off chance they may be open. Also, they dont take credit or debot cards..cash or certified check..

Didnt appreciate being tailgated and then watching the tow drive speed and drive in and out of traffic on LBI.

Said it before but neglected my vehicle and never admitted to such regardless of photographic proof.Update: I was rear ended nowhere near a guard rail... the car was thrown against the fence of your property and videos to prove. Insurance has dealt with the issue and paid forward the damage done overall.

After waiting two hours I called and asked for an estimated arrival time, at that point the woman on the phone representing this company told me she didn’t know anymore and couldn’t give me any information, she told me to just call my insurance company and get a new company if that wasn’t good enough for me.

Called to get a tow to a service station 20 minutes away and was quoted $150!!! I had to hang up on them they were so ridiculously over priced!!! I called someone else and got a tow for $75!!!
