I stopped by Mike’s because my low tire light was on and I was on my way to the airport. The man behind the counter told me it would take a while before he could check my tire pressure. He then informed me to go to wawa, where I could check it myself. My husband who is in the automotive business was appalled at the treatment I received. Needless to say I would never stop at Mikes even if my tires were falling off!!!

I live in Holiday Heights and have 2002 Dakota. I was told by another mechanic that it needed a new motor. A neighbor recommended Mike and said that he was honest and a good mechanic. So I decided to take it to him to check it out. After a few days of checking it out Mike called me and said he didn’t think it was the motor. Mike took the time to evaluate the motors overall condition and came across another issue that was undetected by other mechanics. He always kept me informed. Because Mike took the time to investigate the problem he saved me thousands of dollars and I have my truck back good as new. I would highly recommend Mike’s Riverside Auto. His price was fair and I value his honesty.

Dealing with Mike / his shop has been a great experience. Hes honest, pleasant, and hard-working. Not once did my wife or I feel like he was overcharging or not being truthful when explaining the issues with her 99 Oldsmobile. He even showed us video on his phone in order to illustrate the issues at hand. Now this 20-year-old vehicle is running well and were quite grateful.Highly recommended-- give this man your business!

Mike took me without an appointment to get my daughter’s car back on the road back to college after a weekend breakdown. Got the work done in half a day from diagnosis to completion. He was willing to work me into his schedule even on a packed Monday with one mechanic short, all with a smile. Just moved to the area and picked him before even knowing all my neighbors use and recommend him.

After doing some major research I brought my 2002 Ford Mustang to Mikes to have a new clutch installed. I am very happy that I did. Mike demonstrated excellent customer service, mechanic ability, honesty and integrity, and reasonable prices. He is quick too and does not beat around the bush. Very nice man. Mike is fantastic! Was visiting my mother in law when our car broke down. Not knowing who to go to since we are from Virginia. Found mike on google maps and his 4.9 rating. Not sure why he isn’t a perfect 5.0. He took extra time to make sure I was 100% satisfied and explained everything.Mike will take care of you if your a local or just visiting.

Brought my car in a couple days ago owner was very nice but I think he charged too much to install 4 sparkplugs. They said they would do a tune up and all they did was change sparkplugs. and that alone was a lot of money. Was quoted 6.00 the day before and was charged 12 in change per plug. Put in another part that I am not sure was needed. Also to put a bulb in my headlight which I wound up doing myself was easy. Not a big deal like they made it out to be. He wanted over 50 to do that as well, which was ridiculous I got other prices before I did it my self and it was half the price he wanted to charge. They charged me for a computer test which I said not to do and they charged 98.00 anyway without telling me till I got my bill. than there are labor charges, did not work on my car for the time they charged me for. overall, would not reccomend
