First time here, and the experience was very good!! Nice, clean environment. Very nice staff!!

I came here one time and said I wasn’t coming and and sadly I came back… i got charged $80! For nails that I didn’t even want!! I asked for a design and come out totally different and i kept saying and showing the design that I wanted !! And all these reviews for putting “ very good” “love this place” etc. They literally put their own reviews

I went in for a shellac color change only. They charged $30 and did a horrible job with watered down polish. Didn’t even take off my last color correctly

Always does great on my nails, sweet lady and fast which is so convenient for me Bc I do t have much time. Highly recommend 😁

I’ve been coming here for 10 years. It’s always clean, and they are very professional. I enjoy coming with my daughter and mom. They always do a great job and if I decide I don’t like something there is no problems in changing or fixing my nails to what I want. I love this place!

I have been going there for over 10 years. I have always been extremely satisfied with the service and employees. Unlike other places they treat me like family not just someone spending money there. I always get excellent nails done the way I want them and extremely satisfying pedicures. There is no differences their prices compared to anywhere.

Terrible job for the price. Pedi was absolutely nothing special and charged 65 for it. No way! Rushed and defensive when O tried to clarify why so much. Also, used an unclean file on my toes.

Dishonest. Their sign said $30.00 mani/pedi. I was charged $45.00. When I asked about the $30. She said that was the kids price but the sign does not specify that. Manicure was done in ten minutes, no base coat or top coat was used. Nail polish was old. Not a good experience, cannot recommend them.

I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. They always accommodate my schedule. Service is excellent! They give the best foot massage I have ever had, and the person that does my nails is a true artist! I highly recommend Houston Nails!!!

Dont go here! I repeat dont go here! $60 for two rushed basic pedicures! Nothing fancy, got there at 6:10pm and was rushed! She said its extra because they add a pinch of that scrub stuff. Please save yourself the stress and go down the street to 4seasons. Also their pedicure station is not fully sanitized, all they do is wipe it down with the same towel they use to clean your feet, there is no plastic cover on there.Update: came home did not bump or rub my toes and the polish is lifting/peeling off!

If I could give this place no stars at all I would. I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt the need to do it this time. Like everyone else here said horrible customer service, expensive and on top of that your 5 year old can do a better jot at painting your nails! Do not waste your time or money go somewhere else. To be very honest I didn’t look at the reviews I was in a hurry to get my nails done ..... lesson learned ALWAYS always look up the reviews!

Very rude, very ruff, over charged me. Literally costed me 95$ for a full set for me and my 11 year old daughter. And my 4 yr olds nails painted. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back here again. Not only did it hurt she didn’t take her time at all. It cost extra to have your nails long. Even tho I asked for them to be medium length. And she made them super long. So done with this place. I recommend going to aloha nails on Main Street wayyyyyy better all around.
