Customer service is excellent, the staff are very friendly. I travel a hour and a half to come to this shop because of the service I get. You can get exactly what you want and the way you want it. My manicurist Ms. T love her work!!!

This was my first time getting a mani and pedi since covid happened because I am pregnant. I was there last weekend and got the top of the line mani and pedi (I spent $110 with tip) when I left my big toe was a little sore and didn’t think anything of this, fast forward to three days I’m having to be put on antibiotics because I’ve got an infection on my big toe from the pedicure. Of coarse I’m annoyed anD extremely upset because A- I’m 36 weeks pregnant B- I spent all this money only to get an infection Plus having to pay for my doctors and Antonio a and lastly I am in so much pain I can barely walk. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Tammy T is my favorite nail tech! She has an eye for detail so my nails never look sloppy or uneven. The manager, Taylor, is a sweetheart. She is very welcoming and makes the clients relaxation/comfort a top priority.

The man who did my nails did not do a good job at all and I could tell he wanted to rush and get the job over with even though I was the only customer in the entire salon and he did not need to rush and do such a terrible, and the results showed. My nails are terrible. My nail lengths are uneven, have bubbles, missing powder on some spots, and he cut up my cuticles on a few of my fingers, and bundled up powder is stuck underneath the fake nails because he did remove all of the powder underneath when applying it to the nail therefore also making the thickness of each nail uneven. I do not recommend this place at all. Find somewhere else to go.

Fast & Friendly service!!! M-W they have 20% off, so I got a full set with the gel polish for $31 but usually a full set is $38..I went on a Wednesday afternoon, there was no waiting!!My nails look super snazzy! Great job ladies!!!

Never returning, I told the nail lady if she could straighten my nails because they were sideways and she said no they look fine from my angle so unacceptable.. Her service just unbelievable, worst nail salon I ever been to...

The person didnt understand English well enough to understand that I wanted fiberglass nails on my right hand to play the guitar. She put acrylic on them instead, then tried to do my left hand. Good try, Oriental lady. Haha

Unbelievably happy! I had my nails done previously at a another shop in town and my nail tech fixed their mistakes and made my nails exactly how I wanted them. Will definitely be back.

I got a shellic manicure and eyebrows waxed and my lips.. polish from the manicure started chipping the next day and they didnt waxed no hair off my face.. went back the next day and they wanted me to pay again.. bad place go cause I nails shop queen know good services place and I always return this I wanted every get one penny of my money

There is one lady there that takes waaay too long and really dont know what shes doing! Make sure to ask for the normal nail lady! I dont know what her name is but she does a great job! Been going there for a while now!

I had a very bad experience here I went to just get a pedicure and was convinced to get my nails done for a cheaper price and as she was doing my nails I asked if she could do them a bit longer with using the aluminum paper they put underneath the nail to create the shape or make them longer. She became upset and told me why i was being difficult and went to go look for the aluminum paper and she began to slam and throw things. I told her that she could just proceed to do my nails without making them longer because I was done at this point. I highly don’t recommend this place and I will never go back there again if I could leave a no star review I would.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had dipping powder on my nails when I came into this salon. I told them that I just wanted to remove them and have regular nail polish on my nail nothing too fancy. They seemed confused when I said that. The lady told me that they dont do dipping powder refills (I didnt want any refill plus you dont get refills with a dipping powder) I told her I dont want a dipping set I just want regular nail polish. They asked me to pick my nail polish color. I sat down and she began to remove the the dipping powder on my nail INCORRECTLY to which she realized and asked me this isnt acryclic nail? I said No, maam this is dipping powder She finally got it off all with a struggle THEN she began to take out things for acrylic nail once again i said Maam I dont want acrylic nails just REGULAR nail polish on MY nails. She finally understood me, I guess, and at the beginning she told me that all that day they had a 20% discount when I went to pay they charged me $15. They didnt give me any 20% discount. I called the next day and asked how much they charged for regular nail polish they told me $5 :0. I get it you dont do dipping powder but if youre at least in the field of nails and hair at least know how to take dipping sets off. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.

It was a horrible experience they took forever and then 3 of my nails broke the next day. The ladies there dont speak much English so they dontUnderstand what you are saying and want. One of the ladies was actually very rude too andGave me horrible looks when I was trying to tell her what I wanted. They didnt give me the shape or design I asked for and I paid 110 for my nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If giving no stars was a possibility I would have done that.

Im surprised to see so many bad reviews. I needed a mani/pedi and had just gotten done exercising so it was early. This was the only nail salon open at 9am. I got a mani/pedi package on special for $45 and it was wonderful! Hot towels, scrub, hot stones, paraffin, the works! I live in Houston and that kind of pedicure alone is $48. The lady was older and didnt speak English but she was sweet and smiled a lot. Best of all she let me relax instead of talking the whole time. The shop was clean, warm, and cozy. I just wished the other lady in the nail room would have turn off her TV because the music was so relaxing. I was puzzled when they turned on the TV in the pedicure room. Now there were two different TVs on and music! Other than that I had a fab experience. I sat down today to find a nail place near me to get another mani/pedi like that but its so expensive that I think I will drive all the way back to Tomball. I recommend giving this shop a try. Maybe go early in the day on a weekday or take an early lunch for the best service.

Ive been going to them for years and years.. Always had a pleasant experience besides them not understanding what I want and doing something different.. Which isnt a big deal, Im happy as long as its pretty. Recently I came in for a pedicure and because of how I was treated I wont be coming back. I asked for color and sparkles on my toes. Thought it was simple enough, but when I told her what I wanted I got the nastiest look from her. Also, usually when I come in they always say pick out the colors you want. This time, they didnt let me pick out the colors so she did for me. Wasnt what I wanted but Im not going to keep repeating myself and sound rude to someone who doesnt really know English that well, nor could I hardly understand her. So I just went with it. It still ended up pretty but not what I wanted. When she finished painted my nails they were wet and I accidentally bumped my nail on the salon shoes she put on me. She gave me another nasty look. Its not like i did it on purpose.. When I got home I noticed she left a noticeable amount of my old nail Polish still on my nails, and the paint chipped the next day. It usually lasts longer than a day. I felt horrible. Shes lucky I was nice enough to give her a good tip. Im paying you to give me what I WANT and good customer service. Left unhappy and they lost a customer whos been coming here since I was 8, and I am now 20 years old. Its really upsetting and Im not the one to complain but I feel like I need to warn others of the experiences I had here. I dont know if she was just having a bad day or was just judgemental toward me /didnt like me because of my tattoos and body modifications. I dont know. Wont be coming back... I didnt pay all that money for crappy service...

I wont be going here again. The bigger lady didnt let me get almond shaped acrylic and they dont have many colors for acrylic other than glitter! She also made them all uneven and I asked her to fix it and she didnt and they are so thin that with in a day of getting them I already had one break. With them being so thin I could see the actual fake nail tip and it is a crappy job.

I will not be going back here . Left with the worst Pedicure I’ve ever had .
