The only reason I’m giving 2 is because it’s a good price. I paid 86$ for my sister and I for a full set. They did hurt my sister a few times while they where filing her fingers. I told her if she was okay and she said that it actually hurt every time.

I came here and the nails were not too bad at first, but I called an hour before closing so I called ahead and they said come in. It was me and my little sister and tiffany was laying the acrylic on my sisters nails they looked fine. I was waiting and Tiffany called another lady to do my dip nails and she did not have any clue what she was doing she took a hour to do 3 nails and did acrylic. tiffany had to finish and i was still charged for dip... in the first week both of us have 2 broke off and when I went to a different shop for a refill I found out I had acrylic..

This place is reasonable on prices. I dont like the quality of shellac here but if I dont want shellac and just a regular mani/pedi I go here. Theyve ALWAYS been nice and wonderful customer service!! I prefer Jennifer there!

Was a very poor experience.. i called before showing to make sure it was okay for me to come, i was told yes. i get there, have to wait about 30 mins before my pedicure even gets started and once it does the water was barely warm and the “hot rocks” weren’t hot. then, when doing my nails the “technician” had no idea about what i meant about a basic white tip. my nails were cut very unevenly. i asked for coffin and seemed like only half of my nails came out that way.. definitely not coming back. oh, and when we asked about getting something done, they acted like they didn’t know what i meant then slipped up and said they couldn’t because it was too late even when they said we could come.

My nails looked terrible!! Some were thick, some were bumpy and a few were crooked. Hong Thi Nguyen is horrible at her job. Took her 3 hours to butcher my nails, a full set of pink & white solar should never take 3 hours. She burned me numerous times and acted like it was no big deal. She was going to leave massive craters and lumps on them and I had to tell her she wasnt finished. She has no real skill and no pride in her work obviously. I dont see how she has a license and not sure how they stay in business with her in one of their chairs. Ill never return and have photos of her license and my terrible nails. I will be talking to TDLR about her!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

Clean salon. Employees are kind and accomdating. Rose does great nails. Will be going back!!

Walked in for a pedicure said it would be 40 minute wait and only one customer in there. Other lady to busy in here phone to help. Not going back.
