When we purchased our truck 2 years ago we thought very highly of this dealership. Sales was great, the new customer dinner and Q&A was refreshing and even the service department was good. But their Quick Land is anything but QUICK. First time we used it we made an appointment, but they took drop ins before us and we had to wait over 2 hrs. This time their appointment section of the website has not worked in days, took forever to get someone to answer the phone, then I was told they dont take appointments, it was first come only. I was told to come after lunch because they are less busy. Expecting to still have to wait some time, I arrived at 1:30, only to be told that it would be at least 2 1/2 hour wait or more. While waiting sucks, having to wait in their wait room is a nightmare. Its like sitting in a garbage dumpster. The place is filthy, run down and desperately needs remodeling. Employees spend more time playing on their phones and goofing off than they do working. Maybe if they would have more staff working on the autos and less in the office playing the customers wouldnt have to wait so long. Not only would I NOT recommend anyone take their autos there for an oil change, but I think the next time I buy it will not be here either.

I was so pleased with Tomball Ford’s service department! The scheduler was great and got me in very quickly. The advisor was so nice and didn’t attempt to sell me anything other than my recall. I chose to have an oil change while there though. I as very happy I made the drive from Montgomery to Tomball. Excellent service!

Last time I came in to Tomball Ford was when remodeling was under way. Everything is so much better now. The waiting room is comfortable, the store front is appealing, and the snack bar is a great idea. Now if youre waiting on your vehicle during lunch hours, you can get something to eat and drink to avoid getting hangry!I came in for recall service on my Ford Edge. Advisor Shelby did a great job, shooing me inside out of the rain while she checked my car in. She knew exactly what was needed to be done, and time estimate to completion was right on.I even got to visit with my favorite CarPro, Jorge Lopez.It was a fun visit!

Jim Baker did a great job again. As best as I understand, the repair was needed because during the original repair debris, while cleaned as well as possible clogged the solenoid. Better if it wasnt required, but he had it taken care of w/i 2 days & i got another oil change out of the deal! Tomball Ford service continues to surprise me in positive ways!

Went here twice to check out some used tundras they had on the lot. Joshua Whitworth was the salesman for me. He went above and beyond to help me better understand the car buying process. The deal just didn’t feel right so I ended up walking out without a truck, but he helped out in many ways. Very professional guy. My advisor Shelby is the best advisor I’ve had experienced from any other dealership and I’m very skeptical of what dealership I wanted to take my new 20 Mustang GT so the fact the she went beyond what was asked for and noted every little issue I had shows a lot she cares about her customers definitely recommend her one of the best!! And thanks to the shop foreman for also trying to figure one of my issues couldn’t duplicate the problem for him but gave me some advice on what it could be. This place has one of the best salesmen a customer could ask for. Me and my mom went to this dealership to meet the guy who comes there and make keys for your vehicle. So we wasnt there to purchase a vehicle but its not like any of the other salesmen would know that because they just walked right by us without asking if we needed anything or even spoke to us. But out walks Joshua Whitworth and he had this amazing smile and proceeded to ask us if we needed help with anything. After explaining to him what we were there for he also offered to help with that. This guy is amazing and definitely gives this dealership a good look. Even with the not so good first impression of the dealership I would definitely recommend him if youre looking to purchase a vehicle. Their used car department is incredible and worked with us to get the car I really wanted. Please understand there is lots being left out here. Our technician was hit by a customer while driving the car. Both insurance companies have worked to resolve the issue. The insurance company seems to be holding things up, as we have done all we can do to help, including providing a loaner vehicle for a month. The insurance company of the driver that hit the vehicle has stated responsibility in the damage. We have worked tirelessly to assist in getting the insurance companies to respond efficiently, but of course their willingness to expedite some resolve is out of our control. Equally important, we are certain that each and every employee we have cares deeply for our customers.The Hell you do.

Went in for a routine lol change at tomball Ford quick service and not only was I able to just use Ford one pass points for the entire service so it didn’t cost me any actual money, but I was having an issue with some noise from the driver front shock…. I asked them if they could look at it, and they informed me it was just some loose bolts from the leveling kit I’d had installed, they tightened it all up for me free of charge and were super friendly and informative on explaining it all.

So sorry guys, you would expect a lot more from a Dealership that definitely has the financial backing and material means to assist a customer whos vehicle is a total loss (while being driven by a mechanic employed by your dealership).Its amazing how a customer can be promised the moon and stars prior to a vehicle purchase BUT - same customer months later brings a vehicle into your dealer to conduct a paying transaction for service provided and you guys cant stand behind with the same customer service provided during initial purchasing of vehicle.

Ordered an Expedition King Ranch Max and was i informed that it would take 8-14 weeks, the vehicle arrived during the 7th week. I drove 4hrs to meet with Sherif and complete my purchase. The truck was exactly as i ordered it and the process was perfect. Company was able to work with my trade in and final price of the vehicle. I would highly recommend Sherif and the Tomball staff. From the second I pulled on the service drive until I took delivery of my vehicle everyone was very friendly. I walked onto the used car lot at Tomball Ford, with intentions to just look for a used vehicle. Josh Whitworth and his trainee, Rena Plouffe, came over and introduced themselves. Immediately, I felt no pressure to buy - He gave me time to walk the lot by myself and then came back to check on me. At that time, I had a better idea of what I was looking for in a vehicle and the price range. He then showed me a vehicle that fit my price range, had the features I was interested in and a few other perks that would definitely be a selling point. Josh was patient in this whole process, really willing to listen & he also managed to get a few other requested items approved. Before I left - I had a pretty good idea that I might purchase the Explorer! I brought my husband back to test drive the vehicle and by closing time, the deal was done. I took my 2014 Ford Fusion to Tomball Ford seeking a second opinion as the previous Autoshop suggested a new engine was needed. Preparing for the worst news a car owner can receive...I dropped it off and met Mr. Jim Baker in the service department. As I shared my delimna regarding whether I would need to purchase a new car vs being able to afford an expensive fix, he promptly introduced me to their Sales Team Manager who promised to work with me either way. During the time my car was in the service department, Jim called every other day to provide an update... which was much appreciated due to my anxiety. Finally, the day came where we had an official diagnosis: New Transmission needed. Weighing the cost of the Transmission or replacing my beloved Fusion was an easy choice and Ford replaced the transmission and checked everything else on the car. I drove it out...almost brand new again! So happy for Jim and Tomball Fords excellent service .Thank you very much!

The Quicklane is such a different experience than the Sales department. The associates are competent and the communication is fantastic. I was effectively turned down at 2 other dealerships for alignments after replacing the front suspension on my truck. Tomball Ford Quicklane took care of me without question.

All in all it was a great experience. I took my car in for a recall notice. The notice I received from Ford lead me to believe the dealership had the parts on hand and ready to go. That was not the case. When I called to make the appointment I was told they were busy and I could go on a waitlist and would receive a text when my turn was up. I was not told they were waiting on parts from Ford. It took about 3 weeks to get in. I did get the text as they needed to confirm my VIN. I spoke to Misti the Parts Manager. She w as awesome. She explained the delay on the parts and got me scheduled to bring in my car. They got me in and out quickly and all is good.Yes I would go back there again for other services and repairs.

The Tomball Ford service department prides itself on its customer service and experience. I have always been well taken care of while there and I know for a fact how serious everyone takes their role in their departments from the service director to the shop foreman to the techs. EVERYONE cares. If something is not satisfactory they will go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. No matter what. I’ve witnessed it myself. The staff here is by far the best I’ve ever met and dealt with in my entire life. Tomball Ford is a family.

First, the service was great - 5 stars. The process of getting an appointment and getting the work started was not. It was 2 weeks from the time I entered the queue to the time I was informed that my appointment was ready. Then the vehicle sat there for 2 days. Once the tech got to work, it was less than 24 hours to get the vehicle back.

Sherif Elsherif was an excellent sales consultant and helped me and our family for two whole days finding the perfect truck to fit our needs. He didnt try to pressure us into something we didnt actually want and helped us keep looking for the truck that hit every need, Even the color that we wanted. The finance department helped us get a great rate above my expectations. Will be definitely coming back for future Ford vehicles. This is my third F-150 and so far the best one I owned.

We went looking for a new truck, everyone we came in contact with was great! Very friendly and helpful. Though we didn’t purchase a new vehicle they were still friendly.
