I had a great experience with Tomball Honda and Zeke was my sales person. We purchased my granddaughters first car and shopped throughout all dealers in the Houston area before deciding on Tomball Honda. I spoke with Zeke several times over the phone and negotiated the price for a new Honda Accord sport model that was on their lot. We agreed to the price and I asked him to have it out front when we arrived with my granddaughter. He had it washed with a sold sign hanging from the rear view mirror with her name, great memory. When we signed the paperwork the price was exactly what we discussed and agreed on. Before we left the dealership, Lenny the owner personally thanks us for our business. Overall the best experience I have had purchasing a new car.
I got a Honda Accord sport and our salesman was Bilal. From the first call I made to Honda inquiring about the car til the moment I drove off, Bilal made the process simple and got us the best deal in Houston. He was transparent throughout the process and very knowledgeable about the different trims and options. He definitely saved me money, time and effort in buying the perfect car for me. It wasn’t to my surprise when I found out that he’s actually their best salesman. Bilal forwarded us to David in finance who was able to get us a great deal on their warranty in a time efficient manner. It was the most simple and transparent car buying process I’ve had and that’s why I’m leaving this review here.
Will never attempt to do business with dealership again. While negotiating with the dealer on the price of a used vehicle, was curtly told by the sales persons that the vehicles was sold to another person.This is not only a really bad way to do business, I think it was also not the truth. This vehicle had been on their lot for 69 days at the time I made my inquiry about it and all of the sudden two people are interested in it on the same day. Sounds fishy to me.I’d be very careful if ever dealing with this dealership.
Just purchased a Honda Civic Hatchback from Brady B. he was great. We are from out of town and traveled to pick up the car. His communication skills are great and he made our buying process easy. He helped us get some floor mats and a cargo liner for our new car. The entire dealership is also very nice and the finance manager Mitch was extremely nice and worked with our outside lender. We shopped around different Honda dealers and they all had extremely “overpriced” dealer add ons that increased the ove all price by 10%. Tomball Honda doesn’t make that a requirement, we saved over 2k compared to our local dealer.
We purchased my daughter’s first car and I highly recommend asking for Peter or Jasson! Both of these gentlemen were professional and patient. They worked with us to find the car my daughter was looking for and in her budget. We asked lots of questions and did our homework. We never felt pressured. They spent hours with us on two separate days and never once made my daughter feel uncomfortable for continuing to look for just the right car. The dealership is very clean and comfortable. Went in last Saturday, honestly didn’t even expect to leave with a car, a brand new one at that. Ed G. is AMAZING!!!! After a bad experience at another Honda dealer yesterday I called Honda of Tomball to ask a few questions as we use their service dept for our daughters Honda. Ed answered and was super friendly and invited us to come “see how we deserved to be treated”. Jerry Blake at the Service Center for Honda of Tomball was awesome and really took care of me during my visit for a routine maintenance on my new Honda Accord. He was extremely professional and answered all of the questions I had. He did not rush to get me out, but explained everything in detail and covered all of the actions that were performed that day on my vehicle. This is a review of the services department.We recently had some issues with our newly purchased car and a replacement key that was made. Upon bringing the car in, we were met by Josh Bellville who was very dismissive and short with us. I was concerned about the car beeping sporadically whenever I walk away from the vehicle (which usually meant the car was not locked). Before we finished explaining, he quickly told us that its just something the car does and we shouldnt be concerned.We also had issues with the replacement key that we had brought in to get cut and programmed that he had given to us last time, ensuring that it was all done and worked perfectly. When we noticed issues with the key, we brought it back and were told that it was our fault that we had originally brought in an incompatible key and the issues were due to that. My husband questioned why this wasnt caught before when they had started cutting and programming the key last time, but he was very defensive and would not accept any fault for missing it the first time.Tomball is nearly an hour drive for us, but we came because of the great experience we had with purchasing the vehicle. However, our terrible experience with Josh has us dreading ever to return.UPDATE: We came back with the correct key and Garrett Dryden was so patient and very willing to listen to us. He helped take care of us and had our new key cut and programmed it free of charge. This is the type of customer service that I wish I had experienced from the beginning!
Babar R. was a great help with getting me the exact used car that I wanted. He was ver easy to talk to and provided a great car buying experience. I brought the car I purchased back a few days later because of some fingerprints that were sealed in to the polish and Ronnie, my service writer not only took care of it perfectly, he didn’t charge me and also gave me a loaner car while they worked on getting the prints out. They went above and beyond to give exceptional customer service. When it’s time for my next purchase I will definitely go to them first.
Quick in and out service for my first oil change. They had a shuttle available to take me home. Even though I did not purchase the vehicle there. I will definitely be taking my accord there for the following services.
We are new to the area and needed an oil change so we went to Honda of Tomball and met Ronald our service advisor and he was awesome! He has super amazing customer service skills and super knowledgeable!!! We ended up needing more maintenance than expected and we called to price different places and Ronald promised he has the best prices and he was right! He made us feel comfortable with helping us understand what needed DI be done and he was super accommodating and quick about things and set expectations and met them! Thank you Ronald!!! We will keep coming back and recommend Honda, everyone is nice and helpful too including Val and Garrett too :) and the random advisor that walked by and took my trash :) they treat people like family and we love it! We bought a car here a few months ago. The experience was going well and we loved our salesman, Jasson. However, when the finance guy, Manny, arrived, he acted unprofessionally, talking down to us as if he knew what warranty package was best for us blah blah. We told him over and over what we wanted and he would not listen. An absolute jerk. He kept trying to sell us on his pitch over and over. He even tried to play my wife and I off each other. Honestly this experience was so bad, that I regret buying the car from here, even though it was a good deal price-wise. Absolutely awful.

I have always received exceptional service from all of the service advisors at Tomball Honda, but I would be remiss if I didnt mention another significant and exceptional worker, Ms. Ana the cashier. I have multiple Honda vehicles and I bring all of them to this dealership. No matter what is going on with customer, Ms. Ana always offer a smile and is a consummate professional. She is efficient whether youre paying your bill or receiving a loaner car. I think the most important part of any customer experience is how you feel after you leave. Ms. Ana never fails to offer a kind word, greeting of the day, a smile, and sense that she genuinely appreciates you being a customer at Tomball Honda. Kenn was my service advisor the first time when I dropped off my car for an A14 major service on my 2017 Accord and he good about explaining to me what all my car needed done to get it up to top notch condition like when I pulled it out from the dealership at time of delivery. I also got an all brake service a couple days later and Kenneth was very good about keeping me posted on the recommendations from the technician and letting me know the timeframe it would take on the work performed and when I could expect my car to be completed so that I could plan accordingly. The staff is amazingly friendly and respectful and I was very impressed with the cleanliness throughout the entire dealership. I enjoyed the coffee and the 5 massage chairs upstairs were incredible for relaxing peacefully. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏽👍🏽

I don’t usually make reviews but just had to after my experience here at Honda in Tomball. Every associate was knowledgeable, respectful, and felt like they were on my side. I don’t normally feel that way at a dealership, you know? From Lenny the owner to Juliana the sales rep to even Acho and Craig(?) in finance. There was a continual feeling of being valued and not rushed in the slightest. After a minor annoyance/delay in vehicles due to the pandemic, they more than made it right for me and made sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I expected. They also stayed in contact with me weekly for over a couple months.Worth also mentioning the place itself is outstanding. It’s super clean and open feeling, has a huge selection of concessions in the waiting area, and even has a kids play area which was a big win for me! Not sure I can think of a way to improve this place and I pray they will be blessed long term for their integrity and hospitality.Thanks,Greg
Everything was great! Love the ease of the purchase and they delivered to my home. But, I didn’t get any explanation as how to work anything in my car. It has been a little frustrating but I am learning on my own. Overall, would definitely buy from them again. But maybe ask for someone to go over features next time. :).

I was stranded in a parking lot, and one of their technicians happened to be nearby, he took the time to call Honda and got someone to bring out a jumper box to start my battery! I worked with Angel Calvin to purchase a 2021 Pilot. She was awesome to deal with. While shopping for a new car, I reached out to several other dealers in Houston and Central Texas. Several times I had sales staff show me one “Drive Out” price only to add on several fees whenever I would get ready to secure the purchase. Angel was very straightforward. She showed me one price and it never changed.I never saw any additional fees or costs even when I was at the end of the buying process. What she showed me on her quote was exactly what I paid. During the two weeks I was shopping around, she was always quick to respond to my questions and always very direct. She was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at as well as the rest of the Honda of Tomball inventory. When we purchased the car, she spent time walking us through all of the features and answered every question we had. I would highly recommend both Honda of Tomball and Angel!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I bought a 2013 Nissan Murano. A car I have been searching for for over a year. I have extenuating circumstances that make car buying difficult for me. I had to have a co-signer. I was out of state on vacation when I found the car online. My bank wouldnt release my money. But, Ed, Sam, and Chris were wonderful and very helpful on helping us find solutions so I could get the car of my hearts desire. I have not had a car for three years. I am a single mother cautious of trusting the wrong people. I dont have a strong support system. I had to walk everywhere. I am so grateful to Ed, Chris, and Sam for changing my life. Now, when the time is right, I can get back to a better job than the one I have right now. I can get back to living in a nicer place. I can go to where there are more jobs than the jobs in my small town. The possibilities are endless. You guys have no idea the good you all have brought into my life, and you are all added to my prayers every day because I am so thankful. Thank you. So much stress has been lifted off of me. And Sam, you worked some major magic to get the deal you got for me. Im super impressed.

Unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing!! Pictures of truck we were interested were misleading! Torn seat, broken taillight, headliner coming off, broken windshield ( which we were told was already fixed, then told would come off the price)! Tony Montez was very sweet and helpful over the phone and assured us, before we booked a flight to get truck, that everything was in order. My husband asked for a price breakdown and never received one! Sadly when we got to the dealership we saw all the cosmetic problems and a fairly dirty truck and asked for them to make it right on the price! The only thing they took off the price was the $800 reconditioning fee! 😞 didn’t even show that they took off for the windshield! We had to walk away and find a way home which was 8 hours away! Management wasn’t helpful and said they could drop the price in this competitive market… even though truck was priced high for the condition it was in! In conclusion I would do EXTRA research before flying to get a vehicle AND be cautious of car dealerships!!!!

The service department was very helpful, and when I asked to speak with someone higher up, within 1 minute I received a call from Mike Flores. His friendly personality made me feel like someone cared about my situation. He immediately addressed my problem, and made my day by working out a way to solve my Jeep issue. I often don’t have transportation so I choose to wait for my car. They open at 6 AM. They stay open until 11 Monday through Friday. There is a very quiet computer room so that means I can have my car worked on by experts and I don’t have to get stuck in the lobby. I can do my work. They keep me informed of what they find; they help me make the best decisions on what to address if I should be limited on budget at that time. They are cordial, respectful, and friendly. I really appreciate their professionalism and I trust them. Plan on taking my new vehicle to Honda, even though it’s not a Honda, but they work on all types of vehicles. And I am happy I can still use HONDA TOMBALL

We just purchased a used Nissan Truck from Honda of Tomball. The buying process was straight forward. Our sales woman Ronda and her manager Zach did a great job. The pricing was transparent and process was efficient. We had a great experience with them. The day before my son had to walk out of another dealer after a several hour fruitless negotiation, so the great experience at Honda of Tomball made this first time car buyers experience so much better and he learned some great life lessons.

Jay took great care of me and noticed my front brakes needed replaced and did the alignment. Vehicle feels better to drive on highway and in traffic now. What a great place that goes above and beyond to keep my vehicle safe and on the road in proper working condition! Everyone needs to go see them!

This is one of those times Google needs more stars. I have never seen a dealership like this. True pros in every sense. Fast, efficient, transparent. And they really will help you figure out whats best for you. They sell you what you need, not what they need to sell you.The facility itself is incredible. Really big. 4 covered drive-in service lanes. Huge customer lounge, quiet glass-enclosed work areas for customers, lots of counter space to use as a desk, and upstairs theres a whole second lounge.What a great place to do business! Honda of Tomball has it all figured out. I mean, it might be a Honda store, but you feel like youre dealing with more of a luxury brand. Very impressive!

Came for a part recall that another dealer said would take 2-3 days to fix with an appointment. Over there, no appointment needed and would take about 2 hours so that was great before even going.When i arrived, service area very easy to find and quickly greeted by Josh who had a chick fil a attitude. Even gave recommendations on things to do in the area while i waited. I went ahead and used their shuttle service to the movies which was quick and clean, no issues getting back either.Anytime i was waiting around someone always was making sure Id been helped, would definitely go back there in the future

First of all this location is a newer building and everything is up-to-date they gave us a grand tour, everything was Top notch.The attention to detail and customer service was greatly appreciated. My sales consultant was Rhonda Walling, she was amazing she listen to all of my concerns and definitely got us in our dream car.Thank you to everyone at the Honda of Tomball dealership I will definitely be coming back.
The service team at Honda of Tomball is definitely a 5-star group. Brought my mom’s HRV in for an alignment and they did a great job. I forgot to bring in their service coupon I had printed at home and Rudy was great about honoring their service special. Completion of the alignment and installation of two new tires was completed in the time window promised and they even price matched the tires that I was planning on purchasing at Costco. It saved me an extra trip and got everything done that night. You will definitely be satisfied with the service provided at Honda of Tomball!

From the buying process to all of my service visits Honda of Tomball employees have been nothing but professional and helpful. Every experience I have had there has been wonderful and done in a timely manner. The employees are beyond helpful and considerate and the whole experience is just pleasant. I would highly recommend anyone to go here whether to buy a car or just get your current vehicle serviced. Their service center is not just solely for Honda owners.
We bought a CRV last week. We liked the low-pressure sales guy, Jacob, who thoroughly answered all our questions and patiently showed us the different trims so we were comfortable with our decision. We didnt have to fill out any preliminary paperwork; he just showed us around and let us take a test drive. Also, there were no dealer markups for extras like we experienced at a local Toyota dealership. They had just the trim and color we wanted in stock. We then negotiated a price below MSRP and purchased an extended warranty and GAP coverage. But this is where the 5-star review was earned: we had second thoughts about the insurance (Progressive offers a similar coverage for less) and extended warranty (we will decide after the initial warranty expires). We called up the dealership, and they had us come in to sign the necessary paperwork. Mitch brought us into his office and took care of us quickly and without trying to get us to change our minds. The next time I buy a car, I will shop around, of course, but I will probably buy here. Also, all the employees are courteous and held the doors open for us, and we saw a diverse representation of employees. All were friendly and professional. Our three-year-old had fun in the childrens play room. My wife liked the free coffee, and my daughter liked the soft ice. From my perspective, this is the way a dealership should be run.

Jay was very friendly and helpful. He gave me an honest wait time for my repair, even though it was a long one (I would so much rather know the truth up front so this was great!). The unusual sound I was hearing from my car was fixed.
Yeah I was in Friday and Saturday and service was outstanding Ronnie in particular spent the better part of an hour even more than an hour with me with my info center. We had a problem linking it up and had been there three twice before and we couldnt get it to work properly and I was told that it was the cable so I came back with the right cable and like I said Ronnie spent the an hour and when he had a question he went and got somebody else and he stayed on the problem till we got it resolved I was very happy with that.
This was the best experience in buying a new car. I had a large section of cars to choose from they were very informative, friendly And genuinely concerned with my needs. The organization of this particular car dealership is exceptional they have a lot to offer I would recommend them highly!

Our service advisor did a good job explaining our service needs and the costs. The inspection process and service was completely quickly and the communication was thorough and courteous. It was an overall great experience.
We have purchased 2 vehicles from Honda of Tomball and had a wonderful experience both times! Our most recent purchase was 3 days ago when my daughters car broke down and the repairs would have cost more than the car was worth. Our first stop was Honda of Tomball and David was the sales person who helped us. He was knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to help us with this unexpected expense! I was at my wits end when I got to this dealership/service location as the one I purchased my Honda from (off 45 frontage in Spring area) had given me a whole lot of we can’t help you, we are booked 2 weeks out, no loaner/rental cars. I’m a mom of two school aged kiddos and work downtown telling me you can’t fix my car or provide me help was defeating.Went here and Garret instantly wanted to set me up with a loaner even if I was only using it for the few hours/day with minor repairs. That in itself makes the stress walls fall. They had my vehicle diagnosed fully within a couple hours throughly explained everything needing to be worked on, listened to all my concerns, (quoted me lower than a shop I use for oil changes near my home, added bonus), and provided stellar service from start to finish.Took 2 days and I’m back in my vehicle! Will return again for all my repair/service needs.
Walk-ins service is very a convenient feature of this dealership. Went for an alignment on my Accord and it was performed reasonably fast compared to other dealers i used before where appointments were required. Matt, the service consultant took care from the beginning and provided additional information on recommended services as well as providing all explanations on the inspection and results of the alignment. Very professional and respectful team, definitely recommended.
Best car buying experience I have ever had.. I had been to another Honda dealership earlier in the day and was annoyed by the associate trying to upsale me . Honda of Tomball gave me the space I needed with no pressure from sales associate.I absolutely loved the finance manager. I will recommend this dealership to everyone.
