The worst service department in the nation. They couldnt align a two wheel bike if their life depended on it. I purchased a brand new 2500 few months back. Bought the truck site unseen straight off the truck. Anyways started to drive my truck and it pulled to the right. I would have to hold the steering wheel off center to the left to keep it straight, From 2000 miles to 10000 miles took it in 3 times, which they said they aligned it twice. They even went to go as far as saying my tires are causing the pull. Never could fix it. My service advisor Dave Ramsey was a nice guy, but didnt show to much help. He even referred me to calling the 1800 number. Then a person by the name of Harrison from the dealership called me about following up on my truck since the purchase. I expressed my concern about the service department. He said he would get back to me after talking to the manager. No call back and not one manager ever contacted me to talk about the issue. I ended up taking my truck to Beck and Masten North. They fixed it on the first shot. I did have to pay out of pocket for the alignment. Overall the truck is absolutely perfect and I love it, couldnt expect anything better, I love the truck, Parkway did me right on the truck purchase. BUT I would not take your vehicle to their service department. Most BUSTED service department.

First off I love Chevy, but out of all the dealerships I’ve been too Parkway is by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had. Hipolito was super helpful, but not over bearing. I had come in two weeks prior to my purchase, and he made sure to keep me updated on new inventory. Used Scrubway station for State inspection. Tech marked on my paperwork that there is an issue with carbon build-up -but nobody mentioned it to me. So, not happy about that.Other than than that, basic service,no issue. Process was quick.

I recently purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado Work Truck. I had two sales representatives, David Croft and Chad Godwin, that assisted me with the sale. Both were very knowledgeable and were ready to assist me in any way. I test drove the vehicle with Chad and he answered all of my questions. David was the primary sales person that I negotiated with. There was no pressure to purchase I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I got a great price for my trade in to boot. Worst dealership to go to micheal richey the manger of this place called me and asked why I didn’t want to take (the deal ) they where offering and then started to curse me out on the phone when I told him I made up my mind to go find a different place that is willing to help .. I actually had the 10,000$ to put down but was saving just in case something happened and couldn’t make a payment later on but he just wasn’t having. He was throwing a fit over the phone I even told the sales person Maria i was going to come back later and get all the money.. but now that i had that interaction with him I will not be coming back worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the way your dealership handles business.I have a used truck for sale that one of your sales people, Dara Lewis, reached out to me about and I made appointment to meet her today. When I arrived, she wasnt there, but instead, referred to a gentleman named Manuel, who told me Dara was unavailable and would be dealing with him any way. After wasting half an hour of my time playing car dealership waiting games, Manuel comes back and tells me the best he can do was 20% less than what Dara had said would be your minimum offer over our multiple phone calls.Knowing the value of the vehicle prior to selling, I asked Dara if the initial offer was the best they could do. I was assured that would be the minimum and would probably go up a bit. When I asked Manuel why such a great difference, his simple reply was, they hadnt seen the vehicle. What Manuel didnt know was that I had already emailed over 25 pics of the vehicle inside and out with great detail, including a copy of the Carfax and KBB appraisal.By nature, I hate car dealerships. In my experience, most car salesmen are lecherous sycophants that would sell their own mother for a buck. The only person to change my mind is a fleet salesman at Parkway by the name of Jim Finley. Out company has done business with Jim for 16 years, including our fleet, service, and maintenance business with Parkway. In the service department, Michael Sanchez is a jewel.To be honest, having experienced the bait and switch tactics just to get you in the door has me greatly questioning the value of a continued relationship. If this is how you treat a long term customer who gives you all of their business, how do you treat the average guy off the street? I will definitely be sharing my experience and story with everyone in my professional (Im in the commercial contracting business) and charitable endeavors (Im on the board of three charities with over 1,000 supporting members) and on all my multimedia platforms.

Oil change is always great. Although we had an appointment it still took 1.5 hours to complete.Almost got run over twice by psycho driver at scrubway in red blazer that crashed into the vacuum station.They always give me a coupon for $6 scrubway basic wash but because I have a dually they never honor the coupon.

When I pulled into the service garage, no one greeted me for a long while. One service manager was doing nothing just staring at me and another younger one was on his cell phone texting or browsing and never looked up. Finally I went into their office and said hello, nice to meet you how can I get help. Response was someone will be with you soon. Several others walked by me and didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there.

The process was absolutely seamless. Bob Hodge did a great job, communicated well, and took everything. I couldnt be more pleased. Thanks for making the process perfect.

This has turned into a very bad experience. My wife and I purchased a vehicle there back in April and we purchased some extra warranties through Rob Martinez in Finance. Two weeks later I went in and signed a form removing those warranties and maintenance package while leaving only my GAP insurance. I was told by Rob that the ampunt of these ($6,000) would be deducting from the financed amount. I checked back in at the end of May and was told it would take 2 months. It has now been 3 months with no change to my financed amount and Im thinking I was lied to and Im fed up.ImUpdate: The dealership reached out and this issue has been resolved. I appreciate them making this right.

I had worked with Riley Piper for months to purchase a 2021 Corvette. It was on back order from the COVID pandemic and the factory was playing catchup. But Riley worked with me constantly to update me on the status. He showed the best care. When I received the car, Riley walked me through all of the car functions and features. I know other salesmen do that, but Riley was very careful to cover all of the features including special features that I would have had to read about to know they were there.

The advisor showed me a new air filter that was orange along side my supposedly old air filter which was filthy, had leaves on it and was the incorrect one. It was not even the same size. I said no. When I got home I looked to make sure the filter I had put in there the week before was still there. It was and there was zero evidence that the filter compartment was even opened. You attempted to steal my money.
