Eric in service was absolutely wonderful to us. We had to have my sons engine replaced, and Eric was in constant contact to keep us up to date. He even managed to get the engine in and replaced in half the time that we were originally quoted. His professionalism and dedication to customer service are what we need more of.

Service department is a bad joke. I brought my Kia Stinger in and they fixed non of the problems. Basically told me to get another Stinger instead of fixing very simple problems.
Called at 11 oclock in the morning to see about getting my oil changed, they told me to just bring the car on by and they would get it done today. Ed was super professional super fast and super nice. They called me back within 2 hours to tell me that my oil change had been done I definitely for sure well come back there more often to service my car.

Went in to discuss a trade-in and purchase of a 2022 Kia Carnival. Our sales associate, Candace Worsham, was amazing, and she exceeded our expectations. I am from Louisiana and am used to hometown, southern charm, which Candace delivered! She made us feel very welcomed. She went over every detail of our new vehicle more than once, answered most of our questions on the spot. If she didnt know the answers, she made it a point to ask someone else who knew, again, making sure all of questions were addressed. My trunk broke right before the weekend. And I had a trip planned the next day. I called Kia and the first person I spoke to didn’t ask any questions or try to learn what was going on and just told me there were no appointments until July 5th. It was June 25. I could not wait 9 days to get my trunk fixed. I went to another institution the next day and they quoted me an insane amount to have it fixed. Before agreeing I decided to call Kia one more time and Matt Hahn answered (He has been helping me since I purchased my car I believe which is almost 5 years) I told him what was going on and he informed me I had a warranty still and that fixing my trunk was covered. He also told me that he could get my car in that day and have it fixed within an hour. My car was fixed before lunch time. It was amazing, he is amazing, the mechanics are amazing. They saved me a lot of time and money. Matt is the absolute best and I could never thank him enough for all he does!!!

This was my first time at Beck and Masten. Got my 2017 Kia Optima serviced. My service advisor was Eric, who was very helpful. I usually have my car serviced at closer garages to where I live. However, I will not hesitate to take my Optima back to Eric / Beck & Masten.
Matthew from service department is the best. I have been had services from many other locations, but I only go to this place because of Matthew. He knows exactly how to take care of services, suggest best options for customers, not like other people (they always try to rip you off, suggest unnecessary services). My next car was going to be different brand, but if KIA has employees like Matthew in all locations, I will consider to buy KIA again.

Came to get my K5 serviced and it took a good while. I was expecting and told that it would take about an hour but it really took two hours. I came it at 10am so I thought it would be a decent time but I guess not. Other than that a man named Matthew did help me out with some questions I had which was good. I plan to keep going to this location and hopefully it wont take as long.
I took my 2015 KIA Sorento in for pre-100K Mike warranty check up & to have an oil change, tune-up, throttle body service, valve clean, etc. last week. They took great care of me & seemed to check everything out. They replaced the rear hub assembly under warranty. They worked my appointment in & I expected it to take a few days which it did. My car is running great & the cost was as quoted months before.
Ive been using the Beck & Masten service dept for 9 years. The staff has always been professional, personable, HONEST, and welcoming. I absolutely recommend their service dept over any other Kia dealership.
They sent me countless videos and pictures all day or the vehicle I wanted only to show me in person a completely different vehicle than I was sent. Appraiser dirtied my floor mats and couldn’t put my car in reverse. Don’t bother with their own online appraisal because according to them “ it’s just to get people to come in” there is no honor and they will low ball you 1000’s below what that appraisal online is even though on the phone they will say the numbers are good. They also won’t match any other dealerships appraisals I have several. The appraisal gentleman didn’t even know what my car was and couldn’t even drive it. Don’t waste your time it’s a BIG scam.

Our daughter (a new driver) needed a car to commute cross town to UH so we wanted her to have a new, reliable car with latest important safety features. We came to test drive the Forte but ended up getting the Soul. Our sales rep TJ was very friendly and helpful. The negotiation went smoothly and the sale price was fair. I appreciate they did not try to take advantage of current situation by price gouging customers like a lot of other dealerships. Its been a month since the purchase and our daughter loves the car, considering she was adamantly against getting the Soul (preferred regular passenger car) at first. Thank you Beck & Masten and TJ for your fairness during this shortage!

I had the best experience. I called about a Recall notice I had received and referenced one a friend sent me an article about and Angie scheduled me right away. I took my 2014 Kia Soul in for the Recalls and they were able to do 3 out of 4 the first visit. Angie told me how long the part for the 4th one would take and called sooner than expected and scheduled me right away. They washed & detailed my car and did the Oil Changed I requested all in a fast, professional and couteous manner. No hard extra upsetting. Just awesome service!

We bought a Kia Sportage at this location and the team was really helpful. Prior to buying the car we shopped around but decided to buy here as the sales people were not pushy and allowed us to check out the car and test drive without hovering over us giving us the time and space to make our decision.
We are a local dealer and had run into an issue with a Kia that we had just sold. We had used what we consider a trusted and long time Radio/electronics repair shop for diagnosis and repair. He could not get it diagnosed and or repaired. We are in the SW side of Houston and the closest dealer stated that the vehicle would have to be dropped off and in 1 week they would get to it and diagnose, but no appoint could be set ahead of time, Vehicle had to be on their lot and they were 7 days minimum backed up. I called Beck and Masten Kia and although on the other side of town, gave me an appointment for the next day. We gave them some incorrect information on what we replaced and what we did not. After talking to the service manager they figured out the issue on their own and also gave me some leeway on the repair even though it was our fault for wrong information. They also offered advice on an option to save us $$, which meant a lot to us considering we had spent quite a bit on the repair. I called quite literally ALL Kia dealerships within a 50 miles radius. With Beck & Masten, I reached salesperson, Candace. She went above and beyond to get me in an upgraded car than what I even imagined and STILL managed to be within price range! When I called, Candace knew cars were just delivered so she put me on hold and walked outside to go check what exactly was in stock and within price range. Finding a car in stock was so difficult with the shortages and the customer service I received was immaculate! This was the first (and only) place that didnt make it just about the sale even when they couldve sold my car to the next person. Id give 10 stars if at all possible. Even the paperwork was a piece a cake. Loved the experience!

I am a returning customer as well as my family members. I have never had a bad experience here! I recently went in to purchase a new vehicle after getting into an accident and I called up my preferred sales rep - James Carter. I told him what was going on and I told him exactly what I wanted. I went in and had no problems. I was not pressured into anything and got exactly what I wanted. I said I wanted a lower interest rate before with no down payment and that what I got. I highly recommend James Carter as he is very honest and tries to get you into what you want while meeting your needs! As far as the finance managers, they also get stuff done and want to get you the best deal they can. Sometimes that process can be long, but it is for good cause.
My recent car buying experience with Beck & Masten Kia was both pleasant and enjoyable. The customer service throughout the experience was what really stood out for me. Beginning with the Service department, Matt provided exceptional customer service. He was patient and thorough, especially when it involved being the “bearer of bad news” over the phone. Also, having the ability to speak directly to a mechanic in the shop, who then walked me out to my vehicle to explain the diagnostic process was greatly appreciated, especially considering the degree of analysis required to discover the root problem. Kudos to Matt and the entire Service department for their personal desire to make me feel taken care of the moment I walked through the door.Kevin and Laura in Sales then tirelessly showed me vehicles during a pandemic, while in cold weather trying to help meet my needs. Ending the process with Will in Finance was great, as well. He thoroughly explained my options, the process and warranty coverage.Each and every department went above and beyond to meet my needs both in-person and behind the scenes. I also have to mention the customer service representatives, who man the front desks with their kind and helpful service, along with the janitor’s not-stop cleaning due to the pandemic. Angie saved the day on this not so great experience. I dropped my car off for some very routine maintenance (alignment and oil change) and needed to make sure the tie rods were up to spec. I dropped my car off on a late Saturday morning and they did let me know then that my car wouldn’t likely be done till Monday. The service dept is closed on Sunday which no big deal because 2 days without my car I could survive. Well, Monday came and went with no communication so by EOD I started to call to get some info. No one answered and my messages were not returned. The same thing goes for Tuesday after many attempts at getting a hold of really anyone to give me some info on my car. By Wednesday, I was determined to get someone so I started calling very early in the day until I did get an actual person. That person transferred me to Angie who got on the ball with getting me some info. She was honest and let me know the technician assigned to my car was a bit overloaded so he had not even touched my car yet (thank goodness I kept calling!). Angie assigned it to another technician right away and I picked up my car at 4:30. Angie deserves 5 stars across the board! The experience I’m giving a 2 because if that technician had just communicated that he couldn’t get to my car soon they would’ve assigned it to someone else and I could’ve had my car by Monday. Instead, it sat there that whole time with no one even looking at it. The communication here could be a lot better!! Hi make me money doing deliveries and not having a car that long really set me back this month. Please do better about letting people know what is up with their cars.
Service dept completed the oil change in a reasonable amt of time, however the lady at the desk who is responsible to process the paperwork so the bill can be paid was busy talking to a friend and texting on her phone instead of doing her job. Needless to say I waited an extra half hour after my vechicle was out in the drive ready to go. Not happy about having to wait any longer than necessary to leave.
Came in to get a replacement key and they were very helpful with the process to obtain one.
Angie in service is great! Angie answered all my questions regarding repairs and was very honest about the time it would take to complete. She is always a big help. Picked up my van yesterday and drove it home so far I am pleased with repairs and maintenance work done.

The folks have always been friendly and attentive. They even put some air in my daughters tire as she was headed back to school. Only four stars due to lack of communication while car was being serviced...I can understand things taking a bit longer than quoted, but an extra 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation without a courtesy call was annoying! Just keep us in the loop when there are delays.

Salesman was nice. However after five hours car last moment switch for one in transit 7 days later salesman was able to get us the one in stock. It was a trying experience but worked out in the end.

Been to a few dealerships in my life. This one is great. Went in for a couple recall fixes on my 2012 Forte. Matthew explained everything well and gave accurate time tables and was accommodating to my schedule in managing the service request. The team members here in the service department are conscientious and provide quality work. My car is running very smoothly; Better than when I brought it in. Seating area was good. If you ever run outta seats just check out the showroom floor. Car seats are pretty comfortable as well 👍. I’m a Kia guy and we’re a Kia family and of the dealerships in the greater Houston area this is definitely the one to go to.

Took my Optima Hybrid in for repairs(stopped at light, wouldn’t move, restart) was told initially fix would be out of pocket, Ashley my tech (no longer there) informs me parts under warranty will take few wks sets up rental (5star service so far) 3wks later new parts in but my vehicle still won’t start. New rep (Ashley quit) says part needed not under warranty, 2k plus, fine I agree to order the part, Kia tech support is working with them advising. 3 more wks of waiting part installed, car starts but still throwing codes. Few days later after 6 plus weeks and 2 repairs a “specialist” checks my vehicle and says it’s my wire harness a 6k fix, but don’t worry about the previous repairs we won’t charge you for that. Still waiting on dealership to respond back to Kia consumer services after 2wks. 9wks in I still have No vehicle.
First off, I love Kia vehicles!! I purchased my first two Kia vehicle from Joe Myers Kia (who I also recommend, Hung Pham in sales, tell him I sent you!). I would then take them in for service at Beck & Masten because they are closer to me. I have always received excellent service in the service department. The employees are friendly and helpful and great about answering questions. Yesterday I took my 2018 Kia Sportage in for an oil change. Angela was a great help and very nice to boot.While I was waiting for my service, I was contacted by the sales department regarding trading in and upgrading. I was planning on doing this later this year with the previously mentioned Hung, but decided to talk to Kevin Pruett here at B&M because why not? :) There was a lovely copper Sportage on the lot with an awesome sunroof. I originally was thinking to downgrade some to lower my payments, but that sunroof was calling my name.Working with Kevin Pruett was a great experience! He really took the time to explain a lot of the financial side of things. My 2018 Sportage was a lease and he was able to get me out of that early (yay!!) and into a new vehicle. This is going to be my 100,000 mile vehicle. I absolutely love it. My first purchase in 2015 was a base model Soul. It was great and I loved it, but in 2018 I had the opportunity to upgrade to a Sportage and I loved that even more! As much as I loved the 2018 Sportage, it was not all that I wanted in a vehicle. This 2021 Sportage EX is. The color and the sunroof just pulled me in.If youve ever bought a car from a dealership before, you know youll be there for a few hours. This was no different. B&M offer plenty of complimentary beverages though and comfy chairs. My time in finance with Will was super quick and painless. I got an excellent interest rate. I admit I am very happy with that, almost as happy as I am with the Sportage!Overall, I highly recommend B&M and especially Kevin Pruett. He worked with me 100% of the way, with no pressure, answering all of my many questions and concerns. I dont think I can express how happy I am to not be in a lease and in such an excellent vehicle! They upgraded my Kia soul. Then all of a sudden the ac stopped working properly. I called them back and asked what happened? They said bring it back and check it and adjusted something and got it working again. We cannot have a non functioning ac in this Texas heat.

Waited an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment and the car had still not been serviced. All that was requested was simple maintenance. Very disorganized department. I will never return to this dealership eventhough I purchased the vehicle there.
I called a few days ago and spoke to Javier and had been talking to him about a couple cars. Monday afternoon, I called the manager, Mr. Kahn (sp?) and he assured me the car my wife and I was looking for was indeed there. My wife got there before I did and James the sales guy did a great job helping her look at a couple of options. We ended up picking the Sedona, something we werent really considering but loved it once we saw it. Once we came in I asked if Javier was there and apologized that we didnt work with him. But he assured me thats and James would help us through the whole process. Once we go to the finance manager, Brad he explained everything about the finances and was super helpful.Big praise to the whole team! THANK YOU SO MUCH

They tried to sell me on a certain maintenance service on my vehicle stating the specific part was damaged and needed to be replaced. I told them to hold off for the moment. I got a second opinion from a mechanic I normally use. They inspected that specific part and said the part in question was brand new with less than 100 miles on it. So either the beck masten Kia service department replaced that part without my consent or lied to me to sell me on service I didn’t actually need. Definition of shifty mechanic

After using the same salesperson at another dealer for the past 25+ years, I was very reluctant to change dealers, let alone car brands. But I must say I couldn’t be happier! I wish I could leave more stars!! I truly haven’t had this much ease in buying a car in years, aside from my previous cars from the same man I’ve known for 25 years. From my sales person, Javier Perez, the nice lady who answers the phone, the general manager and the finance man Brad...they were all were absolutely exceptional (truly) at making the purchase of our Kias a streamlined, completely non-stressful, in and out in one hour, informative, yet not pushy at all experience ... and added bonus, it all came with a great price. We called while in Katy, told the phone operator we need to speak with the salesman, she quickly found Javier and we told him that we had seen two cars on their website that we would like to test drive and we were in Katy on our way to his dealership. When we arrived to the dealership in Tomball, he had both cars we had asked to see pulled in front of the dealership and ready for us to test drive...over and beyond commitment to customers! We highly recommend these people in this dealership, they truly went above and beyond with their friendliness, Customer Service, knowledge and as I stated above, just an overall great experience. We will be customers for life!!
