Dumped garbage all over the road and didnt clean up... Getting to be a weekly clean-up.

I ordered an additional trash can on the 23rd of July. I was told it would be here the following Thursday. The money ($75) was taken out of my account and it’s now 3 weeks later and I have not received my can. I’ve been calling daily, and getting daily promises of delivery. Someone left a voicemail yesterday with an apology and a promise to deliver by the close of day and still nothing. I’m beyond livid! I feel like my money was stolen as there was no service provided!

I had the best customer service and response from our citys refuse pick-up! Catherine responded with exceptional customer service?

In April and May we had bulk pick-ups and we were pleased with Republics service

I was hoping it wouldnt come to this. But for the second week in a row my mom didnt receive her new recycle can, because of the wheel coming off on the old one. I have called twice and was reassured that it was going to be dropped off for the second time. I totally feel how others were frustrated.

Republic service is unreliable and dishonest. We called for bulk item pickup. They gave us a date which they missed. 9 more calls and 5 more pick up dates set by them were all missed. 4 promises that I would be called by a supervisor to resolve our complaint. Never received a call. Other people have been adding items to our pile. 3 weeks and we are still waiting.

Called 3 times to get a chair picked up. Chair still at the curb. Everytime I call on the phone too long giving the pick up information again. Get your act together!

So many times my street is forgotten! We have to call and remind them. Unfortunately my new neighbor isnt aware of our difficulties. I live on a cul- de sac and they back in she asked to get by and they drove off and never came back. That was Tuesday, today is Saturday, they were called on Wednesday and Thursday. This is unacceptable to wait a whole week

I saw the reviews so I was leery to call. But the lady I talked to was so helpful and walked me through everything very patiently.

At least once a month my house is skipped then when I call they still dont come and get it

Terrible service. Told my trash would get picked up Friday. Had it out Thursday. They never came. Had to reschedule for Tuesday. They never came. Now rescheduled again for Friday. This is ridiculous.

Ordered a bulk pickup for a simple boxed Christmas tree before memorial day, only a few days from the day I called them. They said pick up would be on Wednesday instead of the normal Tuesday because of the holiday. It never came & was still there when I came back home from a short vacation on the 29th of May. Called & their excuse was that the employees were told late that there was going to be no pick-up for that week at all because of the holiday.. I was told they would be there on Wednesday the 5th of June, mind you this was a new week with no holidays so my pick up day should have been my normal Tuesday since my trash is Monday.. Never showed again. I called in again the next day & they said it would be picked up the following Tuesday the 11th. Nothing. Unbelievable. Called again early Thursday 13th they said they have no idea whats going on. Said they put in a missed pickup & should come by the end of the day, if not by the end of the day tomorrow the 14th by 6pm. NOTHING AGAIN both days! I believe they are just telling me what I want to here at this point & are a bunch of liars. They dont care that Im being threatened with a fine by my park for this eyesore they refuse to pick up for some unknown reason. I have no clue what to do at this point. Its just a freaking Christmas tree in a box ffs!!! This is unacceptable & unbelievable!!

Was supposed to have my recycle bin delivered yesterday and I STILL don’t have it!!

The truck took our entire can on the 14th. I called to report it and they apologised and said I would get a new one that following Friday, and didnt. We called again, and again an apology and wed get a new one Monday the 21st, and didnt. We called again they apologised and said we d get it thst Thursday, again nothing! We called they said how they dont understand how this could happen and assured us that wed get it Tuesday after the holoday. I am livid I spoke with a supervisor, Karen Pinson was supposed to take care of it personally and call me today. After 20 min on hold she had already left!!! I am speechless how this could go on. One of my many case #s is 52819294 in case anyone out there actually will fix their ridiculous mistake!

The garbage truck driver desided to push all the leaves in front of my house in front of my driveway. What kind of people do you hire. Worthless!

Hours of operation are terrible. Showed up at 3:15 and was told sorry were closed. The fact is I have a job and have the luxury of getting off work at 3:00, which still is not early enough. I dont know how other people manage to make it.
