In the past we’ve used other disposal companies but years ago we switched to HAI. They created a new Google Listing because they had many bad reviews. I used these guys for years to trash out Foreclosures and personal use. They were always prompt. AND THEN one day they delivered a dumpster and the driver tore up my neighbors yard, horribly. They would not take any responsibility and were extremely rude, denied it was their driver when no other trucks came down our private road, but I expected that from Kevin because he a no nonsense (aka short and curt) and I never minded that because he produced results. But when it comes to accountability he is as rude as they get, he even lied and pretended he was the owner when I asked for him and screamed at my neighbor. I would never use them again. We had to repair their mess at our expense.

I highly recommend HAI if you need a dumpster for house and garage clean out, construction waste, or furniture disposal. I rented a container to clean out my house in preparation to sell my home and I needed to dispose of stuff I no longer needed or used to reduce the weight of my move out of state. HAI customer service is excellent the representative I spoke with explained their service, helped me determine the container size I needed and the pickup/delivery policy. The rates are the cheapest in the Toledo area and the driver delivered at the time promised, placed in the location I wanted and explained how to open and close the doors on the dumpster. I needed extra time to finish disposing of stuff and HAI is very accommodating with pickup and delivery reducing my stress and not destroying my budget. Great experience highly recommend.

Mr. Kevin is a no nonsense dumpster dispatcher. He is a git er done sort of guy. It was my pleasure to have dealt with him. Clear cut good communicator...you get what you ask for! Asked for some extra time and he obliged me, right away. No fuss, and no hassle.

Ordering the HAI roll off dumpster was seamless. The dumpster was delivered same day it was ordered, which far exceeded my expectation. Drop off took maybe 15 minutes for a 20 cu. yd. dumpster. HAI had the best prices of the three quotes I received, and no hidden fees. Going with HAI was a no brainer. I will be using them again during my next home project.

Aggressive rolloff driver turned infront of my truck and trailer on 25 cutting me off, one of the closer calls I have had in 15 years of driving professionally.

We rented 4 dumpsters in the past two months to clean out and rehab family home. The staff are all very personable and helpful to making sure we had the size we needed and worked with us on drop off and pick up times. They are very responsive and prompt and we were able to get a dumpster delivered the same or next day. We will definitely use them again soon.

We only use HAI because they’re prompt, professional, affordable and there are no surprises before or afterwards. The drivers put it exactly where we asked and we’re also flexible with our needs. Their roll offs are also clean and well maintained as well, We won’t even bother calling anyone else because these guys make everything so easy!

The guy I talked to was about as rude as they come when I called about getting a dumpster. I went ahead and still gave them my business. Dumpster showed up and the truck wasn’t even a baseball throw away from my house and I looked in the dumpster and it was just under 1/4 full already, called ken back immediately and said that the dumpster has stuff in it already and his exact response was “stuff happens I’ll call the driver and have him come pick it up and get it empty”. Wasn’t a big deal at all to me to have the guy come back and clean it out but for him not to apologize but instead say “stuff happens” is just not acceptable. Talked to ken on the phone I think 3-4 times all together and he was never professional. I will never recommend anyone to use this company

Quick to answer the phone. No need to schedule a dumpster well in advance for they can deliver the same day or early the next day. Ive rented other dumpsters from other companies, and HAI has the best prices and availability. No one else but HAI had a 6 cubic yard dumpster, which is just what I needed. They email a detailed invoice so the customer can have one for their records. Not all dumpster companies do this. The delivery person was conscientious enough to call in advance to ensure that the dumpster was being put where we wanted it, and he respected the property. 🙂

I was driving on Airport Hwy in Delta and this truck pulled out onto Airport and I had to slam on my brakes to avoid being clobbered by this big truck. I dont want to imagine what could have been the scene if otherwise would have happened. I caught up to this guy at the light in Swantonat a light and called the number on the door. The gentleman asked if I had a radar gun because if he was speeding it would have alerted him. Never said oh maam Im so sorry about this, I will talk to my driver or anything nice. Just rude and mean and basically did not care at all. Sad and unprofessional.

I called to get a price on the dumpster and the man was so rude with me, I ended up hanging up. he was actually YELLING on the phone 299 when I said sorry, sir but you are rude, as I hung up the phone. instead of telling me different options, he belittled me by not knowing different things about dumpster rental. Even if they were $20 cheaper I would never even consider that company.
