Horton Hauls was very professional! They arrived earlier than my 4pm to 6pm, I had not arrived, they left me a msg letting me know, which I didnt get until I got off from work, I made it home just in time they were about 5o leave! Both men were very courteous and respectful. They were done in a timely manner. I only wish I knew in advance that they would take my furniture to a donation of my choice, but thats my fault I didnt see ask. I will use Horton Hauls again if ever the need rises, and yes I would recommend them to friends and family!!

Horton Hauls Junk is an outstanding business! The initial phone contact person was kind, professional, responsive to our needs and arranged for removal of household appliances and furniture. Text messages and emails sent with clear information of two hour time window for arrival. Two days later, a text message notified us the men were on their way. The two young men arrived right on time; were personable; skilled; and performed a complete job. I can not use enough superlatives to describe our experience with Horton Hauls Junk! Our other removal service fell through. Called Horton Hauls and their kind professional CSR told us she would see what she could do to offer same day service. Horton Hauls arrived a short time later!They assessed how best to move. They were so very careful to not bump walls or cause any damage.. . even the flower pots on the porch were not jostled. Movers were VERY professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Grateful to have found this company! I would highly recommend!

Horton Hauls Junk is Amazing!I needed someone to remove a large couch and love seat, an old TV stand, and 2 heavy old style box TVs (one that was really large and one medium size).They were able to fit me in right away. They gave me a time range of 4-6 and showed up right at 4. They were very professional and polite.They came in and gave a quick estimate, which was very reasonable given they had to remove such large items and go down 2 sets of stairs (I was on the second floor of an apartment, but the stairs were so you went up some, turned, and then went up more).They made sure to be careful when removing everything. They worked so fast! I honestly couldn’t believe how fast they got the TVs, couches, and TV stand out!I thought they did such a great job and were so polite and professional, I even ended up calling to ask them to help me the next day! I was moving out of my apartment and had lived there 10 years, so I ended up with a ton of things I was getting rid of. I had been trying to do it on my own with my boyfriend, but there was so much stuff, and it was hot and humid in August and after preparing for the move, moving things, and throwing things away for a few days we were completely wiped! But, we still had a TON of garbage and junk we needed to get out of our apartment! We thought the chances were slim they’d be able to come same day to help, but thought it was worth a try! I’m so glad we did! We called there and the lady remembered us from the day before. They had a filled schedule, but she said she’d be able to squeeze us in and would call when she was on the way. She called to let us know they were on the way. They were seriously a LIFE SAVER! There was no way we would have been able to get all that done! And they did such a beautiful job!
