Pam was such a help to us. We are in a unique situation and I’m sure we were not her easiest clients. Even though I had a bunch of questions and had to change things up a few times she was always very professional and very willing to help. Due to some extenuating circumstances I had to cancel my policy and go with another company that’s local in FL where decided to end up “moving” to. If it wasn’t for our unique situation I would definitely have kept our policy with her. She gave us really good rates, but even if they were higher than others I still would’ve stayed with her just because I liked her so much.

Ill pass. Tried getting full coverage on two vehicles, home owners, and an umbrella policy. They were always nice but follow up was terrible. After pursuing them for weeks, Im still without a quote. This last unanswered message after being promised follow up a week ago took them out of the running. Im not sure why they wouldnt want our business. Ill stick to my current State Farm agent with their STELLAR customer service.
