I would highly recommended this great guy as your agent. Lets start with he answers his own phones and will gladly help you out when his assistants are busy. One in particular has helped me out a ton and her name is Carmell. She has gone above and beyond her call of duty in the insurance field to help me understand things i had no clue about. Shes is the best, not saying that anyone in that office cant help you but I have done all my issues with her and feel satisfied with the level of care if get with them. Not just a number but like a good neighbor! :)

I rarely have to contact the office but when I do my concerns or questions are addressed immediately. Everybody is always friendly and very helpful, I’m very happy that I chose to switch back to State Farm and even more happy that I chose Dave Bly’s agency!
