Based on a previous review, chose Rose to cut my curly hair while visiting the area for a few weeks. Rose is a very nice lady but she did not cut my curly hair properly (she said her daughter and granddaughter have curly hair) as I have to now use a curling iron to control the ends that stick straight out (Im usually a wash/wet and air dry kinda curly). She also told me I shouldnt grow out my gray (4 months since last color) and refused to cut my hair shorter as I requested. Its been almost 2 weeks since my visit and my curls are just a mess. Sadly, Ill have to find someone else to fix it and cut shorter as I requested (my hair grows fast)!

I just recently moved to the area and needed the first haircut since my hair got long from shaving it; I had Hayden as my stylist and she took amazing care of me. Everyone there was friendly and made me feel so comfortable, which is always a toss up when you are getting a haircut in a new place. I will come back here as long as I live in the area.

I went in for a body wave. The back look okay but the front not so much. I have never had a body wave before so I am having to live with it till it grows out.

I visited here last week to get my eyebrows waxed. I am so particular about brows because I have been over waxed and over plucked before and I was admittedly scared. Kelsey (I hope I remember her name correctly) was wonderful. She has her own room dedicated to eyebrows and asked thorough questions about what I wanted. She was very quiet but I didnt mind because she was so focused on the task at hand. She uses a high quality wax that does not use painful strips and even measures the eyebrows to mark out what her vision is because she is just that dedicated. I will never go to any other eyebrow salon and I dont understand why anyone would not think about going to her. Do yourself a favor and get your eyebrows done here with Kelsey. Best money I have spent in a long time and it was very affordable. I gave her a 100% tip because I was so impressed from her level of dedication.

This place is the cats meowy of the industrty. Ive worked with salons which caterred to professional models for a very successful and high profile business. None were better than Natauchas. Few were even close. Fifty stars, Twenty thimbs up and a madefrom scratch Cherry Cream Cheese Pie for lunch. Ill put her and her crew up against any other crew from anywhere Im the nation.Yet, theyre affordable.

After 3 years of going through bad cuts and horrible colors I finally found the perfect place. After reading more than 50 reviews between Yelp and Google I figure I would give Natauchas a try. The reviews do not lie! The place is spotless, all the girls are friendly, and all work as a team to make sure you are taking care of. Nataucha was my pick and she did not disappoint me at all. She listened to what I was trying to achieve with my hair, gave me all the answers to my questions, and explain what she thought would be best to get my hair to where I wanted. She had no problem listening or spending the time to make sure we were on the same page to get my hairstyle. The best part is she actually achieved what we discussed and more. I got the cut and color wanted in just one sitting. Thank you Nataucha! I have finally found my hair dresser. She did an amazing job and for an amazing price! As did all the girls there. I did not see one unhappy customer the whole time I was there. Word to the wise make an appointment the place is always busy and books up fast!

I needed that was ..rollerset... and under the dryer! Its been a long time. I orig was quoted between 15-19 and day of charged 25...and I gave a 10tip...would have given more....my hair is more than a hand full. But the beautician was excellent...very attentive...great...I was late 30min n she still took me. No complaints just facts..I recommend anyone to go!

Great haircut at a great price!! Took the time to talk about the style that would suite me best before starting which is a big deal for me. I may not always know exactly what I want when I decide its time for a new style so relying on someones expertise is needed and they have that expertise here!! Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Natauchs for the last few years. I love the service with a smile. I always leave with a great cut and color. I have sent several friends there over the years who all have loved their professional work. I would recommend to anyone who wants a great color or cut with a reasonable rate.

This is the only place I go to get my hair done. Although I now live in the Orlando area, I still make the drive here to get my hair recolored/trimmed and it is 100% worth it. I almost always have Nataucha as my stylist but I have on occasion had her daughter Erica as well. All the ladies here are lovely and I have never had a bad experience. Very professional and affordable.

I went in to get my hair fixed from a bad hair color I had done. I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and she told me she could fix it. I was so happy with the results. I love this place. Nicole offered me a nice cup of coffee in a real coffee cup and it was awesome. The whole staff is very nice. This will be my Salon from now on. I will never go anywhere else again. I just want to thank Nicole Veaudry for all she did. I will be going back to see about getting my nails done as well. They do so many things for you. Awesome place!

With so many choices on where to get our nails done, how you treat your clients and your business practices make all the difference. That being said, Nails by Nikol is a big No for me!

The girl did an incredible job on my nails and toenails, spent lots of time on them and they came out perfect. The reason I cant bring myself to go back is because of how unsanitary everything was. When told to scrub my nails there was a single grimy brush sitting in a cup with the sanitizing solution almost empty. The area where she did my nails looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years and was covered in nail dust and grime. I couldnt see anything gross in the pedicure chair but my mind was going wild with possibilities. I really wish I could go back because the service was amazing and the girl was very nice but the experience was really uncomfortable and gave me the heebie jeebies.

Im very disappointed with my experience here. i spent 4 hours in a chair yesterday to have my hair dyed dirty blonde and i walked out of the door with orange hair. for future reference if you are putting a client with a NEW stylist, let them know before hand so they dont leave in tears

Jennys cut is awful - she is not a devoted stylist, her heart is not in her work. She just does the job, and not a good one either. I told her to frame the face and instead she chopped my hair in such a way that I now have bangs halfway at the cheeks and then it is just long past the shoulders - the weight of my hair is in the back so I have nothing in the face! I dont think she cut the ends in the back either, they are straggly, and uneven, weird! My hair looked better before and it was pretty bad then. I cant do anything with it except wait until it grows and go to another salon. AVOID

I do not recommend this salon anymore! Good luck with your bad customer service. Walked in and wasnt even greeted. Not even a hello, please take a seat or anything. Then after about 10 min Im asked who are your here for. I said I would like my eyebrows waxed. Btw iv been walking in to get them done by the stylist for years no problem. She says heres a card for the wax specialist you can call her. I said ok no worries Ill go somewhere else. I was wanting them done today. You should read there rude comments back to my fb review on their page gets better!Your response is completely false. No I was not aknowledged at all. I sat there while my son was watching a movie on his tablet waiting as well to be aknowledged. After about 10 min, The first line spoken to me was who are you here for? From the stylist who was just sitting there texting on her phone the whole time I was there. She then tried to give me a card and said call her for eyebrows. Exactly I said no worries Ill go else where since I was needing it done today and no one there could do them. I was not rude at all. No one tried to find out who could do it. It was no one here at the moment does them heres a card call her. I didnt fail to not mention anything it was a simple not even 5 min conversation. She said 2 sentences I said 2 sentences. Nothing more.

Im in the Navy, and came home on leave. While I was home I decided to get my brows done and get a hair cut. I went to natauchas and got my brows done by crystal, then made an appointment to get my hair cut with her the next week. She did a wonderful job on my eyebrows, and on my hair. And to my suprise when I asked her how much for the haircut, she told me not to worry about it, and thanked me for my service. I will only come here any time Im on leave! Thank you so much crystal!!
