My first time getting acrylics and I very satisfied!!! I will definitely be going again! The customer service was fabulous!! I didn’t feel like I was judged at all! I felt very welcomed and comfortable!! This place is so clean!!

The best place in town! I recommend them to everyone...I have been coming to see Jimmy for over 6 years for my nails... The entire staff is so friendly and go above and beyond... They cater to all my needs... I never leave unsatisfied... They maintain a clean and sanitized facility... Their professionalism is one of the best I’ve seen and experienced in this field... I won’t go anywhere else...5 🌟 hands down...

I love this place. I live in NY but frequent Florida and I come to this nail salon every time I’m here. Don does my nails and toes. Im absolutely so impressed and pleased with his work and professionalism. I wish I could bring him back home with me. Ever since he did my nails I’ve never once been satisfied with anyone else. Don gets 5 stars every time!

My first time going here and definitely won’t be my last. I showed my nail tech a picture of coffin shaped ombré nails to recreate and he did them even better! This may be the first time I’ve ever gotten EXACTLY what I asked for. I’m in love with the shape and color! Excellent service I will be back soon!

While I agree they have awesome customer service, almost each time Ive gone, I get cut, sometimes wind up with infection. One of the gentlemen did my pedicure and scrubbed the heal and ankle area so hard it left an abrasion and I needed to wear a band aid to wear my shoes. Its a shame because I like everyone there but I have given them a year and am afraid the next time I get a nail infection it will be bad. *go at your own risk

Best place in Titusville for all nail and toe services. I have fills and pedicures done. Very friendly staff and always ready to take care of all your needs with a smile. Staff is very courteous and always happy to see you. I highly recommend Star Nails❤️💗

I went in today to get a fresh set, I knew I would have to soak off my previous set because they were dip powder, me and my mother came in together, her nails were soaked off and finished before they even started mine. That happens ok so I picked a highlighter green color and asked to have white underneath to make the color pop, my tech put on a splotchy layer or white and then put on two coats of the green which were splotchy and you could see every stroke of white polish underneath. I asked if he could fix and and he immediately caught an attitude and told me to pick a different color. He didn’t removed to green or black all the way and rushed through painting the orange color I picked

This place is the best in town! They are always busy so I would recommend making an appointment. Jimmy and Angel are the best! Been going to them to get my nails done for 5 years now. They have a lot of color choices to choose from and I don’t think I’ve ever left unhappy. If so, they will honor it and fix it.

Didnt even get my cuticles. The man didnt even put his glasses on until he went to polish!!! Do NOT RECOMMEND

This place is a little overpriced. . . my nails were not all shaped the same and I had a nail break within 30 minutes of leaving and then when I went back to have it fixed I got told it was my fault and to be more careful. Not what I wanted to hear as a paying customer.

I have been contemplating whether or not I should post this. I usually don’t like to be negative about businesses and give them the benefit of the doubt. However, this circumstance is different. I came in with my mother in law for a girls day to do nails. My mother in law had received a gel manicure. Obviously that would be done before my pink & white set. I have been getting my nails done for YEARS. I am also a nail bitter. I have no nails when I get them done. I always have tips applied. Pink & white is my go to because it is the most professional look in my opinion, plus it just looks nice on my hands! I can usually be in & out of a salon without a wait within an hour for this. We arrived at 11:37am, on a Sunday .... there was maybe a 5 minutes wait. The tips were applied, the minute that the nail technician tried to put the white on, the tip itself just came off. Mind you, after the tips were applied, there was no filing or bonding agent applied to my nails to make sure the tips stayed on. They kept coming off. We had to keep restarting. The shape in the beginning was PERFECT. Only one nail stayed. So we’re going back & forth. He then tells me it’s because my nails are to short? I’ve never had this problem before.... fast forward, there’s chunks of the white powder under the nails, bubbles, shapes aren’t all the same, my nails look wider than they really are, they don’t feel secure. Thankfully, they haven’t came off. But for $45, I sat in this salon for almost 3 hours. We did not leave until 2:15-2:20.... we were there for so long and when my mother in law asked if it normally takes this long he says yes.... it absolutely does NOT. Plus, the equipment didn’t seem to be cleaned before being used on my nails either. They were nice, but I feel like the technician didn’t know what he was doing. My nails do not look horrible but for the amount of time & money I spent, it could’ve been 100x better. Great reviews from friends about AM nails in the public plaza off garden. Will be going there.

Because of a medical condition I have, it is very difficult for a nail tech to give me a pedicure, but Tony was amazing! I will always recommend him or Vy. Not that the others arent good but they are the only ones Ive used, so I cant speak for the others, but I was VERY impressed. Thank you to both of you!

I always look forward to pedicure time. They are very clean, professional and make you feel like family.

When getting a pedicure and/or manicure I always request Steven. He is very nice and does a great job, have never had any issues. They open the tools in front of you and he takes his time to make sure you are happy with the end results. Would not go anywhere else.

They sat me in a dirty pedi chair. I even asked twice the chair #. Pretty disgusted!! My daughters nails looked just okay. One was crooked. And she waited too long considering we had an appointment. New to the area so will probably try somewhere different next time

I had an appointment for my bridal party of 9 to come in for mani pedis on Friday 10/23/20. Everyone was fantastic! They took great care of us. Jimmy did my nails and did an outstanding job. He was meticulous and took his time to get me exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for such wonderful service.

The best nail salon! Jimmy is the best. All safety precautions are in place here. Social distancing and the entire staff had masks.. customers also need a mask.

Told them exactly what she wanted reg mani/pedi left for 15 min When I went to pay the bill they had upcharged saying she wanted a Vip pedicure no such thing was said from her they showed her a picture she is almost blind so she could not see what they were showing her on the list and I specifically said regular manipedi I dont like people taking advantage of senior citizens like that that was very disrespectful!!!!!Sad because she loves the place..very disappointed

If I could give this place a zero I would. This place is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to in the 25 years I’ve been getting my nails done. I got my nails done full set on Saturday and by Tuesday they all came off actually correction I still have 4 fingers with nails on them so then when I went back to show them they were very very rude and ignored what I was saying !! If you are for quality and customer service don’t go here !!

The place is clean and people were nice and the guy did well on my nails. But he also sliced open my finger because he filed too rough, my toe nails look better when I do them, and my acrylic popped off of my finger yesterday which wouldve made it a full week. Thats sad. I had to superglue it back on.

V is amazing. But it seems rather warm in the salon. If they would turn up the AC a bit Id give them 5 stars

I got a pedicure and Im really happy with the experience I had. The salon is very clean and they pay close attention to sanitary conditions. The customers are number one and your needs are important. Definitely recommend for nails too! My daughter has had a full set of tips put on and been in for a fill. Both great experiences with two different nail technicians and her nails are super cute!

Don’t bother making an appt, they will have you wait and switch the nail techs around regardless of what you requested for your appt. The nail techs are inconsistent.

Love this high end nail salon! They make me feel very welcome and they are very friendly with their customers. They go above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied no matter what. I have been coming to them for almost a year now and I dont have one regret. They also have pedicures and manicures that you see on Facebook like the jelly pedicure which is a pretty cool experience. Just got my nails done, so in love with my neon tie dye claw nails

Horrible experience! 20 min pedicure took an hour! End result not pretty, looks like a 5 yr old painted my nails! Nail polish application way too thick to the point it came off when my shoe came off 2 hours later! Not coming back!

$38 for gel - holy smokes. I don’t usually pay that much at salons with complimentary cocktails let alone strip mall nail salons.

Worst experience I have ever had... asked for a manicure, got a polish change.. no cuticle work, no had massage. and a lousy job at applying the polish. I wont go back.

Worst pedicure ever. Male tech was clumsy and very inexperienced. Took forever to dry and of course smeared before it dried. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but I won’t go back!
