Its a very nice place clean and friendly all the women are very polite and friendly. This is the second time Ive been there had a fill and toes done there. They do take walk ins but I rather make appointments then I know I will be seated right away.... the girl that does my nails her name is Hanna I highly recommend her she knows her stuff and very nice... After having a horrifying visit to another local nail salon in Titusville, this place remained open after hours and fixed what the other salon messed up.I walked through the door at 7:05 and explained what had happened at the place and Anna took me in and made me feel right at home. I truly appreciate the kind, friendly, and empathetic customer service I received.The salon itself is very nice. Very clean. I will definitely be back.

I love this place. Nini did such an amazing job, she really took her time, especially with the pedicure. Best pedicure I have ever had! The paraffin treatment is a must! I will definitely coming back.

Took myself and my daughter to get a pedicure. Was quoted $30 but when I went to pay I was told it was $45. Also my pedicure was great but only half of the service was done to my daughter. The pedicure was ok but I’ll go elsewhere next time.

I havent been in a while but when I do they are usually nice and clean. Kevin doesnt do so well on nails but on a pedicure he does great. He actually takes his time and rubs your feet and legs.

We went in on a Thursday, no appointment. We were told 20 minutes. We saw they were busy so we waited a good hour and 20 minutes before we asked again when we would be waited on. At this point it was after 6 and they were closing soon. We were told 30 more minutes. If I was told it would be an hour or more wait, we wouldve came back the next day or tried another salon. But our time was not valuable enough to them. We left after an hour and 20 minutes with no service and will never recommend this place. This was our second bad experience here. I always try to give places a second chance. This place, like I told them when I left represent the term bad business.

Very painful experience! The water was way to hot and when she put the towel on my foot I told her it was burning my foot, she lifted it and put it right back down. Very aggressive with the cuticle scissors to the point I have bloody areas. First and last time there.

My first technician told me she did not do ombré dip nails and to choose a different color. When I asked for a technician that could do ombré dip, I was moved to a different girl. She was so rough with the drill, I literally flung my hands away because it was so painful. I told her my nails were sensitive from years of dip powder, and she still proceeded to use the drill. She suggested I switch to acrylic to help heal my nails and that she could still do sparkly ombré. When she started filing, I noticed all of my nails were filed crooked. I said something and she reassured me that she would fix them once she was finished. She then sloppily painted on the gel polish over the weird acrylic, and my nails were “finished”. Not only are they crooked, but she left acrylic on my actual fingers which I’m still peeling off the next day and the polish looks like student did it. My fingers are so sore, and I’m going to drive to a salon over 30 minutes away to get what I actually wanted done in the first place.

Loved my experience here! So clean, friendly, and the prices are fantastic. Dana was amazing and so sweet and did a great job. The hubby loved his manipedi with Rose. I also got a wax and facial. Both were terrific. If youre looking for a salon Id highly recommend coming here.

The only person that I have personal experience with is Anna. She does a great job. Nails, pedi, eyebrows, waxing, she is your go to girl. They are very clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing.

I was greeted very nice and did not have to wait long. I absolutely love how clean and the shop is! Very big shop with all friendly workers. My nail tech was Nyny, she was so awesome .She does a fantastic job on my pedicure and manicure. Very gentle. And also Julie did good on my eyebrows too .Such a great customer service and satisfaction! . Highly recommended!

Ive been to many nail salons and being a nail technician myself, I do tend to judge out of habit. I wa not disappointed here. I got the number 2 pedicure and it was amazing. I get welcome as the lady doing my nails talked with me and joked. Best pedicure Ive had in a while and will recommend.

I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure looks horrible. Polish on my skin. My nails look amateur. $75 wasted.

Nyny gaves me the best pedicure and manicure ever. She is very nice and take her time. I really Love and recommend the deluxe fire walker pedicure with paraffin wax for everyone. Feel wonderful!.You will get what you pay for and its very worth it. They use the paraffin just only one time and throws it away after one use. Very clean and professional. Love it!

Ho Ly is an expert at doing french nails and pedicures. Especially problem nails. She will not entrust anyone else with her nails

Only put 1 Star because you have to. Called and asked about a full set and it was only 25 but when I went to go pay it was 64. This place is a major rip off especially to older teens who get their nails done a lot. I do not recommend this place. Definitely reporting to the BBB.

The staff were friendly but the pedicure I had could have been much better, as in trimming the corner of nails at a downward angle instead of leaving them poking forward (risking ingrown nails this way). They only quickly/barely pushed back cuticles and used callus remover. Unfortunately, this place would not be my recommendation.

Shes did absolutely amazing!! Anna is the best! And my daughter enjoyed it they have kiddy seats for pedicures!

Very nice! My technician was Nyny, she was very polite and helped me to choose the services I wanted. I chose the Ice Dancer pedicure, which came with plenty of much needed massage time. The lotion used was very good quality, it didnt evaporate immediately like most other nail salon staples do. Every instrument was opened from a brand new, sanitized package, and they even use the pedicure chair bowl liners here. It was also refreshing to have a person at the front desk to greet you and organize everything. I came in around 5pm on a Friday, and despite the full salon, I was seen within 20 minutes.

I really wanted to like this place. It looks very nice inside. However, I had a very negative experience. I had the dip natural nails manicure, and the nail technician I had did not know how to properly remove them. Ive been having the dip nails done over the past year and every salon that Ive been to will typically have you soak your hands in acetone for 10-15 min to loosen the dip powder. My technician started drilling the dip powder off and then when she could not remove it started using a plastic acrylic nail to try to pop off my dip powder nail. I dont even know what she was doing. It was crazy. I got really worried and requested she soak my nails in acetone. She did not speak English, and when I asked the technician next to her what she was doing she stated she was removing them using a quick method. Im sorry but I dont want the quick method. I want the safe method that will protect my nail bed. I was also cut four times by the drill she was using. In the end my nails looked good, but very scary experience. I will not be going again.

I have been going to Anna for my nails for 12 years! Would not even think of going any place else! I followed her when she moved from Sears Town Mall to Titus Landing! Very nice, friendly staff!

I went in there with decent nails, but left with the worst nails I’ve ever had. They filed down my nails so narrow, that it cut into my nail bed. Now, I’m missing some of my natural nails, and am sore. What great nails for prom! LOL! Don’t go here.

So far so Good, I saw LeLe for my first visit and she was amazing.... a little pushy but that’s expected for a motherly lady. When I first came in I got skipped twice but one of the other lady’s getting her nails done spoke up for me lol...(I’m quiet 95% of the time)... I’d really like to see a nail tech goby the name of Hi next time. I eye balled his work the entire time and he is AMAZING!

The technician was very friendly. The area was clean and neat. There are always plenty of technicians available. I have never had to wait longer than five minutes. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

My first visit was great. So a month later I returned to get a refil on my gel nails & got a horrible tech!!! She had to do my nails 3 times!! She never offered me to wash - my arms are covered in dust. Next to me a male tech is washing arms & massaging them. I got nothing but Vietnamese laughing behond my back. The owner made her do it right but still. I have a pedi appointment tomorrow for my husband & I. Do I go?

Very nice staff, Kathy gave me a great gel polish manicure and a polish change on my toes. She was gentle and sweet the entire time even after I accidentally scuffed my toes while trying to get up from the pedicure chair. I believe I’ve just found the best nail place I Titusville (I have tried atleast 4 others) I will be back in 2 weeks. I’m very pleased with my experience!

I WOULD NOT recommend this place what so ever. My sister and I went to two different people and it was horrible. I got acrylic French tips and there were red dots under the clear parts. My sisters nails were bumped up and it was just horrible. Then we tried to tell them what was wrong with our nails and they told us it was OUR fault. They were extremely rude. I am never going there again they’re over priced for low quality nails.

First time visiting horrible experience. Tech didn’t remove my dip power correctly, you can see my old color underneath the new color because she didn’t remove the color completely. disappointing waste of money will never return.

THE WORST NAIL PLACE I EVER BEEN TOO, they were rushing and being very Aggressive with my nails & did not take the time to do them I left with nail polish all over my cuticle and nails were uneven.

They got me in pretty quickly. Very friendly. Pedi went well, but wasnt a fan of the acrylic nails.

I’m not one to usually leave bad reviews, but I am so disappointed that I must leave one to save anyone a headache. (Warning: this might be long)1. Whenever I do my nails, I like to match my nails with my toe nails. They had OPI nail polish and I specifically asked (more than once) if they had gel nail polish to match the regular polish for my toes and they told me YES. I left the salon around 7:30 pm and in the dark, the colors on my nails and toenails looked the same. The next morning when I was walking into work, I realized the two colors were NOT the same. I went back to the salon the next day where they then told me they don’t have OPI gel polish matching the regular polish in the store. Which makes me furious because I asked that question more than once. AND if they didn’t, why wouldn’t they ask me what color I would like to paint my toenails instead of choosing one for me?! They told me they would fix it for me and I chose the color I wanted on my toe nails, but they had the worst attitude about it.2. When the lady was doing my nails, she DID NOT sanitize her cuticle nippers and cuticle pushers/removers. She simply took them out of her drawer, wiped them with her hands, and started using them on mine.3. She did a TERRIBLE job on my nails. I had gel polish all over my fingers (skin, not fingernails), when the polish on my fingers came off it took part of the nail polish on my nails off as well. AND my nails are already chipping, it hasn’t even been a week since I got them done!I’ve had a MUCH better nail job for the same amount of money I paid there. I will not be visiting them again.

Great staff and service, however my nails could have been done better. I see a handful of mistakes and for what I paid I expected exquisite service.

Never again! I paid $58 for a pair of acrylic nails that cracked thru the center THE NEXT DAY. They looked okay when they were done but you could tell they were rushed even tho there was only one other customer in the salon at the time since I went soon as they opened. Sorry but that was only my third time going but that was a deal breaker for me.
