Chain salons have always made me nervous, and they have high turn over! Its great that this location has finally been able to retain top talent, and my stylist Ryan specifically. Hes always keep my hair styles current and up to date. He always makes sure I have the best hair maintenance supplies etc. If you go, ask for Ryan! you wont be disappointed.

He is a true stylist and professional whom I respect both for his good work and his personality. I am grateful to have found him - I love my hair!! There needs to be an option for zero stars!I used to go to this place years ago when I lived in Oregon and went back when I was in town last month. Worst idea ever. The guy who cut my hair, Ryan, has got a serious chip on his shoulder--though Im not sure why. He takes the attitude that hes doing the customers a favor by cutting their hair and will say petty and mean things so that you leave feeling worse about yourself. His barber skills are lacking too; he had me turned away from the mirror for the entire time he cut my hair so that I couldnt even see what was happening. And the cherry on top of all this? The haircut was the most mediocre Ive ever had. Save yourself the hassle and dont go there. If you do, save your hair and self esteem--dont make the mistake of letting Ryan anywhere near you!

Been getting my hair highlighted here for over a year now and Ryan is the best ! His technique gives me the best coverage and he understands my end goal ! I’ve gone to high end salons and they’ve destroyed my hair . Here my hair is healthy and color is fabulous ! Ryan has great customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy !!

I came in with my 2 kids after the nearby Sports Clips wasnt interested in helping me. Really friendly staff and they did a nice job on my sons hair. Checked in with me a lot about what I wanted it to look like. It was also really affordable ($15 per kid). I usually go to the Bishops or more expensive walk in places but I have to remember Super Cuts in the future.

My stylist at this location, Nicole, is a superb stylist and a kind and responsive young woman. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and you are immediately greeted and informed of wait time, if any. Nicole has been cutting my hair for years.I am very particular. Nicole is very meticulous, paying careful attention to my requests and remembering all the particulars of how I like it!I have spent ridiculous amounts on haircuts over the years but my very best cuts.. I highly recommend Super cuts on Hall in Tigard. I have gone several times and now won’t go anywhere else. Yana is my favorite hair stylist. She is she sweet and friendly with such a warm personality. She is also very detailed in her work but very fast too. She cares about making you happy! Having a stylist that knows what I’m thinking before I know what I’m thinking is THE BEST. I’ve been seeing Sara for a while now & she always gets it right. She’s honest about what is and isn’t a good idea, and her suggestions always lead down the path to where I want to end up. Color, cut, and style, I always leave so happy & feeling well taken care of. I am new to the area and was looking for someone to style my hair as I am very picky. I made an appointment with Nicole based on her great reviews. She did a fabulous job styling my hair. She listened to me and made sure she know exactly what I wanted before taking the scissors to my head. I will definitely be going to her in the future. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer.

I’ve been going here for years. Nicole absolutely is the best. She’s always on time and very professional. I would go bizark if this place ever closed. You would think a guys haircut is easy but I’ve tried other places and had horrible cuts! Do yourself a favor and try this place (ask for Nicole), you won’t be disappointed.

On August 16, 2019 I called to get an answer on how to properly dispose of my hair. I informed the ignorant man that answered that I wanted to know this information because I want to be environmentally friendly. His response was click he hung up on me. Great job on employing ignorant barbers/hair stylist that have no customer service skills or education. If he didnt know the answer he could of respectfully informed that he didnt know the answer. I will never take my children or recommend supercuts to anyone!

Nicole does a fabulous job and always does what I ask her to do. If my hair doesnt turn out right its my fault, not hers. Shes the only one that I have cut my hair now. Ive gone to that shop for the last two years. It has a fair amount of turnover so youre never sure what youre going to get.

Dont even know where to start. I think Ill skip first impressions and get to the cut. Admittedly. I was desperate. Super long hair, a lot of split ends and I was rushed at 4am when I did a wash-and-go. Found this place close to my hotel since Im travelling and had some time to deal with it. I asked for 3, maybe 4 inches, to my bra strap, long layers. I got shoulder length razor cut lob with piecey messy ends. And now I am scouring the internet trying to figure out how to style it, since it is nothing like what I mentally prepared for. He even repeated the cut back to me, so I cant tell you where it got lost in translation. I keep thinking well.... it will grow, oh well.

Took over 35 minutes for hubbys High and Tight, and it was actually just a buzz cut - a bad one at that. Hair was already short so it should have been less than 10 minutes. Had to forego the hot towel and everything because of timing.I could have done hubbys hair better myself.

Super place to get your hair cut. I have had one of the best hair cuts of my life here. The foundation of that cut lasts for months, as it is the basis of what works for my hair, not just some trendy new cut or what you have always done. I left it up to Amber and she knew exactly what to do with my hair. I dont have to curl it or hide it or hate it; I love my hair every day. Time to go again. Unfortunately, she doesnt work there any longer.

The first time I ever came here was really great - I was looking to get bangs and was really nervous about it but Brandy cut and styled them perfectly. the second time around, after two months or so I was looking to get my bangs trimmed again and she wasn’t there anymore so that time Nicole styled and trimmed my bangs which I also loved! That was at the beginning of December and it’s now beginning of February so I figured it was time for a trim. I went in, and had to wait around 25 minutes which I did not mind at all. I came back after 25 minutes or so and the guy helping me was friendly but he did a really awful job. I showed him a picture of whispy bangs I wanted and even told him I wanted the length to be a little below my eyebrows, but by the time i realized how short he cut them there was nothing i could do, he cut them way too short (wayyyy above my eyebrows he basically cut them all off). When I went in December also, my cousin went in with me and she showed him a picture of the length she wanted to get cut off and that time he also cut her hair shorter than she told him AND showed him. I really liked this place and would always recommend it but i think it’s time to look for a new salon

I live near here, so can walk right to it and they always do such a good job on cutting my hair. Very nice staff too.

I went there last night and Amber who is the manager was very busy! She was finishing up someones hair and so i told her I would be back. She cut my hair just the way I wanted and really knew what she was doing. She was very friendly and nice. I will be going to her from now on for all my hair needs!

Update: The problem with chain salons is high turnover. Most of their stylists train here and then move on. I still come here but the results are inconsistent. Overall ok.I have been to a lot of chain salons to get my hair cut and have always had mixed results. I moved to Tigard about 3 years ago and went to a lot of different places and this is by far the best place I have found. Surprisingly low turnover and really good stylists. I like that you can check in online or just drop by. The stylists are friendly and they understand how to give you the look you want. Plus they are less expensive than most of their compeitiors. I dont remember the managers name but she is awesome. I would highly recommend this location.

I went here for a hair cut recently . Alltho i was almosy turned away by the website failure i called and was given an appointment within 15 minutes. I had a great stylist who worked with me and my crazy hair. Helpful knowledgable people. I say go for it.

Its hit and miss here. Personally, Ive had a good experience getting the cut I want; however, my daughter requested a specific cut on her bangs and the attendant just cut it blunt, straight across, and shorter than requested. She now refuses to go back. I guess, if you find someone there that does a good job on your hair, try to get that same person again.UPDATED 10/2018I had a rare Friday off so checked in online for a haircut and a highlight (a rare thing as Ive never had this done before). Friday just happened to be the day the colorist was available so I feel fortunate. My arrival time was early at 11:30 a.m.. The woman who cut my hair was the best Ive ever experienced, so Ill be requesting her from now on. The colorist was a different matter altogether. When the woman was done cutting my hair, she approached the colorist and told her I was next for highlights. The shop wasnt busy and the colorist had just finished with another client and was just washing someones hair. She loudly replied, I dont have time for another person and then peered around at me. Then she exclaimed that she hated the online check in system. The woman who cut my hair was horribly embarrassed. She apologized profusely and asked if I wanted to return the next day, but I had already told her we were headed out of town. Even if we werent, I cant imagine having that colorist do my hair. Yikes!UPDATED 3/2019Yana is exceptional. Shes cut my hair three times now, each with care and precision. I convinced my two youngest (stylist-shy) to give her a go. They LOVED their cut. I also talked my husband into giving her a try. He was super pleased with her ability and his cut. As for me, Im psyched that Yana got her colorist training at the end of January and look forward to updating this review in May when I get it done.Updated 6/2019I meant to update this last month. I got my hair highlighted. As expected, Yana did a wonderful job.

My barber was kind of rushing the cut, and I didnt enjoy the experience and there were hairs standing out all over, that I had to buy a razor to polish up. Im certainly not returning
