I got my first haircut today after 3 months in quarantine. The staff was professional, courteous, and maintained the personal safety of customers (as well as their own). Easy online check-in, quick service, and my stylist was attentive and detail-oriented. Definitely come here to freshen up after quarantine. And check in online! The wait is over 4 hours rights now!

Great place to get my sons hair cut. Easy in, easy out. My only concern was that my sons haircut was $20 here and its been $16 at the Milwaukie location. I was told $20 is the price.🤔

I simply asked for a note to be put on file, that next time would be half off. I was told by the manager, on last hair cut that do not puch anymore. But told me one more would be half off. The card would not do me any good.So a new gal said she could not right that note. She said she needed my card what use would my card be when they have not been stamping it. All i wanted was note, and hope the manager remembered me. The lady said no card, no note. So i walked away. All she had to do is put a note in. I was paying full price. They already fired the gal I liked. Now, this gal did not want my business. Sad

At 5:45 pm they wouldn’t do a hair cut when there was no one in the store. They would rather leave on time than take care of customers.

I have come in to this location four times now. Each and every time I am greeted with friendly smiling faces and never leave disappointed. I love the options in case I am in a rush or have time to get the triple play service. I have had Brittany every time and she has been nothing but the best. Shes always friendly and personable. The other staff members are just the same and always enjoy getting to know you, and making sure they give you the right haircut you want. I love coming here for my haircut.

When I went here, they did a good job with COVID-19 precautions; however, they raised their prices and stopped taking punch cards. I went to the Sherwood location and the service was a lot better than Tigard. Sherwood accepted my punch card and gave me a discount. Tigard still made me wait 30 minutes after I was already On Deck. I will not be returning to Tigards SportsClips. Plus they send you emails from a random gmail address after you take their surveys.

Free upgrade for first time customers. Brittany did an awesome job helping me pick a style and she seemed to love her job. She made some very friendly conversation but I smoked a bowl before going in so I didnt have much to say. Great service! I know where Im getting my hair cut next time!

I met Tara the last time I came in to cut my hair. She is the only hair stylist I’ve ever met who makes hair styling an art. Talking about shapes and angles and what works best with my head shape and my cowlicks in my hair.Gave my dad a referral and he came in and loved his cut.I just got a fresh cut today with the MVP and wow- def worth it!

Went in to get my Mohawk recut and Kelly did an amazing job. Cut perfectly and quickly. She was also super friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Boyfriend also went in there to get his hair cut and Julie did a great job on it.

Great service and quality for a value price! Even though I dont care much about sports, its a cool and welcoming environment that is comfortable and relaxing -- especially after a long day at work. The main reason I get my hair cut through this company and at this specific location is because of the stylist, Mallory, who works there. Its because of Mallory that you have my business. Shes friendly, caring, and professional. When I went in last week, Mallory wasnt available, so I trusted Jenna to provide me with service - she was awesome too!

I am rather pleased with this Sport Clips. The staff is extremely personable, attentive to your needs and usually remember you on your return. This location is much slower than the other locations which allows you to get in and out faster. I received one haircut here that I was not entirely pleased with and returned the next day to have it corrected, which they happily corrected. I would definitely recommend this location.

The owners are very friendly and it has been a great place to get my son involved with soccer.

I visited the Sports Clips at Washington Square about an hour ago. It was my first visit and Caitlyn was my stylist. She was both patient and fantastic about listening to what I hoped to achieve in a haircut. She was communicative throughout the process and asked if certain lengths / techniques were ok with me prior to making the cuts. I really appreciated the time she took to listen, the reciprocal communication to be sure it was what I wanted and in the end, I left with a great haircut. Exactly what I was hoping for and Caitlyn gave me some styling tips and a product recommendation as well. I definitely plan on returning.

Usually worth it but the last 6 months this place has gone down hill. The quality of haircut, the customer service, and the cleanliness of the store have dropped drastically, wont be coming back and it used to be my regular place. Sad to see.

They cut my hair like it was straight hair and when I told her to just cut the sides and trim the tips a little she decides to cut hair that’s been grown out for 6 months and now I have to completely restart

Even though Im a female... I prefer very short hair. I got what I asked for without any worries from the stylist since they mainly cut boy and mens hair here.

This is the best cut joint in its class.I wont go anywhere else now that Ive found the best.

A guys haircut get away. Its that happy middle ground, where we are not going to a salon and having to subject ourselves to the smells of chemicals for someone doing something unnatural to their hair. Its also not the ultra cheap place down the street that youre having to use equal amounts of hand jestures and loud slow words. And then youre hoping they understood what you were trying to say. Its a guys place, where we can go, get our haircut, watch ESPN and relax. Even my son loves coming here. Love coming here.

Always hated getting my haircut and leaving with an itchy scalp. This place does it but the prices are reasonable. Nice having it done after so you dont have to go home and do it.

I came into your location with my husband and toddler. Both of them were in need of a haircut. My son is 19 months old and I was looking to get his hair trimmed around the edges, your stylist informed me the laws had changed so you can’t hold your child while they get a haircut. It was news to me since I have been a stylist/barber for the last 15 years and have been off of works since my son was born. There is no law that states this information. Also the other location gladly accepted my son to get his haircut. It’s a shame that your stylists are turning away business and telling false information instead of just saying they are not comfortable doing the service.

As a guy, I get my haircut whenever and wherever its convenient. However, this place has me always coming back. I recently tried the MVP cut, and honestly, you just have to go experience it.Great place to bring the kids, my son and I always have a great time here.

Mallary at the Hall Blvd location in Tigard, OR is incredible! I cant recommend her enough. She does an amazing job for my two sons and me. Ill keep coming back as long as shes there.

Kelly is an absolute wonderful professional. I went to the two locations in Lake Oswego and the wait was at least an hour, for a Tuesday? Crazy long wait!!!!I decided to try one more location with daughter and my Frenchi in tow. When I arrived to the clean shop I noticed everyone was kind and attentive. Kelly took me back and was the best stylist I have ever had with this company. She was like an old friend I have known for years. And the haircut and MVP was perfect. I came into the Tigard location thinking that I had made a reservation. Turns out that I had made a reservation at the Cedar Hills location (which I learned after I came home). However, the person who I talked with didnt seem to care or could help me. I would assume that with multiple locations, your online system would help your staff if I made a reservation at the wrong location. Or maybe it does and the person working just wanted to get through their appointments. I told them that I was going to go to the nearby Supercut since there didnt seem to be any interest in helping me. They didnt seem to care so maybe its the people working.

For sixteen years I had been getting my hair cut from the same Stylist at a great clips in North Portland. She retired and I decided since I live in the Tigard area I would give this place a try.At first it seemed gimmicky, but I received a great haircut, and they have this VIP treatment for a few dollars more that promises a hot towel and shampoo. I never really had options to go with besides the haircut itself, so I gave it a try.The shampoo was worth it, as it was good quality, and the wash got rid of most of the loose hair that would fall into my shirt and cause me to itch. The hot towel has teatree oil and was very nice as well.The pros to the place:-Great stylists-Sports viewing all around-Good options for your experience-Option to buy multiple cuts to save some money overall-They save your haircut details in the system so the next visit is easierThe cons:-Price - A bit more than average-Haircut details dont transfer from one location to another-Frequent stylist turnover - Not a lot of familiar faces to revisit-Wait times werent the best the last couple times I was there. Probably because they are getting popular.Overall I would recommend this if you want to have a good haircut with a unique experience, topped off with fairly speedy service.
