Wash was just ok. Paid $21 to have, my car washed which included tires. But my tires were not, attended to with a brush at all. So I will clean them at home. I will stick to paying a friend to wash my car.

This is a trusted hometown quick place to get a good car wash and the vacuums are my favorite at the end. With kids and endless vacuum supply is very handy. The convenience and ease of purchasing a car wash here makes it a great place to return to and they have multiple options and prices if you just want a quick wash or if you want to deep clean. I would recommend this place earthquake convenient car wash and fun show for the kiddos as the bubbles and wipers flash around and make colors. Its the simple things in life that we seem to bring a sense of well-being with life... It seems we often forget to stop and look around and take it in.

Moved to Tifton in 2012. Prior to that when we visited I would go to the Goo Goo car wash with my white 2003 Tahoe. I was always pleased with it coming out clean and actually dried after going through the blowers. Well, as the years have passed, modification improvements?? and new equipment; I have been getting less pleased with the results. Last time I went through the wash; water and sealer still spotted on vehicle; which really showed on windows and windshield. Dried by the time I parked to wipe it off; which I could not do! The tire shine system does not do a great job either. Not sure what the problem is; but if you do not wipe excess off it will sling the shine fluid on to the side of the vehicle. Also seems that the mat wash station is being ignored as the clips have been broken for a while and the air hose nozzle not maintained very well. Granted that there are customers who do things with equipment that they shouldnt; but the business should maintain the equipment. Hopefully with the new car wash business soon to open up this will create a good competition for the best car wash in town; and improvements to your equipment!

Soap was not washed off, truck still had dirty streaks. Employee said we could use a hose to wash it off.

Always a great deal

Always quick and thoroughly washed, love the free vacuums and car scents. Even when there is a line it goes by quickly. Never have had an issue with any of their locations.

With the new ownership the quality of management has completely disappeared. The new owners dont put ANY money back into the asset. The vacuums dont work consistently, there is no water or air at the floor mat cleaning station and they dont put out wipes anymore. This is another classic example of small town ownership of a business with no competition. Very disappointing to say the least.

The vehicles in front and behind us only had a couple of feet clearance so when the vehicles got to the end we couldnt wait for the green light for fear of getting rear ended

2 stars for the lack of common sense from the prep guys before entering the wash as well as the lack of direction by whomever is managing this shift. For future references when someone, anyone has dirt build up on their vehicle rinse before you scrub.. not scrub the dirt in then rinse away the suds to reveal even more scratches. You guys can do better.

Car wash itself is great but after paying the full service which is supposed to include a wipe down, I wasnt impressed. Doors, inner console cup holder area wasnt eve touched, back seats werent fully vacuumed. I wont pay for full service again, not when I can and would do a better job on my own. Location was lake city, fl. Which isnt listed on here.

I think with the volume of cars, dirt builds up on the clothes scrubbers. I have a black car and it is always strict up after it dries. The full detail is pretty good though the guys theyre doing pretty good job even the female

Car wash cleaned my white car up nicely. Love the smell of the air freshener! However this time my tag was pulled almost off the back of my car. And even though they put an advertising sleeve on my rear windshield wiper, it still messed it up.

Easy in and out car wash that does a pretty good job at getting your vehicle clean. If you have brake dust problems, ask for a little extra spray on your wheels before they start and theyll shine like a new penny.

Ive always loved going here because of the free vacuuming and the different options for car washes. But the last time i went, once my car dried it didnt look very clean. Like i probably should have just hand-washed it myself. And when my car was coming out of the wash, my car almost hit the car in front of me because the woman driving just stopped once her car came off of the belt. And the van behind me almost got pushed into me because i had to break to keep from hitting her. Of course there are signs telling drivers to keep going and when to put their vehicle into drive but this almost turned out bad for me. Probably should be a better system to avoid this from happening in the future... Otherwise, Goo Goo is the place to go go 😏

If your car is dirty, dont expect the $7 wash to clean it up. I didnt want all the waxes & treatments, so went basic. The guys doing the soapy brush pretreatment didnt even touch the driver side of my sedan, and I had to go through a second time, with little improvement. I wound up using some paper towels & water to clean the areas the system missed.When I stopped an employee to tell him I would never come back, he explained that unless the customer requests specific pre-treatment, the guys with the brush would only do the basics.If you have a sunroof, the high pressure rinse and air dry will probably push water into your car, even in my Volvo with factory sunroof.Be warned.

Front grill of car didnt get clean but I was told to inform the manager on my next visit. I will see how my next visit turns out. Guys did a great job onvthe inside though.

Does a good job

Slower than the other one i use. they have two terminals to pay for your wash like ordering at mcdonalds but only one car wash machine so things get backed up and I have had the drive thru next to me open up at the same time and the other person darted in front of my so they got the nicer car wash I paid for and I got their basic car wash. They should really just shut down one of the lines.Washing capabilities seem decent but I still have to get spots off that dont seem like it would have been that difficult for the machine. The Blow Dry at the end is way too powerful and needs to be dialed back. I only use when I cant make it to my hometown Goo Goo.

Very poor excuse for a car wash, damaged my 25,000 dollar car hood with a prep brush,then was told that they couldnt find a record of it.Glad to see a new one come to town,hope this place shuts down.By the way have pictures of the GooGoo damage.

My car got stuck in the wash. I had to put it in drive and drive out before the vehicle behind me was forced into mine. Not the first time I have had a problem there but definitely the last.

The Tifton location is way better than Douglas. At first I wasnt as optimistic as it was smaller and older looking but the guys did a 100% better job with the pre scrub and really did a great job especially it being love bug season.

Once was a good place for a quick clean up, but really has gone downhill. Cannot get someone on the phone to discuss problems, try to upgrade you when you already have the rapid pass, you may or may not get the wash you are paying for and on and on ...

Probably the best you can expect from an automatic car wash. Its not going to be perfect, but its great for the cost.

Such a scam, machine does not work properly, manager on duty said they need to tear it down and build a new one. He said machine broke one time for 30 minutes and was told by owner to run cars through any way, because they were losing money. As a consumer that is a thief in a professional way. They now have opened one in Cordele ga and Valdosta ga . If you cant keep one working why open three . Ok I am sorry I forgot it is a money thing.

Its an automatic car wash. I think it does fine. Two guys brush you down to try and get the bugs off.. They are not always successful, but really whos fault is it.. If I let the bugs sit for two weeks I cant expect it to be perfect. Sometimes those guys just get lazy with the brushes, but 98% they aim to please.I was there again yesterday and I wish I had caught the guys name. I know he has been there a while. I was struggling with my antenna and it wasnt 30 seconds later he popped over to give me a hand.. I needed some tools that I didnt have so he ran and got them. At the wash he told me to hold back at the end of the wash and he would run up there with some wd40. I thanked him, but told him it wasnt necessary. Im not a needy guy and would never have asked for help, but it was refreshing to see such good customer service. Something that seems to be diminishing in most businesses. I used to use GOO Goo when I lived in Albany and im happy that they have expanded to Tifton now that im here.

Would not recommend that anyone who cares about their car to go to this carwash, I have a almost new car, with a bent hood because of an employee who was careless with the brush on a handle they use before you go into the carwash itself, now someone is going to be liable for damages.
