Ghost Shield did an excellent job installing paint protection film and window tinting on my new Tesla Model Y performance. Garret and a member of his team met me at 8 AM on a Monday morning to go over the car, provide me with input, as well as answer any questions I had. The professionalism and attention to detail were apparent from the start. The work was completed on time and as promised. The ppf was applied in a way that not only minimized the number of seams, but was also nearly seamless where seams were necessary. Also, they did a beautiful job wrapping the front and back Tesla emblems in satin black. I highly recommend Ghost Shield and will be using their services for many years to come.

I am sun sensitive and driving a Mercedes 300 GLC so my exposure is great. I will be taking it back in to add an almost clear Ceramic on the front windshield. I want to thank the folks at Ghost Shield for doing an outstanding job on the clear wrapping my motorcycle luggage containers. They were able to wrap the entire luggage containers thus eliminate cutting the material and doing it in sections. The results were no seems which look incredible. The price was great also and are highly professional. I highly recommend them for any automotive detailing/clear wrap.

These Guys do Installations for the Dealers. I purchased a corvette Z06 Brand new from Antelope Valley Chevy with the Paint Protection Package installed by Ghost Shield, When i got home i found a half inch long piece of paint was cut down to the fiberglass right next to there PPF front end Installation. The dealer told me to bring it in and meet with the Rep from Ghost shield, The Rep then proceeded to tell me that they dont use knifes and they dont know how it happened but we all know in the ppf world that no pattern is perfect and they all get some form of trimming. I asked him why his installer wouldnt have stopped the installation if he noticed there was paint damage prior or during his installation. These guys seem like professionals but it appears they have some lazy or unqualified employees as well so look out! And go over your work if you choose to have them do your services. In the end its been a year after being promised a reimbursement and paint repair on behalf of the dealership and im still out with not a single person reaching back out to me to resolve the issue as promised.They made me drive an hour and 30 min both ways to have it inspected to then never contact me again! As much as i wanted to have this resolved without any negative action on any of the parties involved i have come to point that people need to hear this.

So I bought a car from AV Chevy and included in the price I had to pay was for Ghostshield film to be applied, quite expensive might I add. There are bubbles, I can see the edges and having only driven the car a handful of times, not even 1000 miles yet, the film is damaged. Not impressed with the workmanship or product.

Garret, I hope you are able to read this.Regarding quality, I have had nothing but the best quality from Ghost Shield. You wont find better. Ive had car wrap repair work done, and tinting on a Q50S and Suburban. Last week I inquired about getting another two vehicles tinted via the online form. I received what I consider to be poorly communicated response that simply said, were not offering tinting due to Covid. Professionally and as a courtesy, the person who writes to the customer should ask the customer if they would be willing to be contacted again once tinting service are offered. Maybe even outline a plan. Simply saying we dont do that now is not helpful to return customers.I did decide to call and ask this question. As has been the case every time I have called Ghost Shield, Im connected to a receptionist who couldnt be helpful if her life depended on it. You know the type. She will answer your question as asked but offer nothing more. This has been my experience for the last two years. I really want to use Ghost Shield for years to come, but Im afraid after having such poor customer communication now every single time Ive written or called in, I can no longer recommend and will not return.For the reader, if you are able to work with Garret himself, its a completely different experience. It really pains me to write this, but trust me when I say, you will be better off elsewhere.UPDATEThe response from Garret is bizarre. Having worked closely with him on multiple occasions over two years, I suspect it it not his writing. As is indicated in the response to my post, I do hold a respectable position in education and have never considered changing my 20+ year career in that industry for a new career at Ghost Shield. For me, its simply not worth it. I will not return to a place that allows the customer facing side of the business to go unattended. This started with work I had done two year ago and ended last week after wanting to get a tint on two cars that I bought a week ago, not a job prospect. There are many quality options in the Thousand Oaks/Westlake area. Ive found another tint shop who has like quality. This is not personal. Its meant to ensure both the company and customer have a record of how the administrative side of the business looks from the public. I will reiterate again, if you can work directly with Garret, its an entirely different experience. I was looking for a business that installs clear bras for my wifes new car. I called several places for over a week and I must say Garrett was the most professional, easy-going person who answered all of my questions and even provided feedback and suggestions based on the type of installation I wanted. The price was fair and I had my wife drive to his business to get it done. When I got home that day, she was ecstatic with the look, as we both saw so many horror stories of other companies not doing their job well enough.Last week there was some gunk that we couldnt get off the front of the car -- where the clear bra was installed. We werent sure what it was or how to get it off. My wife decided to call Garrett and asked that we bring it over for him to take a look at; and he even dropped me off/picked me up from work promptly. When I returned, he was obviously pleased with the outcome. The car and the job looks perfect. I actually mean PERFECT.I will be getting a new car; maybe the end of the year. When I do, the first accessory Im installing it will be a clear bra via Ghost Shield. The service is that good. There is no hesitation on my part to recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a true professional.

When it comes to my cars, Im wound up pretty tight. Walking into Ghost Shield at 8 a.m., and seeing someone mopping an already pristine white epoxy floor, told me that Id brought my car to the right place. A McLaren, Lamborghini, Audi R8 and others in for clear wrap gave added confidence that Garret and his team were entrusted to do careful work on serious cars. Their attention to detail speaks volumes, like not using impact wrenches on lug nuts and backing them out by hand. I was especially concerned about NOT having parts and badges removed during the process, which ultimately posed no impediment to achieving a superb result.Ghost Shield did paint correction, a full-body clear wrap, and ceramic coating on the film and wheels of my M4 CS, a complicated car with lots of fiddly parts, and their workmanship was superb. I also prefer the Suntek film to the Xpel film on my GT3; its smoother and seems to have greater clarity and shine. Admittedly, thats a personal preference. Ill be taking other cars to Garret, in short order. By the way, Ghost Shield prices are lower than the local competition, though cost played no role in my decision. Its all about competent workmanship, in the end.

Ghost Shield wrapped my new weekend car about a year ago and the film has been holding up well. I checked out other installers in the area and Ghost Shields price was, by far, the most reasonable. Garret is very professional and he took the time to explain the whole installation process. They are able to wrap large panels such as an entire hood. The shop extends the film and wraps underneath accessible panels to hide the film edges...great attention to detail. Garret even gave me the grand tour of his very clean establishment. I am very happy with their work and I have referred my friends to Ghost Shield. I give Garrets shop my highest recommendation.

Ghost Shield did a great job covering the saddle bags and fairing on my new BMW RT.The installation was scheduled on a Friday morning for about a 3 hour install time and that is how long it took to do the job. They walked me through the procedure and I felt they treated me like their most important customer.It has been about 3 weeks since the job was done and I can tell you that I should have done this on all of the bikes Ive owned over the years. I look forward to not seeing paint chips and heel marks on the bike throughout the next few years. Once again, Great Job and you cant tell its there.Update August 21, 2017 - Had to let everyone know that Ghost Shield has done my third vehicle (Chevy SS) and it turned out great! This is my second experience with Tyler and Garret. They did another magnificent job on my C6 Corvette. This time I had them apply black matte stripes to the hood, roof and rear deck. Given the contours of the car, this was no easy task, but the finished product is flawless.If you are serious about your car, these are the only guys to to go.

I had the opportunity to try these guys out several times..... nothing short of perfection with regards to their product and customer service.I had the misfortune to have two accidents in my brand new Chevy Camaro after having a clear bra placed in my car. After each accident I took my car back to their shop and without having this product I can attest the damage wouldve been a lot worst.This product is well worth the money because not only do the bugs, minor nicks and bumps impeded but cleaning it is a breeze. I am completely sold, if and when I get another vehicle I will wrap it with a clear bra and will certainly get it from these guys

It has been a year since I had Garret apply paint protection on my Tesla Model S. Though it was a complicated vehicle to apply, all the protection is flawless to this day. Very professional, Garret is a fanatical perfectionist which is exactly who you want working on your car.
