I have been using Conejo auto detail for tinting of all my previous and current cars and let me tell you one thin. Once you have your car tinted at this place, you wont go anywhere else. Absolutely professional services, as well as fantastic customer service. Never disappointed me which is why I keep coming back for all my cars tinting as well as detailing them all.

Best place for car window tinting. I just had my 6th vehicle tinted here, going back 17 years. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Looks great when new, and still looks great years later.

I had my windows tinted in 2015 the receipt says Lifetime warranty. I have my back window bubbling bad and I brought it in and they said NO 3 year warranty so beware they do NOT honor the receipt.UPDATEThey did call and are replacing the tint I hope it lasts

I just got my wifes car windows tinted and got an amazing detail for my own car. These guys are just amazing. Professional, fast, and spotless jobs on both cars. Jonny helped us pick the best suited tint shade for my wifes car. Cannot believe how drastically it changed the look of the car and how less hot inside the car gets. Got my new car tinted here in February and I am not happy at all. Lots of bubbles left in tint they said it would go away with heat from outside. But it’s been a month and they’re still there. The tint on my back windows are peeling. On the side little windows the lines where they cut off the tint is crooked. Scratches also in my front windshield tint. Very disappointed especially since it was done on my brand new car. Would not go here again or recommend this place.

I discovered Conejo last year when I took my first car in for window tinting and ever since Ive been coming for auto detailing. The guys are professional, respectful, helpful, friendly, knowledgable and I feel like I can trust them. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Had my car windows tinted here. All 5 had some small bubbles that didn’t go away. In addition, a small nick on one of the windows was also apparent after leaving the car there over night. Brought the car back and they redid two of the windows. The owner never called back regarding the nick in the glass like he said he would and gave excuses why there are little bubbles in all the windows, including some in the two he redid. Poor quality work and no accountability. Would not recommend.

Do not go there if you dont want your car get damage. The guy does not take an responsibility to fix my car. My brand new car Infinity Q50 that I have been searching for 6 months, get damaged. How do you feel if it is your car?

My sons car needed the windows tinted. We went to a cheaper place first but within 3 months the tint with peeling. We decided to have it re-done at Conejo detail because they offered a guarantee on their work. I am happy to say it’s been 2 yrs & the tint is still perfect!

In 2013 I decide to get tint installed on my 4 door 2005 Toyota Corolla. Ended up going with Conajo Valley Auto Detailing and Tinting because of price, good service, and LIFE TIME WARRANTY. Fast forward to 2020 and the rear window started pealing and coming off. Got it taken in and no problems getting the tint fixed but at no $ cost but unknown cost. It took them more than a day to get it fixed because the front receptionist called and asked to keep the car another day due to the chemicals to remove the old tint needed more time. Gave them the extra day now looks great again. Then only a few days go by and there is a cold dew one morning. Turn on my rear defroster and only one line/wire in the rear defroster works out of the 10+ wires. Took it back and explain what had happened to employee Jonny about it he said that they did not do anything because they use a steamer. (Thought they used chemicals) Jonny keep deflecting my concerts and issues saying that they wired look fine and that they did not use razors. At one point saying at least you don’t live in the snow.... I asked if there was anything he could do to help me or reimburse me he said no just trying to get me to go away and sweep my issue aside. Was really trying to allow them to correct the issue but poor service when I had a problem or issue come up with my tint/car. I won’t be taking any of my future cars there in the near future and making sure that anyone i know to stay away.

I bought a new MDX but wasn’t happy with the tint. I was referred to Conejo Auto by a friend. I’m glad I called them. They got me in quick and gave me the best price. I would go back again.

This place never disappoints. I have 3 cars and all 3 cars have been tinted by them. I also get my cars detailed here as well. The price is great, the work gets done professionally and amazingly, the owner johnny is real friendly. Cannot get any better! :)

Read the reviews. There are honest reviews about the customer service and quality. The customer service from the beginning was horrendous. Anyone bring an exotic or luxury car please reconsider. I went for a simple windshield strip of tint.. over 3 attempts and it was either uneven in one place or another, or had dirt and debris from re-using the tint. The customer service and response was horrible and unapologetic.

I would give negative stars if I could. This place is absoultely awful. I Went on a Saturday a few weeks ago to get all around tint on my truck. The guy at the counter was not pleasant to deal with at all and had zero customer service skills/ care whatsoever. After he talked me into a the higher priced tint and they took my truck into their bay and had 4 different people do a different window. When I got it back it looked great but after further inspection I found bubbles in two of the windows that are still there that were caused by dirt buildup that they tinted over. Not to mention in the middle of my rear sliding window they laid tint over a quarter sized piece of vinyl backing that was stuck to my window. I let them know and he peeled it up and took it out and now that entire piece is starting to peel away. They then left big pieces of excess tint laying in the bed of my truck and it continued to fly out as I drove down the interstate. The worst part of this whole experience is that they measured out the tint for the rear window using the outside of the rear window and proceeded to use a razor blade to cut the tint, leaving razor blade cuts on my back window. I paid $400 for tint and will probably have to get it replaced somewhere else soon. I will never use this shop again and will direct every body I know far away from this place and will submit a complaint with BBB. I sure hope I just got their crew on a bad day and that they dont treat all of their customers like this.

I had Conejo Auto tint all of the windows on my 2014 Mazda 6 and they did a perfect job. There were zero bubble, and no issues. The tinting job was great, and they are very reliable if you are looking for a tint.

Nevertheless, this was still a 5 Star experience, due to the fact that they were very responsive and accommodating to me, even as a new customer. I felt at ease and caught up to speed very quickly. Great place to take your car quality of services are great with fair prices. Brought in my Mercedes E350 and they replaced my tint on my rear window, fixed all my rims, repaired by rear bumper, and did a complete detail my car looks brand new again! Incredibly unprofessional. Not sure what happened. I have had 3 cars tinted there and the level of professionalism has dropped to an unacceptable level. When I arrived in the office there was no one behind the desk so I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come and a guy finally comes in and goes into the bathroom. He then comes out of the bathroom on the phone and sits on the couch and takes his shoes off and puts his feet up while taking another call. He asked me what I needed and I told him I needed 4 windows tinted and he immediately just said a price without asking me the type of tint or anything. After they had my car which was supposed to be done in the early morning the next day, they told me it wouldnt be ready until 4:30 because everyone was at lunch. When I got my car back, not only did they leave dirty rags in my car, but they they placed a box that was in my back seat on top of an expensive hat, ruining it. Also, for some odd reason, they had opened my gas tank, which I did not realize until I was on the freeway and had to pull over to close it before it broke. I also realized I overpaid when I got quoted by others after I had my car returned. Never again.

Tinted my 2014 Audi. I did Crystalline tint this stuff is amazing. My wife is seven months pregnant and hates heat. She loved it. Will also be a plus for new baby. We come here because this place does great work and we will never go anywhere else.

Recently I took my Honda CR-V off road in Mexico (I was visiting an orphanage in a remote area, dont judge me). The car came back to the States literally caked with mud, including everything under the hood. Conejo Auto Detail steam cleaned the engine compartment for me. They were fast, very professional, courteous, and when the car was ready they showed it to me running with the hood up so I could easily see the quality of their work (well worth the $50 estimate). The engine sparkles like new. I am totally pleased with the job they did and I heartily recommend them.

After trying to navigate a tiny and full parking lot of cars, I walked in and waited for a few minutes. Once I was greeted, I asked is someone could take a look at my window tint that was peeling and if it could be determined if it could be repaired. The man behind the counter simply handed me a card and told me to make an appointment. First, you cant take 2 minutes in the name of customer service to walk outside and take a look, and second, you wont even offer to schedule me an appointment while Im there. I felt like I was simply a nuisance to him. Thankfully, window tint places are a dime a dozen and I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I was recommended to these guys from a friend. I drove from the valley out to Thousand Oaks just to get my windows tinted! My experience was sub par, I cant believe these guys are still in business. I thought this was going to be a smooth experience but it was not. I didnt get a refund and now I have to go get my car tinted somewhere else!

I came in late in the day on Saturday, said it wont be a problem getting my tint Done. They Gave me a killer deal on some really good tint. Definitely going to recommend this place to others.

Good price - and they got me in without an appointment for an interior emergency (vomit, lovely). Results were fair, I left them a dirty job and it came back serviceable. I had to have them redo the seatbelt which got missed. I want to give them a 4-star because they are local, but having to wipe down scum on my dashboard and brush out what was beneath the seat myself left me a bit disappointed.

Did a poor job on my 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback. Had to go in to get the hatchback tint fixed. After that, my passenger door panel was left loose. Had to go to my dealership to have it fixed.

Rear windows tinted 2009 Honda accord. Brought in at 8:30 am, done by 9:00 am. No complaints, treated me well, best price in town.

Best price by far ($265 for 4 windows, rear hatch, n windshield) and left no marks or scratches on my tesla. Drove it from factory to there and was as good as new when they returned it to me. A+++

On a whim, I stopped in for an estimate on window tinting my Dodge Durango Citadel. The shop manager took his time to explain the different films. The 3M CR series he recommended was more effective than other films and he gave me a great deal as a first time customer. It was Saturday, and I expected a long wait, but to my surprise they finished very quickly and were very patient giving me care instructions to get the best result.I highly recommend this shop, as they have a body shop and do very nice detail work.William HudnallOak Park, CA.

My 08 BMW 328i had its stock tinting done at Conejo Detailing. I asked for a moderate level of tint in which I would have no issues with the police. I was recently pulled over for my tinting and received a fix-it ticket to have the driver and passenger front windows tint removed. I took my car to Conejo Detailing to have the tint removed and the manager I spoke with, Johny, was a complete tool. He was rude and he had terrible diction. He was apathetic to the situation and had the nerve to charge me to remove the illegal tint THEY had installed.Dont go here if you have any respect for your car or yourself.

The worst place EVER!!! They rubbed my leather raw, didnt clean all the inside (vents, dials, pedals and the list is endless). When we picked up my car and i told the girl what they did she came out and looked at it and said that they were supposed to tell her when they damaged the leather but no one notified her. My husband went to talk to the owner and guess what - you got it - he said we brought it in that way. After all was said and done the seat was fixed because my husband would not let them brow beat him. So we are out $200 - yea, not even a refund for the particial work done nor the damage and now i have to finish the job myself. DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS HERE - save your car and your stress level - spread the word and i have pictures if you need proof. Worst place ever! If there were negatives stars i would have picked them all.
