So I walk in as youre checking out a nice couple.I stand 6ft or so behind them.after a min or so I realize youve checked them out but youre engaged in a conversation with them about...you..your life..your vacation, etc..then you proceed to give them the history of each and every single employee who works there,..this all goes on for way too long considering you have a NEW CUSTOMER WAITING !So I took the hint and left.thanks a bunch.Ill go spend my money down the street and make sure all my friends and family do as well.

I came in today as I was referred to Jared. I can see why they are highly suggested. Jared and the rest of the staff were very nice and friendly. I had a screw stuck in my tire and other tire shops were unable to patch it and just told me I needed to purchase a brand new tire. Jared helped me out and his team was able to patch it and fix it at no charge. I didnt wait long at all the service took about 10 minutes. He was so sweet and took care of me, thank you so much Jared. I highly recommend checking them out for all your tire, wheel, and brakes needs!

The low tire pressure light came up on my Cadillac Escalade. I pulled into the Tire Man just before closing time and asked if they would check the pressure in my tires. I figured they would add some air and send me on my way. Nope, they added the required air, checked that the tires were wearing evenly, and reprogrammed the sensor. Since I had purchased my tires from them, there was no charge. I was in and out in 10 minutes. This place is always busy and for good reason. Great pricing, fantastic friendly service, and a willingness to make sure the customer is satisfied! 5 star without question!

I had a nail in my tire on my pickup. It was visible so i called and asked if they could plug the tire? SureSo i arrive 15 minutes later and the place is hopping. The service tech then took my keys and pulled into a bay. They then put the truck on the lift which prompted me to ask the technician - cant you just plug it and i can be on my way? No sir, that is only a temporary repair, we need to take the tire off the rim and patch from the inside to do properly which then made me think this is gonna take a while.I was in and out in 30 minutes, without an appointment! And others i know would have simply plugged the tire. Also, I went to pay - no sir, you bought your tires here we stand behind them and take care of you - no charge!So to sum - Fast, quality repair without an appointment and far better than what you would get elsewhere and they stand behind their work.I HIGHLY recommend Tire Man for new tires and tire service!!

I am so happy with the customer service at Tire Man. Pulled into the parking lot a gentleman by the name of Carey greeted me. Showed him the flat and he said go have a seat inside and Ill take care of the rest. 29 minutes later the tire was fixed, mounted, spare put away and tools returned. $25 and I was out the door. Carey and crew took care of my RV tires as promised. Had all 6 tires changed, we had just got back from camping on the colorado river, was a long 5 hr ride home.. i knew my tires were old, so when we got back i called Tire Man and talked to Carey, and based on his recommendation a set of tires were selected, he had the tires set aside and ready to go when I arrived a few days later. Early this morning I noticed that my tire pressure was low so I went to a gas station to put air in my tires when I found a screw in one of them. I googled the nearest tire shop that was open and found Tire Man. What a great find!I got there by around 7:30am, they took my car right away, everyone was super nice, they patched the tire, checked and made sure ALL the tires were good and safe, and I was done and out the door in about 20 minutes.I am very pleased with their service, professionalism, courtesy and the price was fantastic! I went in because I had a large screw in my front left tire. They said it would be $25 and take about 20 minutes. I grabbed a couple of street tacos down the street and came back. They said they simply removed the screw - it had not punctured my tire. No charge! That is INTEGRITY my friends .

The guys at tire man took care of my car to the highest extent and did everything as perfect as I could have hoped for. They made sure not to scratch my expensive wheels and made sure to be extra careful with my car since it is lowered. The level of a care they put into each service is what made me feel like I could trust them with my car and I plan on using them for many more tire and wheel services in the future. They also had the best prices on tires and were very kind to include free tire rotations for the life of my tire.

Tire Man was great as usual. Having discovered a flat tire first on a Monday morning, I stopped to have the guys at Tire Man take a look. They took me in right away, fixed my tire and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes.

Carey and the crew at Tire Man are knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. They are the first shop I go to when tires are my concern. The only downside are the prices. They should consider that issue going forward. Other than that, they are first rate.

These guys offer excellent prices and quick service... they offer services in addition to selling tires, like brake jobs. They are willing to negotiate and have always been fair and courteous to me. Have done business with them for over 12 years.

DONT TAKE YOUR NICE CAR HERE! I recently took a very expensive Sports sedan in to have my two front tires replaced. My car has tire pressure sensors which were working fine until immediately after I left the Tire Man! I drove around several days with my car alarming non stop and tried to reset it until I finally came to grips with the fact that they had killed my tire pressure sensor when changing my tire. I returned to the Tire Man and they verified that in fact there was no signal coming from one of my sensors. The worker there told me they have replacement sensors but tried to pass off their negligence with an excuse about a dead battery and said the warranty should cover it. He did not offer to change the sensor on the spot and even if he did, it would not be original equipment on a high end european sports sedan. I then went to the dealer and they charged me $423 to repair a destroyed sensor which they gave me as proof of the damage caused by Tire Man. When I returned to get them to cover the damage, they wanted to give me only $100 which is the cost of them replacing it with their cheap sensor. So, in summary, I brought in a practically brand new car, had it negligently damaged, paid to have it fixed and now I am out $423 thanks to the Tire Man. I will not go back there unless they refund me.

Great service and best price in town. We had a blowout on our RV and they fit us in and replaced our tire in less than an hour so we could get back to our vacation. Whether we were purchasing a new set of tires, chrome rims or repairing a flat tire, we have always received prompt, courteous service at a fair price. I relocated to Houston, TX six years ago. I was recently advised that I had two bent rims but I opted not to do anything as I had a road trip to CA planned. Yesterday Carey confirmed I did in fact have two bent rims. He put my tires on two loaner rims, sent my rims out to be repaired and told me to come back Friday to put my tires back on my rims at a fraction of the cost of purchasing new rims.
