Went in for an estimate for paint & body work after I got off of work. There were two guys in the showroom. I walked up to the first guy and asked how business they were and that I would like an estimate for some body work and a paint job. The second guy yells out 30K! And the referred me to 69 Camaro that was in the showroom. Thats how much it cost to paint it he said. I walked over to look at the paint job and decided to go head and set an estimate. So I walked back to the first guy. He looks at me and said you need the talk to him. He does all the classic cars. Referring to the second guy. So I walk up to the second and tell him I would like an estimate. The dude wouldnt even look me in the eyes. He tells me to go talk to the first guy to get the estimate. REALLY!!! They both then began to argue over who is going to help me. Big missteak . I guest the second guy looked that this Mexican and thought he cant afford a paint job from them. Wrong!!I have the cash. I just wont be spending it at your place.I work with a lot of guy who are looking to restore their cars, I wont be recommending Allen auto body. Also my co-work is in a car club. I will let him know so he can tell his member about this place and spread the word..

Karrys the man. Great work and hell totally work with you to make it affordable. With a work ethic like this, hell be in business for a very long time. Its comforting to know that I have a reliable go-to guy if I ever need more work done.

The guys did a great job fixing the side of my daughters Civic. The price was right, the work was fast, and the car looks like new. Hopefully, I wont need any more body work, but if I do, Black Mountain Collision is where Ill go.

I went here to repair damaged paint on my car. It was a small job involving the drivers side mirror, but it was done well with an exact paint match to the rest of the vehicles 6 year old paint. They performed the work fast for a great price. Definitely would go back to them next time I need painting or body work!

Let me share the agony and the ecstasy of car ownership. Our car had an encounter with the garage door resulting in damage to the side view mirror.The Agony: We took the car to the dealer who concluded that we needed to purchase a new side view mirror ($515) which required paint to match the car ($116) and labor to install ($145) for a total including tax of $814.I took the car to Garrett Allen at Allen Auto Body in Westlake Village. Garrett looked at the damage and after a few minutes of analysis came to the conclusion that rather than buying a whole new assembly, we could replace the individual parts of the assembly including the mirror ($86), the plastic trim ($48) and the turn signal lamp ($92) plus labor ($48) for a total of $292.00.By simply fixing the existing assembly, which was undamaged, we could avoid the cost and inconvenience of painting it. After Garrett had ordered the parts, I returned to have him do the work. It took less than one-half hour as opposed to the dealer’s solution which would have put the car out of service for a day or more. Since he didn’t have to paint the mirror, the mirror perfectly matches the car.The Moral: As our lives are invaded by large corporate organizations that are only concerned about making money, it is possible for businesses to actually think about their customers’ needs and to seek to serve them.Thanks, Garrett. Wonderful service and a great staff. I recently had my tail gate replaced after an accident. Garret was able to quickly get a replacement gate ordered and gave me an estimate that was true to the final cost of repair. The work, including a detail, was beautiful.He and his staff are efficient, friendly, and extremely competent. I highly recommend Allen Auto Body to anyone who needs auto repair or detailing.

I dropped off my 2004 Tundra truck for a new paint job. Garrett was able to fit me in and return the truck back to me within a few quick days. He took care to buff out the lights, and blend in the paint so that the truck looks brand new. Great Job and excellent follow though in returning the truck back on time. It was fun when I picked it up to find a clean interior as it was when new 11 years ago. Thank you Garrett for a job well done.

They were very professional and their estimate was very accurate.Plus, unlike many other auto shops, they called me for updates instead of me having to hound them for updates. Chris was very good about calling on time.They also offered to shuttle me back home (which I did not need, but was nice of them to offer).I will not hesitate to refer others to this shop!

Garrett and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I will only bring my cars to Garrett at Allen Auto Body for all my car needs. He has done detailing, window tinting, and body work on all of my last 5 cars. I can trust him and he does excellent work. I have referred multiple friends and they have all had excellent things to say as well.

My husband and I took our BMW to Allen Auto Body Shop after a fender bender lead to a big dent on our bumper. Our car turned out PERFECT! We were really impressed with the color and finish of our fixed bumper that we now get our car detailed here too. Also, my husband is super picky with his cars so a 5 star from him is a very big deal. Thanks for a fantastic job well done! Garett Allen and his crew are respectful, upbeat, knowledgeable and ready to not only assist you with your problem, but to solve it. If they do not have the necessary parts or knowledge to assist you, they always know who to call that will. Excellent service, by the time I sat down my car was already fixed and ready to go.

Allen Auto Body helped me repair some rear end damage to my trunk lid. They did excellent work, exactly matching the paint color, completed the work when they said they would, and were extremely sensitive to every detail of the job. I look forward to working with them again in the future. The attitude portrayed was one of wanting to please their customers.

I took my car in to get a corner lamp and side mirror replaced. I was charged $400 and had to go back several times due to poor workmanship. The side mirror was poorly painted with debris and you could see through it. He did fix that.The corner lamp was an after market part and still is not mounted correctly. It doesnt fit the car and lifts so much I can put my hand under it! It is barely hanging on!I will never go there again!Im sorry to give you such a bad review. If it was average work I would not have said anything. This was just poor work ethic on top of poor customer service.

Allan Auto Body did an awesome job on my car twice. They matched the paint both times dead on and got my car back in a timely fanshion. I happily recommend them !!!
