My experience over the past 20+ years with Lexus of Thousand Oaks has been extraordinary EVERY TIME!There is an entire Lexus team -- who pretty much remain invisible -- who move the cars through the service lines. Every one of them is friendly, respectful and very helpful.I try to remain loyal to my main service technician, CHRISTOPHER DORIA. He is always focused and expert in his service and knowledge. On occasion, I have engaged with other service technicians and they, too, are always helpful.I truly appreciate the excellent service from the Lexus Service Department of Thousand Oaks...thank you!
Lora is amazing. This is the 3rd Lexus I lease with Lora being my sales advisor. She is patient, she is her client’s advocate and she went out of her way to help me with my new car. When I need to get a new car, Lora is the only one I go. She is knowledgeable and very professional.
Nice place and nice people but they purposely screwed me a new purchase and did not adhere to the Costco auto buying program guidelines, over charging me on my new Lexus then trying to hide it with delays and misdirection. My salesman was terrific but disappeared once the sale was done and when I needed him most so he was no help. Thankfully Costco stepped in to secure the promise and lower price of their car buying program. Sure the dealer can pick up a few extra bucks per car but they risk losing a long term loyal customer on both the service end and the potential future purchases from that customer as well as their friends and family. A very short sided approach to business management in my opinion but its their prerogative. I did have a good experience with the parts dept and service dept post purchase but they need to all work together as a cohesive trustworthy entity or the entire company will fail. But then again, for each customer they scare off they probably gain 10 new ones so I perhaps price gouging clients on the sale end could be a lucrative long term pre-determined plan for them. Hard to say. Just watch the numbers and youll be fine there but I prefer to interact with more honored individuals.
I had been at another dealership that I had frequented for over 20 years, trying to get a vehicle for over 3 months, without success. No feedback, no custom service. Then I went to Lexus of Thousand Oaks - a completely different experience. I was immediately greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were accommodating, and worked with me to get the exact car I wanted - within a week. I was delighted by the huge bow they put on the car when it arrived - I felt very special.I have a new dealership that I will return to and make referrals to in the future. I highly recommend this dealership, the sales personnel, management and financial staff - they are all top tier!

Great service! Scheduled an appointment online for a routine maintenance. Bryce was my service person who thoroughly walked me through what would occur. Received a loner vehicle of same caliber as my car. A tech stayed late to try and rectify a rattle coming from my clock, which was going above and beyond. Unfortunately the rattle is still there but appreciated the attentive service.
They did a great job with service and a repair on my car. I also had a loaner car which was the same as my car and that made it so easy!

We have a new Lexus hybrid small SUV. We took it to the local Lexus dealrer for its 6 month servicing. It was a breeze th schedule the drop-off and they had the car ready within the time frame I requested.
I have been using the Lexus of Thousand Oaks for many years, and the service department is the best out of all the dealerships I have been to. They always go out of their way to fix any issues you have with your car, and provide you with a loaner car or a ride till the car is fixed. Their service is first class. I leased an Infiniti for my daughter three years ago. Without going into details of the terrible experience I had with them, I will never buy or lease a car from any other dealership.
Friendly and efficient service. I inquired about a pre-owned vehicle and Lanie was very attentive, and followed through with all issues.Finance Department was upfront and there were no funny business or fees, just a simple straight forward transaction. I even bought a 5 yr 60K miles extended coverage that was not being marketed to me.Would definitely endorse this dealership. Nice people.

The center console cover in my car had small slits on it. I contacted Lexus including a picture and was told to take my car to the dealer and to send their report to them. Not only did I send the report, Chris, the service manager sent in his report and pictures as well. A few days later I received a call from Lexus telling me that although the part wasnt defective and they were not responsible to replace it, as a courtesy Lexus would replace the part and the dealer would take care of the installation.......in other words, not a penny came out of my pocket. I was more than satisfied and will be happy to recommend Lexus to anyone who asks.

Terrible experience! The man who helped us on the floor was judging us from the minute we walked in. He judged me by the car I currently drive and was offended when I spoke another language with my father. I came in after seeing an ad for an offer they had on one of their models. Let’s just say the price we were given was almost 500 dollars over the advertised price for monthly payments. They clearly didn’t want our business. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable.

Bought a used Lexus NX hybrid from Lexus of Thousand Oaks after finding it online and it was an awesome experience. We showed up at 11 to test drive and left about 2 hours later with a car. Tyler was awesome to work with and I couldnt recommend him more. He was clear and quick in the info he provided the day before. At the lot, he was super nice, provided necessary info, kept us updated on the process as we waited, and I never felt like we were being pushed. Tyler gave us a great experience and would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a car.

This was the best experience in leasing a car. Spoke with Edward the Sales Managers in advance to go over the car the I wanted(Lexus ES350). He found the exact car I wanted and made it happen. (Color and options). This is the 4th car leased from this dealer. He new my history and priced it fairly on the first offer.Everyone was quite nice and created a good experience.
Only thing I can say is, I got my vehicle serviced twice in 2 months at Lexus of Thousand Oaks for the 1st and 2nd time ever and my girlfriend and I feel that the two different service advisors from each visit werent really pleasant and welcoming. They do get the job done but damn, enjoy the fruits and smile! Enjoy working for a great brand of cars the company has to offer.The two Salesman that assisted us ( cant remember their names ) while we were waiting for my car were awesome and helpful and a special Thank You to Henry (Service Manager) for working with me with my issue. 3 star rating only! Had our lexus serviced here by service manager Manish. Total nightmare. Huge wait for routine service. And when I finally got the car they had wiped out ALL OF OUR SETTINGS - satelite radio, automatic headlight. The entire map/menu screen was blank!! Would never consider going back.

The salesman was very friendly and didn’t come down at all on the price. So expect to pay exactly what the sticker price is. I also went in Preapproved by my bank. But was forced into them wanting to run my credit I pleaded with them not to, they said it wouldn’t affect my credit score at all. But in fact it did. My bank said because they ran it they couldn’t promise me the 1.99 unless I took a shorter loan term and put more money down they were trying to steal the loan I had with my bank so beware of these guys expect to pay the sticker and expect them to try and swindle away a loan that you may have already acquired.

I went to couple dealerships before and all of them were trying to add more extra fees and the price was getting 20-30% more from what was in the website!BUT with This Lexus Thousand Oaks was totally opposite situation, I called them and KYLE (sales manager) answered to all my questions immediately and I decided to make an appointment.When I arrived there i was surprised how everything was clean and everybody taking care of safety during this pandemic!Kyle gave me final price without any extras, so the final price was same as advertised on their website! I am a loyal Lexus customer, this was the 5th time we leased a Lexus. We have had a GS, an RX, and this is my third ES350 .After two weeks of looking for the best price online and contacting all Lexus dealers in our area, we were contacted by Greg Weiss from Lexus of Thousand Oaks. This is a good man!!! Go see him! We were able to negotiate over the phone, and he got us a deal that others didn’t even come close to. We drove all the way from Glendale, super fast service, excellent team. The best part, there were no problems or any hidden fees when we got there. He promised, he delivered! Our sales adviser, Nazim, and the sales manager were extremely friendly and respectful. Everything fell into place as the terms, trade-in, and car exceeded our expectations. We started our day at 9 A.M. to go to a dealer in Long Beach. After visiting 4 dealerships we wound up at Lexus in Thousand Oaks at 4:00P.M., tired and hungry. We found our RX350L with bucket seats in the middle row. As the sale was being prepared, they gave us chip and candy. The sales person even bought us a pizza. There were several people ahead of us and by 7:30 the finance lady called us in to sign the final papers. By 8:00 P..M. my wife went to where the car was parked, and there was a cute ribbon on the top. Nazim pulled the car next to the car we were trading in so we could gather our belongings. She, started removing our belongings from our doors, center counsel, and glove compartment. Nazim was rushing us, pressuring us, and had no right touching our belongings. It was as if she was implying, I dont have to be nice to you because you signed the papers and I want to go home and enjoy the next 2 days off. The bottom line was my wife left her sunglasses in the car, her driving glasses above the rear view mirror, and CDs in the CD player. I live in Lancaster. The next day I had to make a 160 mile round trip to recover her belongings. That took most of the day and a tank of gas. I suggest that these dealers give there customers a trash bag and plenty of time to removed their items. This is why I rated the experience with 4 STARS!

Ms Holli G. has been an excellent service consultant with us for several years now. At least close to 5 years. The first encounter with her was when we had a lease on a NX 200 Sport. Our experience with the vehicle was great. With a new model and technology was a bit challenging. This was our second vehicle from the ES modelAfter the lease/sales, we had our first service done. She accommodated us with professionalism and care. Back then they also offered free carwash and coffee at the lounge area. She will have our courtesy vehicle and paperworks ready in brief visit at her desk. My experience at Lexus TO was extremely pleasant. Lanie Cabral, Julie, and David Madrigal could not have been more helpful. There was no pressure, no up-selling. Don’t even know where to start, but this place is where you want to go. These guys are upfront and really worked for me and made things simple and easy. I’ve been to several dealers and bought several cars this was honestly the best experience I’ve had. Gary gave me so much info upfront and helped me get out of a bad deal somewhere else. Then he connected me with Jeremiah who really fought for me to get the deal I needed on the car I truly wanted. Jeremiah got me an amazing deal and really not to much back an forth and hassle like usual places. The manager, who’s name I can’t remember right now, was also so great and upfront and honored everything he offered. They gave me a great deal and a great car and I had no stress with my lease return, which was not happening at the other place. I would recommend anyone to come here, seriously. Everyone at this dealership is very helpful. I have one right by me in Woodland Hills, But I didn’t have much of a memorable experience. Last week, we bought a 2021 Lexus RX Hybrid through Lexus of Thousand Oaks. We used the Costco Auto Buying Program. Because we live over 100 miles away, I spent some time on the phone and by email, going back and forth with our sales person, Ron DeCesare. I gave him my wish list of equipment the car should have, and some information on color preferences. Based on this, Ron zeroed in on one particular car. We took a peek at several other cars in stock when we finally visited the dealership, but we ended up choosing the same one Ron had recommended for us. The Costco auto purchasing experience was flawless. Ron showed us the invoice, and the Costco special pricing, and we were able to use a Lexus incentive on top of the Costco discount. We felt we got a very fair price.Both Ron and the dealerships tech guru, Julie Kobayashi, were outstanding and I recommend them highly.

Although I had problems twice with the service [never the service to my car, but rather the service from the agent] and I vowed I would not return, I am so happy that I did. Agent Christopher Doria saved the Service Departments reputation. He was polite, efficient, helpful and responsive to questions. A very detailed man. Kudos to him for his great service!
