I was satisfied with the services rendered...just the 20 min. Wait I was told turned into almost double that was a lil rough

Owner Anna did my full set with nail art with gel polish. The entire time she behaved in an ill manner as though I was a bother to her. She was not very friendly at all. I was there more than 3 hours when I shouldve been out much earlier than that due to being forgotten about in a pedicure chair of cold water. The price for hatefulness and my inconvenience was of EXTREME cost today, on my only day off!! With that I will not be back 30 minutes from home to be treated nasty at my expense

I had a very unpleasant experience and to top it off, I had to pay for it. Tracy burned the top of my foot with some type of chemical. She acknowledged this several times, but then tried to play it off on something else. She didnt really interact with me, asking if everything was ok or not. A pedicure should feel good and not cause that much pain. My daughter had someone different, and he was personable and did a great job.

I recommend Jessica. She does an excellent job and my fill-in, or whatever service she performs, it lasts. I love her attitude and her service. She does it right and goes the extra mile.

Every time i go there they always do my nails perfect !!! i love the staff there to !! sometimes i have to wait but for only like 5 minutes it’s not a long wait at all !!

This place is always extremely packed when I come in but it is always worth the wait, the staff is very friendly and nice and do everything they can to make sure your experience is the best, I especially love Bandi she’s done my nails the past few times I’ve went in and she’s always done amazing and usually saves me money in the end, I cannot recommend her enough, I can’t wait to come back and get my nails done again!

Dont get your nails done here unless anna is available. I was scheduled for anna, and they gave me another nail tech instead, i did not get the nail shape or design like i wanted, and had acrylic all over my cuticles and skin, anna is amazing but she is the only one ill go back to.

Vivian and her husband are very professional. I explained to her that I did not have the best experience at another shop in town, and I needed someone that will take their time and perform services of quality work and that is just what both of them did. Vivian took care of my beautiful pink and white set and the long over due waxing of my eyebrows and her husband did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I truly thank them, I feel and look better and I appreciate that!!!! I will be back.

Very upset with this salon came in last week for gel manicure guy taught me into the dip powder that only lasted 3 days then it started to chip called twice earlier in the week and told then what was going on & due to my job couldn’t come in during the week was told to come in today to see what they could do just so the owner to say i had to pay $20 for a gel polish bc she was not aware! When i had called twice!!

I had an absolutely great experience! My nails looked about as close to perfect as you can get. I love the atmosphere and everyone is so professional.

I was greeted by the young lady at reception who was very warm, friendly and took the time to show me the various pedicure pkages they had to offer. I was then directed to the nail tech Bau who gave fantastic service. He was professional, pleasant and also provided me with color choices even though I was given a color rack to choose from. I must say, he listened to his client, and understood my needs all the while making sure that I was comfortable during my visit. I wont hesitate recommending him. Ask for Bau... great job!!! These two employees are exemplars of great customer service. Kudos to them. Keep up the great work!

I usually go elsewhere but the other place became too hard to get adequate time and an appointment. And I gave this place a chance and Im so glad!! This was a 3rd fill in, so Im anxious to see what my outcome will be when I get a all new set in a few weeks. I was taken to a chair as soon as I walked in (I made an appt). They knew I was on a time crunch for work and Bryce made sure it was fine quickly and beautifully. I have NO complaints. Will be back 🙂💖

The service I received last night was a Delux Pedicure; it was so relaxing and rejuvenating. I love the attentiveness of the nail tech, she was professional. My pedicure is beautiful, my fiance loved the softness and nail color.

I went to get my old set taken off and then a new full set. I called ahead and was told to come in and that they were not busy. When I got there, there was literally only two staff and they were packed. After waiting about an hour, I finally sat in the chair and was asked what I wanted. I told the lady I wanted my acrylics soaked off to which she replied that it would take longer. I had already been waiting and was fine with waiting more, but she insisted that she pry the nails off instead. After taking two nails off, I told her I was in pain and that I would like to soak the rest off. My nail bed was weak, but that is no excuse for what happened next. As I’m telling her what I, the paying customer, want, she continues to pry and tears start coming from my eyes because of the pain; she had ripped my nail bed open. THEN she laughed in my face and made fun of my pain, as she finally realizes I’m bleeding. She then proceeds to get the acetone so that she can soak it off but at this point, I am embarrassed, in pain, and out of patience. I was not charged anything but I will never go back! This horrible work was done by the lady who sits at the end closest to the pedicure section. Modern nails fixed her careless work.

Getting my nails done on a regular basis is the only girly activity I participate in monthly, and I’m a pain in the butt about it! I always want difficult designs, a ton of colors, and hours of their time (but there’s no better feeling than when strangers pull you aside to compliment your nails 💎💅🏻💥✨).I just moved back to Thomasville and have been looking for a nail salon that LISTENS to me and does what I want, and I wasn’t having much luck. For whatever reason, Anna doesn’t have good reviews (I honestly don’t understand why) so I wouldn’t try her salon. But after hearing her nail a few times, I decided to check it out.I walked in just to see if she could provide an encapsulated nail service, and after talking to her, I decided to give it a shot. SO glad I did! Anna worked her magic on my nails- I ended up with a better set than the other picture I showed her- and worked super quickly considering the service I wanted. Her prices were consistent with what I normally paid in Tampa/St Pete, and she was so pleasant to be around. The rest of her staff was wonderful as well, all making sure I was comfortable and getting the service I wanted. My pedicure was amazing, and I also walked out with perfect eyebrows.If you’re looking for a nice salon, give her a go. I walked out with quite possibly my favorite set ever! And to think- in the sweet but small little town of Thomasville! 😊🌟🦄

I Wouldnt Let No One Else Do My Nails But Nails Art By Anna. They Are Great And Wonderful.....

Ive used Bryce for my last couple sets/fill-ins. Ive been pleased! Ive never had to wait and theyve been nothing but friendly.

Worst pedicure ever. I called and made an appointment. Sat in cold water for 30 minutes. Then, had my feet scrubbed and polished. According to their menu, a classic pedicure should have included lotion and hot towels. There was nothing even remotely moisturizing applied to my feet - only scrub. I left with dry, itchy skin. Very misleading! I won’t be back.

I prefer Anna to do my nails but the other ladies that work here are wonderful too. I came in with a broken nail, not sure if they could fix it but I left looking brand new! This is the ONLY place I go to get my nails done

Unfortunately, I am writing this review due to the owner Anna be negligent towards her customer today I arrived at my appointment @ 10:00 am to get a full set done. Anna didn’t start my nails until 11 I asked her if we could do an overlay instead of the full set she said yes and when she started she paid little attention to me or what she was doing I asked her for my nails to be squared and she made them a square oval shape when she finished I looked at my nails and they were so much shorter than when she started which upset me and were not square at all I asked her if she could fix them and do them again with a full set she told me “If we have to do them again I’ll have to charge you an extra $20” with the $40 I already paid on nails I didn’t like nor was satisfied with. I agreed and paid the extra $20 and Vivian fixed my nails because I was quite upset with Anna charging me for HER mistake it shows how much she values her customers overall I wouldn’t recommend going to her for nails I would recommend Vivian she was very sweet and flexible and saved my nails!

This was our first visit.. Very friendly people with great attitudes. My daughter got the gel nails & she loves them. My niece got the acrylic nails & she also loves her nails. I can say both of their nails look great an we will be using them from now on.

I loved this salon! I got my nails done by Vivian twice and she did an amazing job. The nail salon is & beautiful. I just moved here from Arizona and didn’t know where to get my nails done but this is my new spot! 😉

I went and got my nails done with the dip powder and two days later they started cracking and breaking off. We scheduled an appointment for 3:30 they didn’t start on my nails till 4:15. I went back to get my money back and they were very rude and refused. I finally decided to let them fix it but they were still very rude about it. I was still disappointed after they fixed them they were clumpy and she cut my finger in three places. Will not be back!!

I really enjoyed my pedicure and Vivians work is amazing. Very professional and good at what she does. She even took her time. Thanks again and Ill be seeng her again tomorrow for my full set!😊

Eyelashes and eyebrows good experience

After waiting almost 1.5 hours for service and paying full price for a deluxe pedicure, there is no reason my gel polish should be falling off of two of my toes in less than 2 weeks. Definitely will take my business somewhere else

I’ve frequented here on and off for a few years. Well as of lately the service has been horrible. My acrylic has been lifting (I’ve never had this happen). I went back and instead of Anna taking it off and redoing it she decided to glue the acrylic. She stated that if I used dip powder it wouldn’t lift but that’s what acrylic does. Needless to say the next day I was back in the same situation. They’re customer service is poor and they don’t do quality work. Anna does not engage in conversation while she’s doing your nails, she acts as if she’s upset & she only talks to her kids & boyfriend in their native language. I won’t be going back here anymore.

I love the way they do my nails - gel nails. I hardly ever have to wait. Most of the staff speak some English. Ive had a couple that dont, I wont use them again. Its very uncomfortable sitting for almost an hour with N0 communication from the other side..

Nail techs are SUPER friendly, and they work very hard to satisfy customers. When you have a team along with the owner working together. It makes a business easier to run. Thanks for the service!

5 year happy customer

Im devastated. Ive spent over a month growing my nails out. My regular tech is out of town so I decided to try out this place. The gentleman who did my nails used a drill to file them into nothing. They are so thin and brittle now. I get gel manicures to protect and strengthen my nails. He did not polish to the edges on the sides and both of my pinkies have a weird bubble in the gel. Very disappointed.

Anna was recommended to me by another girl in Thomasville and I was so impressed. She was very understanding of what I was looking for and she did an amazing job! The atmosphere of the store was very relaxed and Anna was so nice. The staff was really nice as well. I highly recommend coming here!

The service is good but cost a little too much...the guy told me for $35 he could get the dry skin off my heel so for $25 you cant get it off? And then he wanted to do a gel polish all for $50 no thanks...I will go to my usual place for $25...foot spa, foot scraping and nail polish.

Loved it. Got 2 pedicures one gel (lasts longer). $65. They accommodate small children that want the experience(why we went there). One of the chairs for children doesnt work so ask for the other one that does.

Ive been here several times since they originally opened. Pedicures are normally well done by Nancy, but lately I am never satisfied with my nails.The guy who did my nails this last time was very absent-minded, constantly checking his phone. I asked for my nails to be shaped and they came out horribly crooked, the polish was ridiculous and looked like a child could have done it. I asked for acrylic nails with regular polish because I normally take them off after a week anyways. They continuously try to get you to upgrade to gel polish to get an extra buck out of you and when you refuse, they do a poor job all together. I ended up repainting them myself. Will not be back here.

Always a great experience although Ive only been there 5 or 6 times. I used to be a faithful customer of Modern Nails however their customer service seemed to dwindle TOO MUCH for me. Therefore I decided to visit Nails Art by Anna and Ive been exetremely satisfied each time. I always get a pedicure and Ms.Tina has been an awesome nail technician. She takes her time, asks if your ok, she listens and seems to take pride in her work! Thank you Ms. Tina!

Got my pedicure done here by Ms.Tina. She did an excellent job. Left with my foot softer than a babys bottom!

Clean very nice

I’ve been going to Nail Art for about a year and upon my first experience there getting my nail done I was introduced to Haley. She is the absolute bomb. She takes her time and actually gives you a manicure when you get your nails done, she a perfectionist and takes pride in what she does. She’s not happy if your not satisfied. I had Anna twice and both times, she was not very friendly and rushed me through the process of my pedicure and needless to say, I hated it!! She didn’t apply but two coats of powder and told me to let the air dry so she could start on the next customer who was paying their money just like me🤬🤬🤬. So all my other visits, I only wanted Haley because I wanted my money well spent. I normally pamper myself there twice a month and to be rushed when you’re kicking out about $90 per visit and to feel rushed and to deal with their attitude..smh, I don’t think so. Kathy..smh another tech there is a speedy also, trying to make all the money and the 2 times she did my nails, hated it. She doesn’t file, shape or trim cuticles. She just do acrylic, S/S and that’s it. Definitely not a people person to be working with people. I hope she realizes someday that I’m order to keep a healthy clientele, you must do good work, regardless of how your day is because they don’t give discounts if they jack up your nails. I’m sorry to say that Haley has moved away and I wish her much success wherever she is. Nail Art has lost an asset to the salon. I’m hunting for a new salon now and I tried L.A. nails only to find Kathy there, and I told her I didn’t want her because she rushes but she apologized and guess what...she hasn’t changed😏😏. ❌❌❌...and you’re out! Customers beware, maybe I just caught her on rush rush, bad days😏

Ive been here twice and the people that work here are cool and so sweet. I love coming here and they really take their time doing your nails and make sure they are perfect.

Gave this place a try twice. First time was okay and my fill lasted over a month! Last weekend, the were 20 minutes late opening with only one employee for at least 8 people waiting. When I asked for a gel fill I was seated right away and soaked in acetone for a long time before the guy came back and said oh you have acrylics. You dont need to do this and took the soak from me and proceeded to fill over top of the now very unsteady and damaged acrylic. Needless to say the next day most of the nails pulled up on the edges and I now need a full set. I wont be back ...the employees cant even show up let alone treat you well once youre there.

I loved Ann for a yr, she was my only place in Thomasville I would go to get my nails done, then one day I went in when they were not busy at all with my husband who sat next to me in a pedicure chair they decided when I went to pay to charge me $10 for the chair as if they needed it which they absolutely did not, so when I went to Ann and ask why I was charged an extra $10 they said that my husband had turned on the massage chair and used it and that cost $10 when I told Ann that he didnt turn her chair on because we did not want to spend the extra $10 because we thought it was insane especially as long as we had been going there she did nothing but turn her head and act like she could only speak Chinese therefore I spent an extra $10 and left without tipping therefore I will never ever go back and well always bad-mouth this business

Feet were still a little rough. The gel on my nails started chipping within a week. After a week and a half, I was able to peel the gel polish off! Should not be able to do that!

I got better service from prison from a transgender person and was sexually assaulted a little spiked hair monkey dude rubbing on my leg but I enjoyed it, he had old man hands, and was so rancid smelling i hardly could breath. Never go back, 5 stars.

After being in hawaii for 3 years, and not having my lashes done Im happy I found out about this spot my lashes last for a good month almost 2 I would highly recommend

The lady manager did my nails and they looked horrible and were breakin in less than 24 hours even had another customer see my nails and she left because she didn’t want hers done like mine. Went back to show her and asked her to fix them or refund my money. She said no to both and was very rude and caused a scene. She then just walked off and ignored me standing at her counter. Would never recommend this shop to anyone.

We are from out of town but visit her frequently we always use this place I’ve never had a problem went in today to get nails and pedicure on three of us mine are so messed up they look like my 8 year old did them none are even ask 3 times for them to be fixed they slapped on some more acrylic then sanded it right back down they are so crooked they look absolutely pathetic you can see my real nail on each side of the acrylic it’s not painted all the way so I’m do not go all the way up to the top of my nail told them I was not satisfied and wanted to speak to the owner called to find out the owner is sitting right there and lies about being the owner The owner also tells me that they do not know who the owner is and is very rude slap some polish on and ask me to pay and keep in mind this is close to $300 since there are three of us getting full services I am absolutely disgusted with this place and will never use them again there is always three or more of us so our bill is never cheap normally anywhere from $100-$300

Daughter and I about to get a pedicure in Thomasville. The lady hands me the price sheet and asks which one I want between the classic, deluxe and hot stone. I said the classic. Her response was, you dont get no nothing with that...no nothing, no hot wax, towel hot no nothing. Im thinking, do I at least get them rubbbed and polished 🤔?!?! I like my place in Jax much better. Techniques a little abrasive here also. And to think she just brought it up again about me not wanting any additional services. At this point Im perturbed 😤. And my gel mani wasnt that great either.

Horrible service here!! They screwed up my nails and toes and charged me a lot of money for a horrible job. The female that did my nails had no idea what she was doing!! The gel and paint job that she did was the worst I’ve ever seen. My toes ended up turning yellow after going here. It took 2 months before they were normal again! It is an unsanitary place!!! I believe the female that did my nails did not have formal training.
