Worst customer service PERIOD, I just walked out. Theres not one good nail salon in Thomasville that I have been to yet.

We happy with the service and my nails. Will for sure be my go to place to go to get my nails done from now on.

My nails are bumpy and the top coat is peeling already, I just had them done yesterday. Not worth another visit for me.

I love the lady that dose my eyebrows tytyty so much for always being there for my brows.

Didn’t even clean the seats, tables, tools. Charged me $42 for sns & paint on toenails. Charged my friend exact amount and also got tips put on. So rude. Nails had bumps, not straight, color all over nails. Cut my skin a few times with drill. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Nice people. Pedi was fine. Got full set of gel nails. Wouldn’t recommend the nails. Very lumpy and uneven. Lifting underneath.

I called this establishment and was told there was no wait so I didn’t need to make an appointment, I arrive and a lady tells me I have to wait just a few more minutes. A few more minutes turned into waiting 30 minutes, and I had someone sitting with my babies so I couldn’t stay and wasted my time!

They were really professional and really nice. The only complaint that I had was my finger was bleeding for about an hour after I got them done and my nails are chipping the day after I got them done. I got the acrylic gel nails there are bumps and lumps all over them its only been a day since I got them done.

I really enjoy letting them pamper my hands and feet for the last four years. Very hard working individuals - there a many color options and nail techniques available. My husband also enjoys going for pedicures.

They are so rude and dont care what your nails look like. I say never go here. They charge to different prices. This would be the last place I reccomend.

I don’t do reviews much but this is honestly the worst place I have been to get my nails done my skin around my nails were bleeding for a little bit and my nails were so thick and the lady somehow got nail glue in my friends eye i do not recommend this place to anyone I’m sorry but I just didn’t like the experience at all🤷🏻‍♀️

This is the worst nail job i have ever had! I asked that they not use the dremil file on my nails because it makes them weak the guy did anyway! Thats when i should have walked out! The color he put on my nails is not like the one i picked out! The nails are lumpy! I am not happy at all. Told him the color wasnt right he said wait top coat will make the difference, it did not! I will not be back!!

Got my nails done here and they looked horrible. I will not come back. My sisters got pedicures and they loved it. I recommend getting a pedi but not a full set.

My nails are uneven and the polish ran off onto my cuticles. i specifically asked for gel and i got acrylic. do they think we dont know the difference? then under my nails there is build up from the extra acrylic THAT I DID NOT WANT that im going to have to go somewhere else to have fixed. the guy didnt even know what stiletto or coffin nails were. i had to show him a picture of what i wanted. will never be going back there

Decent service and a fair price

Got acrylic done and it lasted for a week and I had 4 nails pop off at the one week mark and others started lifting. I went back to get them fixed and it cost me $18 and they were uneven.

Doesnt do the best with nails. Woman only knows how to do nails. Husband doesnt do a good job. Cauze i still have my old nail one. There daughter thats 17 isnt licensed or professional and does AWESOME with nails. They need people that professionally do nails. Very pricy... There daughter did my feet. Took her time!! Not a lot of people do, they rush.

Got fake nails and the lady was using the sanding thing on my nails and she made me bleed. The young girl did a great job with painting though

They are horrible service i ever had in my life, if you not from here, I dont ever suggest getting your nails done here at this place...them though they were gone charge me high as hell, I even told them keep ya gel polish
