We had an unusual fastener which we did not have a tool for. They helped quickly. Great people!

One of the stylists was very unprofessional. After getting established, the quality started to become poor (rushing, and taking on too many clients at a time) She never had change, and would go through other peoples drawers when they werent there. Often rescheduled or canceled. I wouldnt support a business who allows or encourages this type of practice.

Saras is always a great place to go. All the ladies are friendly and very talented.

I was not pleased. I asked a lady to wax my eyebrows and she said she couldnt because she had a client coming in....but she sat in her chair and did her make-up for 20 minutes.
