So I placed an order for some insect killer to be delivered to my house on September 18th it is now September 26th they still havent even shipped it

I placed an order for a Flowzone Sprayer. I got an email saying it was on its way. I received a Fed Ex tracking number. The tracking number said it was scheduled for delivery on Saturday. It did not arrive. The tracking status changed to pending. I called to check on the order mad was told it was on back order for two weeks. I had already accepted work based on on its arrival. I received no notification, updates or status changes from the company.

The ceo is disgusting! Very inappropriate 🤮 I literally have gotten 5 products from them & it was a waste ! This place should be shut down !

I found Solutions Pest & Lawn through their informative videos on how to apply an insecticide I was researching to resolve a white fly infestation on my Hibiscus plants. Their prices were very reasonable including protective gloves. I also notice a mistake I made in entering my address after I placed my order. When I called, the phone was answered quickly and the address was corrected before the order was shipped on the same day as my order. Hope to have the Dominion 2L in a few days and rid my plants of the white flies! Thank you!

Have placed two orders with them. The first took two weeks to arrive. Georgia to Alabama. The second was ordered 12 days ago and still has not shipped. If you have two to three weeks to wait on your product to arrive then buy from here cause they do have the best prices. Ill be going back to their online competitor that Ive used for years because having my product in two or three days is more important to me than saving a couple of bucks.

The contents of the order were incomplete and I was shorted a portion of my purchase. My order arrived on time and I did receive a quick reply to my complaint so I will rate 2 stars for that instead of 1. Unfortunately the response was not acceptable to me. I was told that all inventory had been checked and that this is a carrier issue (the box was in excellent condition and had no damage). I was sent an affidavit that I must print, enter all of my information, sign it, scan it, and then return to the company. Who has time for that? The affidavit states that I hereby certify that all of the information on this form is accurate and truthful. The submission of a false, fictitious or fraudulent statement may result in imprisonment of up to 5 years and a fine of up to $10,000.00 (18 USC1001). In Addition, a civil penalty of up to $5,000.00 and an assessment of twice the amount falsely claimed may be imposed. (31 USC 3802). Wow! I just want you to make me whole on the rest of the order that you shorted me, not fill out an affidavit. Maybe I should have my attorney review it too? This is my first and last order with this company.

Nice people appointment 10am but they unload me 7:30am . I was here last night parked front of the entrance because they locked the facility. Only two trucks can park front of the entrance or you can come early before they close might let you park inside. Enough room inside the company.

They have good prices, but the customer service lacks. My order was damaged by FedEx and all they would do is cancel the order and allow me to re-order. I purchased a low profile skid sprayer for my business. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Initially I thought my spray gun that I ordered was lost and they promptly shipped me another one without any hesitation. This company is a joke.. I’d love to get on here and say they have a great product but I can’t because I have yet received it!!! I ordered it a week and a half ago!!!!!!!! I called and they couldn’t give me any answers except for they don’t give a date on which u should receive ur order although when tracking my order it says the 30th!!! However I was informed if I didn’t want my product now I would still be charged a 15% restocking fee seriously!?!??! Guess I’ll continue to wait for them to get to my order. Places like this are what gives other companies bad names!!!!
