Very nice place, they have a full gym on premises as well. Everyone was more than helpful with anything that I needed. The gym had a nice locker room too with plenty of showers, a sauna, and even a massage room although I never saw the inside of that. Definitely one of the better wellness centers I have been to!

I like the idea of merging physical, (maybe mental? maybe natural?) Health with standard doctor type stuff that they do there. And after watching their promotional video about 8 times over while waiting 2 hours for a quick 10 minute xray, I had to wonder who was it all for? That big gym, exercise rooms etc. Plus they want to put up tennis courts tracks etc. Does medical insurance cover this? I dont know, this would be great in the city but were out here in the country, if youre not already huffing along as it is. Youre more than likely not going to use this stuff. Itd be awesome to see a long walk trail along the bayou with some gym equipment. Anyway and whos paying for it? It took another 45 minutes to process my insurance (since this is my first time here) and like all hospitals gotta wait till I get my surprise bill. Then Ill really be getting a workout. (Side note: with all these hospitals, I hope theyre thinking about traffic lights out front on that road soon, or theyll soon have to put ER crews out front like shopping cart collectors for all the car accidents)

DJ. Adams from the physical therapy is useless and also over charged my insurance lied about how many sessions I had with him.. it’s a mess they don’t call you when you have an appointment I am disappointed.

Visited the wellness center. Our visit was great. Immediate check in, 10-15 minute wait time for an MRI and another 30min for procedure. Staff were helpful. Hospital has sanitizing stand all around and marked seating. My visit was up to satisfaction.

Very clean,front staff no very nice,especially for people going 4 nerve damage,pain clinic.. They dont like their job appears.. After U get past check in things get better.. Physical Therphy has it all going on..

Thibodeau regional is by far the best hospital Ive ever been in. And the wellness center is just the icing on the cake. Ive been there for blood work, and its fast and efficient.

What an amazing place for a large gathering or event. Clean, easy access and plenty of parking. Food served was delicious and personnel working were polite and assistive

We LOVE the wellness center and all its amenities. I personally enjoy all the classes that are offered and how nice everyone is. I also appreciate that they offer childcare, and my kids seem to enjoy it also.

Had an appointment there. The wellness Center helps to keep you healthy with high quality gym inside. I never asked about any type of membership. While waiting if you have an appointment or whatever the case might be the snack bar is awesome! Just check it out for yourself. Different doctor offices are located inside. Very quiet, clean, and the staff are always smiling

There is a very helpful staff along with very nice machines to be able to get in shape and stay that way.

Other functions of the hospital are done at the Wellness Center. My endocrinologist office is on the 3rd floor. I see him every three months. And I always get my blood drawn at the lab in the building. The people are very nice. They help me get around when I am alone and having trouble pushing the wheelchair.A few months ago I fell outside the center when it was raining and someone reported it inside, many people came running to help me. I was embarrassed because I was on the ground and needed help getting up. They had no problem with helping me stand up, putting me in a wheelchair, and helping me get inside and dried off. I love it there, I just wish they were connected with my insurance plan so I could get a membership. Would love to use the pool

Expensive but the best gym in town. Heated pools, hot tub, steam room, full sets of machines, free weights, indoor running.

Great medical services and staff very kind and helpful explains everything you are going for weather it be a test to a procedure.

Recommended for people of all ages and backgrounds! Great facility and friendly staff make it an outstanding gym to subscribe to.

Dont waste your money! The amenities you pay for are constantly broken, steam room and sauna were closed for remodeling for over a month. Once reopened, tried to access and was told that they were closed once again due to a crack in the wall. Classes are always overcrowded and hot, staff is rude and dismissive.

Someone did some serious planning when they designed this place. Imagine a mall. But for your health. This is that place.

Brought a friend there to see Doctor after surgery.

There for a swim meet at the aquatic center. Excellent facility with great people assisting you.

5 star fitness center with state of the art equipments for cardio, weights, aqua classes, etc.

My kids took swimming lessons over there and they really rock!!!!

My back is so much better thanks to the doctors and their staff.

Physical fitness work out is a must and they provide every assessment and guidance.

Wonderful workout place with training and classes a little too expensive and unfortunately does not take peoples health insurance like curves and 24/7 fitness does. I would certainly drop any and all other fitness centers if this one took my insurance!
