Very disappointing! My husband and I are senior citizens, and we were so looking forward to having a nice place to get in some real exercising! However, it didnt take but a couple of months to learn that the center really caters to young people. All of their staff appear to be under 25, and are not interested in helping older people. I went to the desk and asked one young lady to help me with a machine...her reply was you just sit on it and row, like in a boat! I explained that I tried but could not get it to work and she reluctantly walked over with me. She saw that it had been adjusted for someone with long legs, so she hurriedly changed it to fit my legs, and rather rudely said THERE! And walked away...needless to say, we stopped going, then cancelled our membership! Very disappointing. Its simply ANOTHER gym/meeting place for young people who exercise as a sport! You will find very few people there who really NEED to be exercising for health reasons, to loose weight or to become flexible and agile. I even suggested they hire a couple of seniors for the purpose of identifying with the needs of us older folks...of course I never heard back from them!

Very clean and beautiful place... I love it there.... I recommend anyone in the Thibodaux area thats looking for a gym.... Get a membership there!!! They also have a daycare. The Staffs are super friendly and welcoming..... You will not be disappointed... They even give you a tour of the place for free. I rate excellent overall..

The facility itself is very nice, spacious and staff is generally helpful and friendly. Wide variety of machines and classes, however, the rooms are HOT. So hot people leave in middle of class to cool off and I nearly passed out once in a low- energy class. Certain classes are always overcrowded to the point that you cannot even see the instructor, I got stuck against a back wall behind a pole even though I showed up 30 min prior to class and had some rude lady shoving my equipment around so she could have more space, while she had 2 empty set ups next for friends that showed up halfway through class. For the price we are charged monthly it would be nice to get some air conditioning and perhaps a projector screen for those of us shoved in the back so we could actually follow along. No classes between 12-4, maybe a couple classes in that time frame would spread out the crowding, Ive had that discussion with quite a few members that would love a 2 or 3 pm class.

It is a very beautiful facility. Very knowledgeable employees to help you with every need you need. State-of-the-art facility.

Its the only gym I know that furnishes towels, deodorant, and shampoo. The water in the hot tub and swimming pool are exceptionally clean as well as all surroundings

I love this gym. Anything you need in a gym this gym got it. I rate 4 star because they only got one thing that bothers me. There is no rules on picking up weights. If they make that rule this will be perfect gym out there

Awesome fitness facility with fun staff and state of the art equipment!

Love the aquatic classes. Muscles relax in the water, I can do workouts in the water that are too painful on the floor with the special equipment. The water adds resistance for the workout. Make new friends became reacquainted with former friends I have lost track of. The instructors really put us through great exercises.I really enjoy this center. Come and try.

I tried it...didnt like it. Way overpriced for what I was doing/using. Unless youre into water sports there are better options out there. Then there was the issue of the rudeness among some of the staff members. For example, on my second day there I asked one of the fitness desk staff members a question about one of the machines I was using and he completely blew me off... had no time for me whatsoever. So that set the tone for the rest of my tenure there, which was only 2 months and one of those months was under duress... because they claimed I didnt resign before the 20th of the month... and thus had to pay for a second month. They of course alleged that I signed a contract to that effect and it made no difference that I reminded them that I did not even see a contract until after I had already signed an electronic pad. The contract was emailed to me later. Too late then. Im sorry I just had a bad experience there.

I like everything about the wellness center from the time I ride to the time I enter to the time I leave that is a well-organized workplace in the people treat you like you lost their is it is never a dull moment when you are there I love the doctors the Therapies special diabetic nutrition class and I will continue to recommend peoples to come down I like what yall doing for the peoples a my name is Gerald Wayne French and I am a patient of the weather center and Im from Houma Louisiana I give them a five store and I give him the customer satisfaction of a 5 thats how good they service is
